Pros: Great front desk team, super attentive, really tries to make your stay amazing. Super clean. Tasty Breakfast options, different for both nights of my stay. Quiet rooms, huge spaces, well equipped kitchen. Nice TV's / plenty of channels.
Cons: Uber drivers have no clue how to get to and from.

Pros: I loved how clean it was my room personally was big
Cons: There's not much I can say I didn't like ....other than parking got packed at night and me and my daughter had to park away far which made me a little uncomfortable
Pros: I cannot say enough good things about their complementary breakfast. Surprisingly robust with plenty of room and a friendly cleaning staff. Overall a great way to start the day.
Cons: Not faulting the hotel for this, but the location leaves much to be desired. East Hospitality Lane is rife with places you've heard of, which doesn't make this much of a "getaway" location. Luckily we were here as a place to stay that was "out of the way" of our actual Southern California vacation destination.
Pros: Super clean, great size rooms, great price point. and the free breakfast layout is far beyond most hotels "continental breakfasts".

Friendly service, clean rooms, comfortable surroundings every time. If you’re not satisfied, we don’t expect you to pay. That’s our commitment and your guarantee. That’s 100% Hampton.
Cons: Poor soundproofing. Could hear guests talking in next room at normal level of speaking, plus walking around in room above. When I asked housekeeper for two more towels she said she didn't have any as I looked at her full cart. Strange!
Pros: Quiet Area
Cons: $100 deposit
Pros: Very large rooms full kitchen living room
Cons: Under construction
Pros: The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and the staff was amazing.
Cons: I loved everything about it.
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Excellent place to stay
Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern, full kitchen.
Cons: The washing machines didnt work, they were all out of order. Wasted alot of time going to outside laundry facility.
Pros: An incredible value for only ten dollars more than I would have paid at Motel 6. And I got a suite with full kitchen and fridge with icemaker, pots and pans in the kitchen, full microwave and stove/oven, separate bedroom, two tv's and a super nice room.
Cons: I had prepaid for my room so that was done before I got there. Workers at the front desk made it my problem their card reader wouldn't work properly over a twenty dollar deposit charge on my debit card. I feel they lacked training and courtesy.
Pros: We loved everything about our stay here. Nice hotel, nice rooms, helpful staff, good hot breakfast.
Cons: It would have been nice to have at least one mirror in the living area.
Pros: the indoor pool was great
Cons: Front desk staff wasn't responsive one time when we came down there to ask a question. We waited for 5 minutes and no one was there. They didn't even have one of those 'ring bell for service' either!
Cons: The only thing I wish was different was i would've liked breakfast being served earlier, even 6:30. Maybe even the coffee ready earlier. Otherwise, love this hotel.

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away.
Cons: A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.
Pros: The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast.
Cons: Comforters should be larger and warmer.
Pros: Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness.
Cons: Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
Pros: room was very clean. beds were SUPER comfortable! Tv was up to date. service was good. we got water and snacks for being hilton honors club members!
Cons: bathroom wall paper was pretty dated and didnt match the black granite.
the shower curtain was too high so when we took a shower the water got all over the bathroom floor.
the couches or seats had weird stains on them but still seemed clean.
Pros: Comfortable and clean room.
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were so comfortable
Cons: The parking lot was so small. We had checked in and went out with friends. When we got back to the hotel it was late, but there was only 1 spot available and it was between 2 big trucks.

