Pros. I have stayed at Pearl Garden 5 or 6 times in last 19 months. The staff is excellent. The ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and professional. The security personnel are always there to help you with your luggage, opening door, and making sure the premises are safe. The location is excellent as well being in a very robust atmosphere with Robinson's Mall just a short distance away. I really enjoy the complimentary breakfast as well.
Cons. Honestly, I can't think of 1 thing I don't like or to suggest improvements on. I would just say keep up the good work. I would say it's not an area for kids, but that has nothing to do with actual hotel.
