Everything went very smoothly. Airplane food simply is never great but they were quite generous and very attentive. I was impressed.
Great flight! Only complaint I had was that I didn’t get breakfast that morning because I don’t eat eggs for breakfast.. I ate an energy bar I bought in the airport which I had never done before. Otherwise, another great Delta flight!
Food TERRIBLE! In First Class- so bad - why was it so much better 20-30 years ago? Comfort-awful-would rather have the old, plush First Class seats than the new hard - too short seats in the new pods -would advise avoiding Delta for any International Flights.
The airport process and boarding were fast. The airplane crew were nice but the food was bland and the seats extremely uncomfortable- my seat had an issue and couldn’t move back and made noise .
Boarding was chaotic. I didn’t finish dinner because I went to bed early. Breakfast omelet was overcooked and tasteless but croissant was better than usual. Plane was dirty—crumbs in every seam and lavatory was poorly maintained (paint peeling, etc.) and toilet paper had not been refreshed before takeoff. No cubby for storage in first and seat was narrow.
Horrible. Flight ORD to CGH was okay, but Paris was a nightmare. Old planes, delays, involuntary downgrades, broken planes, terrible communication. CGH to CPT was my worst flight ever.
Honestly, I didn’t expect that I will experience this long time wait during the check in. There was only one person who was taking care of the passengers for the economy class and it took us to wait about one hour to do our check i. As a result we barely get to the airplane as the gate was at the end of the airport. That is totally not professional where one crue is working at the registration desk with economy and 3-4 crues are helping for the business class.
Lost luggage! No representative of the airline present at the airport. Air France contracted the service out to a 3rd party service. The service has no ability to track the missing bag or provide a time frame on its arrival.
Very disappointed in the food selection. It was not good compared to other airlines.

Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.
Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!

It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.
The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
The flight took off two hours late. What was good was that I was getting an information on this earlier in the day. The lounge agent sent the passengers to the gate way too early. That was annoying. The food aboard was disgusting. The service aboard was okay. The seats were good. Overall, it's a very mediocre experience. Well, it's not a five-star airline and not one that aspires to be one. Comparing TAP Portugal to Iberia or Lufthansa, I'd rather see it as a three-star airline, even though it's website works much better than what Lufthansa has been trying to pull off for the past decade.
The plane was FABULOUS. The crew were wonderful and the food more than I expected.
The food was dry and tasteless. Boarding process was ridiculous. Lounge is Lisbon was of very poor quality. The website is nearly unusable. Customer service was challenging. This was my first transatlantic business class flight with TAP. There will not be another.
Disappointing Compared to other airlines , this one was the most expensive. But not even close, in getting what you paid for.
TAP canceled connection and we had to wait 15 hours for another flight to Milan. There were plenty of. Seats on earlier but because we were Excellence Class the would not let us downgrade which we were willing to. Don’t understand their logic? Plenty of seats but we couldn’t / they wouldn’t make the change.
We were delayed and they didn’t tell us why. There was no AC while we were on board waiting and it was very hot. We were in the last row and there was no window. We had a connecting international flight at JFK in a different terminal and the flight crew did not request passengers to let connecting flights off first and we almost missed our flight.

This was one of the worst flights I have ever taken in my entire life. First of all, I traveled Economy, but the seats were TINY and cramped. Not just for me; everyone around me was complaining of the same thing and said they could not get comfortable. Then there was the issue of the heat. For whatever reason the heat on the plane must have been turned to FULL BLAST, because even at 30,000 feet, it was SWEALTERING. Everyone was drench in sweat. Then, they were SO STINGY with the amount of drink they would give you. If you asked for water, it was in a tiny, paper cup (think bathroom cup) and they only filled it 3/4s of the way as if the cost came right out of the pockets of the air stewards. Everything was a money grab, you could tell! You had to pay for the WiFi, which was garbage slow, and the onboard entertainment was limited and stale. If I EVER fly TAP again, it will not be Economy class. What a disaster!

The crew was excellent. The food was not good. I have taken many international flights and the meal was not good by comparison.
Great. Only issue…the cabin was kept as warm as a sauna.
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Never happened. Lufthansa canceled numerous flights. Had to stand in line at Frankfurt Airport for 6 1/2 hours to rebook. Had to bypass Paris.
That they waited from my late arrival to board priority board. Smooth flight
We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA
The flight was fine but no food available apart from snacks like Pringles and olives which was a problem for me as I hadn’t eaten anything that day. But the worst problem was BA left 24 suitcases in Heathrow as the flight was too full but didn’t tell anyone. So we waited for ages at Toulouse airport with no information and finally found out from the one member of staff in the baggage collection area who explained what had happened and apologised for no announcement being made but said that was their policy. Then BA contacted me today to say they have found my luggage and can deliver it to me on Tuesday - half way through my holiday!!!! So a friend has had to make a four hour round trip in his car to go and collect the luggage from the airport so we can get it today. A TOTAL SHAMBLES AND DISREGARD BY BA FOR THEIR PASSENGERS’ BEST INTERESTS.
The business class seat was an uncomfortable conversion of a main cabin seat well below the quality of even the budget carriers in the US. I would have never paid for business class if would have known I get the same seat as main cabin. BA has gone down hill significantly in this class of service.

British Airways, shame on you the worst flight experience ever!! Avoid at all cost if you can!!! My flight was apparently overbooked and I was refused to fly, apparently this is normal, nothing unusual and I should take it easy and still be happy and smiling when they trying to offer me a stand by ticket for the next flight!!! 🤯🤯🤯 Never ever again thank you very much what the crop service it is there's something fundamentally wrong going with this company I was unable to check in online I was unable to download the receipt I was unable to manage my booking I was waiting in the queue for the luggage when all the desks had some it issues I was refused to fly what else could go wrong??? 🤯🤯🤯

The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip.
I am 6'3" and there is no way I can sit in one of the economy seats again. I could not even open the tray table because my knees where in the way. Smallest seats I have ever seen. Never again. I tried to purchase one of the exit rows or bulkhead seats when I booked the flight but was unable to.