Cons: it was a little pricy, but since I was here for an event, a lot of hotels were sold out so it was not a shock.
Pros: staff was courteous... especially front desk girl Adrienne
Cons: Carpets and the feel wasn't the cleanest. But possible renovation going on.
Pros: Attentive, Beautiful , Friendly
Pros: Our stay was amazing! The Double Tree was very clean and just great in general.
Cons: The shower. Very little water comes out and you have to wait a whole for water to get hot.
Pros: Temperature control on wall and super comfy bed!
Pros: It was being renovated, but the changes will be nice.
Cons: I don't appreciate Kayak advertising that it is a Hilton when it is not.
Pros: Hotel is no longer a Hilton and under renovation. A very serious health issue of a family member brought us together & we took 3 rooms for out-of-town family. On the check-out day we advised the "front desk" (actually a table in the gym) that we would keep one room for another day. As it neared check out time, the maid came to say that we had to leave as the room was already booked to someone else (who was sitting on the floor next to the room waiting to get in!) Went to the "desk" to state my disappointment and was treated politely, but in an unconcerned manner with "We overbooked." Is that MY problem. Hilton probably would have made arrangements for a rom somewhere else for us, but The Hotel San Bernardino did not.
Cons: Attitude of overbooking and sending guests packing without notice.
Pros: Right off the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
Cons: This is not a Hilton property as advertised by Kayak, therefore it was difficult to find. The hotel was going through many remodeling projects. The plumbing was bad and the power went out for about an hour during my stay.
Cons: Under renovation
Pros: The staff was friendly and professional! The suite was very nice and very clean. The front desk workers were extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff was pleasant and extremely considerate.

Cons: Room was subpar. Toilet bowl was dirty and crumbs were under sheets

Cons: No hot breakfast bar. Instead had microwaveable processed foods.
Laundry machine needs cleaned. Smells strongly of mold with black mold visible.

Pros: Welcoming landscaping and easy to get to off the freeway
Cons: Thin walls: Could hear muffled conversation from the next room
Pros: To leav
Cons: Filthy trash heap with rude staff and unaccommodating for cars and other needs.
Pros: I did not like anything
Cons: I had called and asked for 2 beds, handicapp room, non-smoking, and if possible a early ck in . NON of MY REQUEST WERE MET. I HAD TO PAY $12.00 EXTRA FOR A ROO WITH 2 BEDS. THE HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH. MY ROOM HAD TO BE CHANGED DUE TO THE Str
Pros: Nice quit room.
Room had cockroaches
Pros: Location... lack of unwanted visitors or persons wandering in/out
Cons: Continental Breakfast advertised: only very very minimal old fruits available, with nothing HOT, and no breakfast cereal, ODD, old wrapped ding-dongs or similar available. Hot-Tub Advertised (NOT available, if not build into room) False Advertising

