Pros: "The flight took off on time and maybe even early and was early arriving even though it had to divert a little to avoid the hurricane. Everything seemed to run more efficiently because more extraordinary measures were being taken to keep flights running and on time. I was impressed."

Normally it wouldn't be "terrible" but my son was starting a new position that Monday. I learned my lesson, don't book the last flight out. I just don't understand why they didn't get new equipment and a new crew sooner. As it was they had to fly in a different plane in and flew up a crew from Ft. Lauderdale who flew us home to Ft. Lauderdale. I'm still not sure what caused this problem."

August 19th the same situation suppose to leave at 10:45 pm didn't leave until 1 am. The crew members were terrific them trying to keep us calm."

I have seen before that SunCounty boards First Class before families will strollers/infants. However, this was a flight to Florida so full of small kids. It would speed up boarding to get those people into the plane to set up car seats, small kids etc. Also, the boarding was hectic enough that the gate agent forgot to board small children, they did pre-boarding, first, exit row, then started with rear seats. There was confusion and all the families rushed the gate. could have been managed much better."

No one at American was helpful in helping me locate my bag and get it to me at a reasonable time."

Cons: "I was seated in a window seat and another woman my size about 110 pounds was seated in the aisle however there was a 400+ pound man sitting in a middle seat which made it very difficult for me especially to even sit back because it was touching me the whole time when you have somebody of that size You should make sure they are on and I'll because then the find attendance would have some difficulty getting through instead of your passengers being inconvenienced either that or force people of that size to take two seats"

Pros: "Flight itself was fine. Major delay resulted in arriving one day later than planned, additional transportation cost, unplanned, and unplanned parking fees. No travel voucher was offered and when I asked was told it was not possible to issue a travel voucher."

Cons: "At OHare the gate agent sent me to the wrong gate and plane for my flight. I did not arrive Thursday at 8:30 pm as scheduled. Customer service put me on "red eye" to Dulles for the next flight to Charleston, without motel or meal vouchers. I couldnt sleep on the benches there due to asthma and diabetic issues. I arrived Friday 2:30 pm 17 hours late. Dulles overnight cleaning staff helped more than agents at OHare."

Cons: "Shitty seats was very uncomfortable probably won't fly United just because of that... Delta has a lot more comfortable seats"

Cons: "Some inspector idiot decided that the exterior cover stickers weren't "up to code" literally half an hour before my flight, delaying us 2 hours. I got onto a different flight at the last second, then the same thing happened to that plane. Brilliant on their parts. I almost lost a job interview thanks to your people."

Cons: "Airport was horrible! Security line was 45 min. long and on the other side of the world. The plane was an hour late! No snow. No storms. Why? The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."

Cons: "This airline is terrible - the seats are supremely uncomfortable and they charge for everything - even to carry on a bag! I didn't know that before this trip, but I will never fly Frontier Airlines again"

Cons: "I was locked out of the first flight due to not having the ability to get a boarding pass via the internet. When I arrived, I used the kiosk to get a boarding pass. Was directed to the ticket agent who stated I was too late to get a boarding pas. I asked if there was room on the flight and was told there was a lot of room. This was 1/2 hour before the doors closed for this flight. The agent told be to go elsewhere and that if I were to get to Miami I needed to book through another airline. I found American had a flight that left half an hour later and booked it at an additional expense of $493.10 FYI: I did have flight insurance and was told it is no good and that basically I'm screwed. I hope someone reads this and compensates me for my added expense."

Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"

Pros: "The good thing about my experience traveling with Frontier was safety, I don't care about hours waiting to depart as long as technicians staff gives the great light to get on board. Last and not forgotten is a non stop flight so to me al the compliance end up within 4 to 5 hours .The flight crew was very kind with the passengers."
Cons: "Carry on prices wasn't expected at all, snacks are very limited, seats couldn't lean back. Had this experience by been delayed for 4 hours because technical problems and didn't have the nerve to apply a discount or refund on the trip . Some passengers were upset and concerned about connection flights."

Cons: "When I booked the flight I did not realize it was bare bones on amenities. Each checked in bag is $30 in advance and each carry on is $30 in advance. If you purchase at the counter.it is way more. Also there is a charge starting at $12/seat for advance seat selection. Then onboard snacks and beverages star at $2.99 each. Next time I will book where the amenities are included in a flat rate."

Also, our flight didn't depart till an hour and a half later and they didn't say anything on the telecom about it. Arrived home an hour and a half later without an apology."

The flight was severely delayed and little communication was provided during that time. We fly quite a lot and this was, by far, the worst flying experience we have ever encountered. We were completely mislead about baggage checking costs, seating costs, etc. absolutely horrible. Never, ever again will we fly Frontier."

I had to "pay" for my seat, hello, didn't I just buy a plane ticket? Also, it costs more to bring a carry-on than it does to check a bag, as each passenger is allowed only one personal item. So instead of bringing a small carry-on for my clothes I paid to check a large suitcase. (added cost) No signage at the gate to identify it if was the correct flight . Crew behind the desk somewhat unprofessional - applying perfume and taking personal calls within feet of the desk, while we were waiting to board. Once on plane the Crew was very grumpy and at times, downright nasty. As I said, they charge you for EVERYTHING, no complimentary water or soda here. The concept of not having complimentary beverages would make sense if they didn't "nickel and dime" you for everything else. I almost expected to have to pay to use the toilet. Fortunately, our return flight was much better. The crew was super professional and civil. This was the first time I ventured onto this new Frontier, and it was certainly the last !"

Cons: "The flight was two hours delayed. And the pilot or staff did not have the common courtesy to let us know what was happening. Pilot explained why they were delayed in landing at LGA. And it would be a two hour flight. However we waited another hour on the runway with NO updates!!! Just sitting on a plane, on a flight that was already late, was very frustrating. Frontier staff should really work on better communication. They also had an elderly woman pay $60 for her carry on. They could have waived the fee, she was elderly and she stated she wasn't aware that she had to pay for her carry on. It would have been a nice gesture when the flight was delayed."
