Pros: Very hospitable and clean rooms Maybe the best in meghri
Pros: I liked hospitality of the family. The atmosphere was warm and without imposing.
Pros: very Good stuff and clean area
Pros: Owners were so kind, their English wasn't perfect but they were hospitable and helpful. They helped organise our marshrutka to Goris the next morning which went smoothly, they were also easy to communicate with via Booking.com. The room was so big and comfortable, we were very sad to leave it. Shower was HUGE and clean. Dinner was absolutely delicious and also huge. Amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. We just needed somewhere for a night but were welcomed to Armenian hospitality - just be careful with the meal prices. Keep in mind the place is cash only.
Cons: Costs for dinner and breakfast should have been mentioned upfront, this cost more than our room! Dinner was worth it (4000 dram including homemade wine and vodka) but breakfast wasn't (2000 dram for eating 1 egg and a cup of tea) and the owner didn't take no for an answer. Bit of a walk into town.
Pros: Very good breakfast, nice people and awesome view!
Pros: Friendly hosts, good location (quiet, but close to the village centre), spacious and quaintly furnished rooms, good shower, toilet separate from shower (important in the case of shared facilities), parking on site
Cons: rather stiff mattresses; central heating that could (apparently) not be switched off (and room had no outside windows); "walls" (between room and hallway, and between rooms) consisted of windows, meaning you had to turn off the light to undress, and if you had your lights on your neighbour's room would be brightly lit as well (and vice versa).
Pros: Clean home
Cons: The fimily didnt get touch with me. I feel a bit cold. Maybe because i am solo woman traveller
Pros: Beautiful stay in a family, staff is very lovely and helpful for any needs. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Incredibile breakfast with organic products of their own garden. Absolutely suggested!
Cons: Nothing important
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms in a cozy private house with a garden. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn't have time to taste the breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been good :-) Recommended!
Pros: Fresh fruits from the garden, kind service, good atmosphere, parking place inside the yard.
Cons: Hard to complain on anything.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a shared lounge and currency exchange for guests. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at the hostel also have free WiFi. A à la carte breakfast is available every morning at Hostel Samuel.
Pros: Very friendly host family and extremely convenient location right outside the border.
Pros: Hosts are genuinely hospitable, kind and interested in providing best service possible. We liked clean, spacious room and shaded garden area. Breakfast was great too and we still remind all the fresh fruits we ate at Samuel's :)
Cons: Can't think of anything. Maybe garden area could be more cosy, but that's just a suggestion for improvement, because we felt really great at Samuel's place.
Pros: Everything is great and location is best because it is just next to the border crossing. Vahe is a really good person and his family was taking care of me like a family member
Cons: Actually first you will see a Russian military base and hostel is behind that base so I was quite suspicious where it is
Pros: Vahe and his family are very welcoming hosts and caring. They cooked for us, invited us for barbecue and even invited us to see a show from his kids. In short, we were treated like family/friends. Thank you vahe. Best stay in armenia
Pros: value for money，helpful receptionist
Pros: Vahe and his family is doing everything for you to feel good. Coffee in the morning, bbq on the evening, fruits during the day. Really very good hosts, the hostel is highly recommended.
Pros: The staff was helpful and provided all the information we needed. Also, we were able to wash our clothes. The property is quite remote but very close to the border. Either way there is nothing to actually do in the town. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place to other people who want to spend as much quality time as they can in Iran.
Cons: Other people at the property were listening to music very loudly. However, the owner came and asked us if they are too loud. Afterwards, resolvong the issue.
Pros: The owner and his family are very friendly. We had a great time at his guest house
Pros: Vahe and his family were so friendly and respectful . I stayed one night and I enjoyed . Thank you
Pros: The best accomodation in armenia! Vahe and his family made us feel like home. The room was clean and the food delicious. We would stay there again!
Cons: We should have stay longer!
Meghri Inn is located in Meghri. Featured amenities include laundry facilities and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The bus away from the place can be flagged down just opposite the place. Provided someone tells you and makes arrangements
Cons: Not sure where to begin. Nothing said that this was "meghri inn". I only found it because it was on Google maps. The room had crumbling walls and lots of insects. The bed was seemingly old soviet hospital inventory. Very short narrow and uncomfortable. No one spoke English there now where there English instructions. Counter to the description there was no breakfast, no restaurant, no nothing
Pros: Very beautiful hotel which is very easy to find. The breakfast was very delicious and free. The service and workers also was in a very high level. Thanks a lot to Meghri hotel.
Pros: I will not recommend the hotel to anyone. It was an awful one, the worst in my life. Even the walls were smelling of humidity and cigarette's smoke. Definitely, there are way better options nearby.
Cons: Everything. No reception room, awful toilets, no locks on the toilet doors, humid rooms, everything was awful.
Pros: Very good breakfast made by the kindiest staff
Cons: Water shower in the bath and air conditioned in the bedrooms
Pros: Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Building was only partially converted to a hotel with work ongoing. We could not lock our room. It was on the main road with no pavement, not ideal when you have a buggy. It really wasn't ready to receive guests. Will be fine once it is finished.
Pros: - very nice owner/manager! - wifi worked (I see comments that it didn't) - heater in a room made our cold last night in Armenia very comfortable!
Cons: - Object may be hard to identify, there is a "hotel" sign and arrow but the inn itself has no exterior signs
Pros: The most important thing is the owner of hotel was very kind and warm. Although we couldn't talk about many things in English, I could feel very warm like hometown.
Cons: The shower-head in Bathroom doesn't work, I hope it will be repaired for next visitor.
Pros: The location is excellent for visitors travelling by car from Iran to Armenia and pass the border afternoon