Cons: Fraudulent charges showed up on my credit card shortly after use near this location. Beware.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Just far enough off the freeway to be relatively quiet yet easy to get to. The rooms were clean. The WiFi was good. Nearby there are a couple restaurants a step above fast food, and several convenience stores.
Cons: The facilities are dated and a bit run down, but clean. For example the room had a tube television and decor from the 20th century. The exterior had been painted and kept clean, but lots of wear was visible. Very few outlets in the room. Pillows appeared and felt like they were 20 years old. Air conditioning worked well to keep the room cool, but was loud.
Pros: The pillows and bed were uncomfortable. The A/C was loud every time it came on, woke me up. Place needs an overhaul.
Pros: quiet for sleeping and price,,, nice front desk staff,, well lighted parking
Cons: Old and worn room and furniture ,, almost frayed carpet ,,,very stained,,Thankfully I brought flip flop sandals.. 19 inch analog TV, All lamps were wobbly,, a/c heater combo was old and functional but the control dial were so worn the letting was unreadable so trial and error was needed to get it set to heat room .. Next time I'll spend 20-30 more a night and stay at a better place such as Hampton inn ,,, This was the most worn Day's inn I ever seen.. Oh well since it was winter no insects crawl under the visible gap under entry door :)
Pros: Friendly staff, quick service, easy access to food and shopping, value
Cons: The building was a little dated and showed signs of repairs.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that they wouldn't have early check-in I didn't like the fact that they wouldn't have a great check out I didn't like the fact they were rude I didn't like the fact that he would like to check them like the fact
Cons: The room was highly infested with roaches.
Pros: Seems like someone has tried to clean it up... But it's in a hellhole of a neighborhood.
Cons: Walls were VERY thin, and our neighbors were not upstanding citizens. Whole place just sketchy.
Pros: Enjoyed the stay quiet, location was good and price was great.
Cons: Only thing i think it could use some new paint on the inside but that's about it.
Orange Show Inn San Bernardino is a great choice for a stay in San Bernardino. Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily. Jetted tubs, flat-screen TVs, and free wired Internet are offered in all rooms.
Cons: The room was disgusting. The bed spreads had holes and was dirty. In fact, it was so dirty that we drove back to Los Angeles for fear of getting bed bugs. The room had a stench when we arrived as well.
Motel 6 San Bernardino North is within walking distance to area dining. Visit Pharaohs Lost Kingdom 12 miles or Silverwood Lake less than 14 miles. Enjoy our outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is available in all of our modern rooms for a small fee.
Pros: At first sight it seems just like any other cheap motel, even like a small apartment complex, and the room was basic.
Cons: The comforter was dirty, & when I called the front desk to ask for an eXtra blanket, I was informed that they didn't have any extra blankets, at all, & they asked me to smell the one I had because it was clean, then treated me like I got it dirty, so rude
Pros: Room had a refrigerator.
Cons: Housekeeping knocked three times, and all three times we yelled that we did not want service and they still came in! There was no 'do not disturb sign' to use. You had to pay for ice! Checkout was early at 11, not noon like most are. Language barrier too.
Located in San Bernardino, Downtown Motel 7 features rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi. Free guest parking is available. San Bernardino Public Golf Course is 4.5 miles away. A flat-screen cable TV is featured in each air-conditioned room at this motel. A work desk and a refrigerator are also provided. Private bathrooms come with free toiletries. A vending machine with cold beverages is located at Downtown Motel 7. Auto Club Speedway 19.3 miles away from this motel. Lake Arrowhead is 22.1 miles away.
Cons: They don't provide breakfasts and there are almost no restaurant choices close by except the In-and-Out burger. It's a quite an isolated building in the area. The receptionist is seating behind a bulletproof glass which makes you wonder how safe this area is.
Pros: I was not expecting much for the price. Hotel is okay, carpet needs changing, they can use some air freshener maybe in the rooms and hallways. Our room didn't have iron but has ironing board, but it's okay. TV has few good channel selections,
Cons: The carpet needs changing. Maybe start using some air freshener in the rooms, hallways, and elevator?
Pros: Good a.c. units. Easy access to freeway. In-and-Out next door.
Cons: Desk but no chair. Vending and ice machines only on first floor.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Very quiet
Cons: The smell of cigarettes and the parking lot is too small
Pros: I was nice for the moment
Cons: They have a rude staff
Pros: Location is close to the nos center
Pros: Secure inside even tho the location is ghetto , act was good wifi is fast ,friendly staff, parking is okay unless you're there for an event then forget about parking there it's tough
Cons: Walls are real thin !!! You can hear everything in the other room !! It was annoying the couple next to us weren't loud but you can still hear every sound and word so be mindful. The room had stains all over the floor sheets as well my boyfriend and I came prepared we brought 2 thick blankets one to but on the bed and the other to cover our selves . Vending machines are never stocked I've been to this hotel 3 times and stayed a total of 4 nights here and every time vending machines were empty. The lamps on the night stands are DANGEROUS 23 unplugged then because they flickered and shocked me once and make a strange sound some times . Personally I think they simply need to remodel ! Get new sheets and blankets because some I've seen have holes on them .
Pros: Loved the black out curtains .ac was good. Cable tv fine
It was located in a bad area but we felt 100% completely safe there with key card enterence
Cons: Staff had attitude beds and pillows were uncomfortable blankets had holes in them and looked warn out check out time was 11 am like seriously ? The lamps would flicker and we were even scared to touch it because it could blow a fuse vending machines were empty!
Pros: Was in SB for business, the beds were comfortable, the room was simple and quiet, and clean
Cons: The area seemed a little shady but that's just San Bernardino in general I suppose. Lack of do not disturb signs in the room kind of sucked,
Pros: Unless you want to kill someone and have no one care, there is absolutely no positive from staying here.
Cons: I was ecstatic, I was finally there. The All Star Lodge, our home away from home for three days while we get to go to a giant music festival. We had planned this out for months and it was finally happening!
I walk to the front door, get buzzed into the lobby and promptly inform the gentleman behind the counter who I was, and what my reservations were. He starts looking around in his computer, "finds them", and tells me it will be 176.00 for the stay. I know there must be some kind of mistake as it was a reservation for 3 rooms, two for three nights, one for two nights. After informing him of this he asks for a confirmation number, I show him my reservations from kayak. He immediately blames the booking agency claiming they are not at fault.
After going a few rounds with this guy about my reservations, I cited that I had called twice to confirm them. He called me a liar and demanded the name of the person I spoke with. unfortunately I was never given the persons name.
After all this is said and done they do have some random rooms we can get periodically to get us through the weekend. However, they had upped the price to 80 dollars a night instead of the 49.95 advertised all over their building, and what we had reserved the rooms for. As we finish up paying and what not the guy informs me that I should not go outside at night, and during the day I should try to stay in a group. Oh joy!
The rooms had stains on the carpet, no fridge, a tv from 1994, some form of hellish bramble thorns stuck in all of the carpet, two towels that you had to return to the front desk to get clean ones, an advertised pool that had no water in it, and their "room service" was the phone number to dominos.
We decide to brave it to go get some food and necessities. There is a giant abandoned mall about two blocks from our room that we cut through to get to the only store in town. Come to find out this is called "the murder mall", more people have been killed in that mall in the past year than they have cops on the force.
Later that night I go outside to smoke, there is a line of people that are obviously going to the same concert as me, all saying the exact same thing "but we had reservations, here is out confirmation number" to no avail.
It appears this place canceled all reservations, and increased the rate once they found out there was a music festival in town.
After checking out and getting away from this hellish abyss where happiness goes to die, we get to the airport, and begin our trek back home. Once I get off the plane I find a voicemail from visa stating fraud protection had locked my account. These guys after everything was said and done had tried to charge me 250 dollars for "smoking" in my room. They had found a dead e-cig in our trash (which was put into a mcdonalds bag) and that was their evidence. Luckily visa has reversed this charge and not honored it.
tl;dr, DON'T STAY HERE, OR IN THIS TOWN. EVER. RUN. NOW.
Pros: Decent price for what we got
Cons: Tv didn't work our whole stay other than that it was good

