Clean, friendly and hospitable staff. Nice and spacious rooms, as well as a fantastic location. Good value for money. Would stay there in future.
The only downfall was the fact that the air conditioning was not great and did struggle to sleep at times. Given that you are unable to open the window it was a little frustrating. However, the staff were very accommodating in doing all they could to rectify this.

The staff at the hotel were really nice and customer service was exceptional. Room was nicely decorated and covered all needs.
We would have liked better quality tea in the room.

Friendly staff. Fast check in. Rooms are very nice and clean. location is great. overall very nice athmospehre in the hotel.
Breakfast could have a little bit more choice.
