Pros (+) The staff are well trained in customer service, and each person did something to brighten my day in some way. Very impressed with how lovely and responsive they were. Special thanks to Mpolai, Busi and Ray for their amazing customer service.
Cons (-) The reservation system was recently changed, and its created a horrible experience for guests who arrive expecting a room and finding the reservation can't be located. The alternative I was moved to was two levels below that of Kick4Life, yet I had paid for the nicer lodging. Not a good way to handle. Thankfully it ended up being only one night!