Cons: I made a reservation to save $
Then they said I was smoking in the room
The new manager is horrible and scary
I got pics of roaches
Pros: Location. Starbucks real close
Cons: Very shady area. You're in an area that's not too comfortable.
Motel 6 San Bernardino South CA is located within walking distance of area restaurants. Riverside Aquarium and San Manuel Casino are less than 9 miles. Enjoy our outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is available in all of our modern rooms for a small fee.
Pros: Took us FOREVER to check in, then the key they gave me was for a room that was already in use!
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: They didn't open the pool until 10 a.m. so I didn't get a chance to even sit in the hot tub before we had to check out in the morning.
Cons: Bad staff bad service..all bad Never stay there..

Pros: I stayed here after going to Hard Summer. It's super cool and easy to check in too. The bed was super comfy and the showers were great
Cons: The cash request upon check in was a surprise. The stained sheets that the staff told me were water stains caused by the bleach they use to launder the bedding. I was not pleased and I will not be going back. Before it became privately owned it was showing its age.
Pros: I liked that it was super cheap.
Staff was very friendly.
Lots of Security Cameras.
Was quiet and bed was comfy.
Cons: Defiantly showed wear and tear but not a big deal
Pros: Everything was pleasant during the stay at this hotel.
Cons: The reservation from booking.com was not in the hotel's database when we arrived. The hotel's hallways are reaaly hot; no air conditioning at all.

Pros: The staff was nice and help full mostly beds cool
Cons: Drug dealer s one building prostitutes in the other hug coach roaches in pool filters and security watches over all of it aswell the bad stuff
Pros: Friendly staff. Friendly, interesting men from all over the country in the lobby. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Elevator broken, elderly grandmother could not get up and down stairs to room after first night. Carpet is sticky , dirty and smells terrible. Moved to another room by elevator that is literally a stones throw from the freeway. Could not sleep with the intense freeway noise.

Pros: Air conditioning works, has mini kitchen with two burner stove, relatively close to concert venue, plenty of parking
Cons: Only scalding hot water.. Even the water in the toilet is blazing hot... seedy people lingering outside and asking for lighters, very worn bathrooms and dirty carpet, not really near anything except a gas station, and they called on the phone 30 minutes before check out to tell us to come check out however the phone wouldn't work to call out the previous day to request towels.. Did I mention there is no cold water??
