Pros: Well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Location is probably the best part. Very convenient for getting around Busan.
Cons: Price! Terrible value. Having stayed at several other high-end hotels in Busan, I must say that this is the worst value. $40 for mediocre breakfast. $30 for mediocre cheeseburger. $9 for an 8oz can of cola. Absurd. The room was priced appropriately, but that was about it. There are better hotels at a better price point available throughout Busan.
Pros: Loved the service and treatment... Upgrade to executive club privilege and enjoy complimentary breakfast (with made to order omelettes) lunch snacks and light dinner... Bottled water and other drinks are also available... Very helpful and very convenient to get to the subway...

Pros: Beautiful room, great amenities, good food, airport shuttle, wonderful staff, clear, reasonable rate. Highly recommended.
Pros: Most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. I would easily give it 6/5 stars. For the price I paid, I expected something fairly mediocre, but I felt like I stayed in a palace instead. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, and was very accommodating to our large group of foreigners and spoke perfect English to us. The free breakfast was also very delicious. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was free and the drivers helped load all of our luggage without even being asked.
Pros: Nice and clean room, with windows.
Convenient location, right by a subway station (one stop away from Busan airport)
Good temporary meeting room for business.
Cons: The airport shuttle service is unreliable. We arrived around 9PM. Called in and was told to wait (without a definite time of estimate).
Ended up taking the subway over. Pretty convenient, except not knowing the exact location of the subway station and which direction. For future travelers:
1. Go to the subway station right outside the DOMESTIC arrival (if you arrive at the international door, go right for about 100 m).
2. Take the subway for one stop (the station with the LONGER name, like west busan industrial area).

Pros: Location, Minimal, Simple
Cons: No bar/room service nor any mentions regarding its absence

Pros: The staff are very accomodating and eager to please their guest. Providing the best customer service is priority to the staff from what I can gather. My husband and I had a large corner room that faced the beach and the room and view was absolutely exquisite! The bed was very comfortable and soft, the room was clean and inviting. The hotel also provided breakfast which was top notch and definitely exceeded our expectations. You would never find a hotel that served breakfast like that anywhere in the U.S.!! There are so many good things to say about this hotel, it's hard to list them all.
