Very clean and very close to the beach
Nobody speaks English, only 2 toilets for all the hostel can be a problem
Everything.. the location is fantastic with gorgeous views of the water (especially from the room called Maragogi)... the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the hostel is immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious (best pineapple cake I've ever eaten)... I will definitely stay here again
I absolutely love this hostel
I don't know if I come back to Maragogi for its amazing beaches around or to this fantastic hostel. i just love their terrace right on the beach, excellenr view with fresh sea breeze. nice to be able to use shower even after check out and excellent breakfast. I'm super sure I will be back here one day again :)
nothing at all.
The breakfast was good and the view from the balcony area was nice
We had to walk six blocks with all our luggage because there was no parking. The streets were blocked off for an event and we were prevented from driving to the Hotel to drop off our luggage. Upon arrival a male staff member was not very friendly he didn’t seem to care that we had to walk six blocks and then climb many stairs carrying our luggage. The front door was open to the public which was a security concern. There was a New Years Eve Festival but people from the beach were blastocyst music from large speakers until 5:00 a.m. We did sleep very well the first night. The man who checked us in wasn’t very helpful when asking about places to eat and he seemed very unfriendly.
The host is in front of the beach and has a balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast is great with a big variety of food (tapioca, bread, cake, juice, etc). The staff is very helpful and suggested many things to do. The bathroom was very clean.
The bedroom was a little messy (mostly because of the other people that stayed there) and there were towels and glasses in the same place for 3 days, so I suppose the room wasn’t cleaned in those days. The bedroom didn’t have AC and had only fans, so it was very hot even in July (when it is winter). I believe it would be almost impossible to sleep during summer time.
