Pros. Nothing

Cons. Everything no rooms relocated us to 29th. Said they would pay for breakfest ubers never happend. Overall they were try hard purchased a 6 pack of beer for us and the front desk giy not his fault. Also paid for our cab not good enough for how much we spent and where we wanted to ne at. We had plans with friends with walking of the property

Pros. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Cons. Amenities: TINY room, missing refrigerator, mold in showers. Only two complimentary beach chairs (we had three guests). Location: Hotel is a little bit of a walk from the South Beach area where the major hotels are. There was also a SHOOTING in the alley outside of the hotel (we heard the gunshots from our room and it was confirmed later on the news). Misc.: We were also NOT told about the $20 per day "resort fee" that we were made to pay upon checking out.

Pros. - Good location - Staff seemed nice

Cons. - $20 "resort" fee they charge on top of the reservation that you can't opt out of. Plus taxes. - Smallish rooms, but decent furniture - A/C was really, really loud

Pros. Everything was great here except the shower and bathroom, which I discussed in my negative comments. Otherwise, the decor, staff, location, etc were awesome. We had a great time here.

Cons. The shower was dirty. It had mildew or mold growing in the grout. Also, the bathroom smelled like sewage, which is not necessarily the hotel's fault. Sometimes there is nothing that can be done based on the way the plumbing is set up. The only other time I have experienced this though, was at a hostel in Costa Rica. So it was a bit disappointing.

Pros. We had a great stay in this south beach hotel. We had a penthouse unit with our own private balcony with chairs and chaises with a fantasy view. The staff was great the room was very large bright and clean. Overall a great time.

Cons. The bar was under renovation so no drinks in lobby but who drinks in the lobby anyways.

Pros. This was my 2nd time staying here at the stiles and it was just as good as the first time. Very clean great staff prime location. It easily became our favorite hotel

Pros. For some reason they didn't tell us, they upgraded our regular room to a suite and the only room in the hotel with a balcony. Plenty of room for the 3 people we had and overall a clean place, with some minor work needed in areas.

Cons. The balcony had an outside shower that my one friend accidentally broke by just pulling the chain to turn it on, causing it to dump water out nonstop with no easily accessible or noticeable turn off valve. We let the front desk know and it took them a little bit of time to have someone from maintenance take a look at it. Once he was up, even he was unsure of how to turn it off, attempting to turn several different knobs and valves throughout the room. Eventually, he was able to get the large flow of water down to a drizzle, but at the cost of the water to our room. When we needed to use the bathroom for the toilet, sink, or shower, we had to play with the nozzles ourselves to try and figure out how to turn the water back on to our bathroom while also turning up the volume of water outside too. It's a bit concerning as when we told the front desk they said it "happens all the time" so I am hoping that not only will they still return my security deposit on the room, but will also try and find a better resolution to what sounds to be a recurring problem.
