When I showed up around 9:15p, the desk receptionist was fast, accurate and very nice in getting me checked in. he provided me with a room option that was good for me and I appreciated it. I was checked in within minutes of arrival. A very good experience. the room was neat, clean and very comfortable. The bed and reading chair were very suitable for the space and I was able to work effectively. I had some confusion on where some outside walking options existed. I was there for a conference and did not feel the conference rooms were marked well from the hotel lobby. Early in the morning, prior to 8 am, there was cleaning activity next door in an adjoining room. I felt this was too soon.
The room was very nice, clean, well furnished-- everything I would expect in a higher-end hotel. Staff was pleasant, location near shopping center was convenient. Temperature in the common areas was freezing! The hotel restaurants were closed in the afternoon.
We stayed at the Town center Marriott in Boca twice this month for 2 nights each and both times they did not do housekeeping (towels, clean bathroom, make beds) on the second day. We made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Nice hotel and good value through kayak but having to ask for towels on the second day in such a hotel is less than expectations.
Location was perfect. Vallet was awesome! Unfriendly staff at check in Only 2 towels in bathroom upon arrival No safe in the room The refrigerator was turned completely off and we had to pull it out of the cabinet to figure out how to turn it on.
Staff was very stuffy shuttle service not advisable hotel greatly under stall in summer
Shower did not work in my room. I let the front desk know upon checkout and they did not offer any discount for my inconvenience. I had to ask them what they could do for me, and after some haggling with them, they gave me free parking for the night. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.
It was a great hotel. The rooms were updated and comfortable. Will highly recommend. Nothing
- Only "glitch" was that, when checking in, the front desk said that my business debit card was declined....twice. However: • There was 60x more funds in the account than was needed • I called the Bank and they had no record of even any attempts and • I immediately used that same card at the hotel restaurant Unfortunately, I was forced to use my personal credit card
Intercoastal view with a big tree blocking from seing anything
setting no breakfast before 7 am
Staff was friendly A/C did not work and carpets were dirty
Great location, comfortable room Hallways and bathrooms were not clean to Hilton standards
Nice rooms, comfortable big beds, good price for location Not the most beautiful from the outside where we stayed. Came a day earlier than reservation and they were sold out. Parking $25 a night!
Great hotel, great service. Our door balcony messed up on us and they moved us into a nicer room with a view to accommodate the inconvenience. Staff was nice and took great care of us. I would definitely go back again
Bathroom needed updating. Shower nozzle was broken.
Location to the convention center The lobby was extremely chaotic and loud. There is nothing near the hotel that gives you options for dining out as far as I could tell.
The proximity to port Everglades is convenient. When I arrived, I was ignored for 20 minutes just standing at the counter while 2 staff members were having a conversation. The lobby and hallways were filthy and smelled terribly. when I asked about the smell a staff member replied "that's just how it smells". While checking in online, I requested a high floor room with a marina view. what they gave me was a first floor room and the "beautiful marina view" was obstructed by overgrown and unkept vegetation, so overgrown that I couldn't get any sunlight into the room. The staff was both incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I called down 3 times on my first day to request extra pillows, they told me all 3 times the pillows were on the way. Nothing was ever delivered to the room. There was a large gathering of water underneath the television when I got into the room, when I asked about this they told me they would "look into it" This was without a doubt the worst stay I've ever had at a Hilton property. I would've stayed at a motel 6 and paid a fraction of the price If I knew it was going to be this terrible.
View and location Rooms are starting to run down already - maids screaming in the hallway - room not very clean
Great view, location - nice rooms. Bed was way too comfortable!
The staff is friendly and accumulating. Easy access to beach front. Updated lobby and rooms. Near liquor store. Don't worth the $200+ a night rate I paid. It looks and feels like an old Holiday Inn that was renovated. The view from the rooms of the beach is only a half view as the building is blocking the rest. The carpet was stained. The shower had mold on the grout and caulked in areas. The A/C only kicked on when it wanted to. The pool is the size of an above-ground pool. I paid the rate because the reviews and pictures looked appeasing but it turned out to be a front. Also, it is not an adult only hotel; many, many families present and being very loud and obnoxious. 2-star rating. Only stay here if you find a rate for under $100 a night. Very, very disappointed.
The personal are professional and very polite.
The woman at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly. She immediately saw our daughter who is two and offered to have us a crib sent up immediately. Hotel restaurant server was also excellent. Gave us great service and the food was great. Seemed a little too "uppity" for our family. It always seemed as if someone was looking for a tip. My husband went down to get a luggage cart to take our bags downstairs and the guy wouldn't let him have the cart. Said it was a "liability". I've been to a lot of hotels and always used my own luggage cart. It's not a liability for heavens sake. It just means someone won't get a tip. Also the bed was not very comfortable but that's just a personal opinion. It could be very comfortable to someone else.
This was a great place to stay. It was very nice and looked more modern than most of the hotels on the strip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean! The higher your room the better. Beds were very comfy. Room amenities: Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, ice bucket, 4 glasses, safe, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/bath gel dispenser in shower, iron/board, mirrors on the closet doors, 2 bottles of water daily They also offered 2 welcome drinks from the bar upon arrival, free beach towels and 2 free beach chairs daily. Location: The location of this hotel was good for us. It is located at the corner of A1A and Sunrise Blvd. The beach was right across the street and this section of the beach wasn't as crowded. We did not need to rent a car. There was plenty of things within a block surrounding the hotel. There was a Thai sushi place, 24hr pizza place, Mediterranean/Vegan spot, deli/sandwich shop, ice cream, popcorn, Subway, 7 Eleven. There were also several souvenir shops, a pub and a couple of other small restaurants. We rented a scooter from Fun Rentals right behind the hotel so we could explore a little further. Great transportation without paying for valet parking. We also used the beach shuttle ($3/person). Other transportation options include Trolley ($1/ride), City bus (bus stop right out front), cab, Uber, bike rentals. The nightlife is about a mile south of the hotel (30 min walk) on A1A. The Galleria mall was about 1/2 mile west on Sunrise blvd...not far at all. Overall this was a great place and we would stay here again. The pool was sort of small though. I would have liked a microwave as well though. Restaurant in hotel was kind of expensive so we never ate there.
Very comfortable bed. Rooms are nice. Location to beach is great. Parking cost is $30/night. You can hear every sound through the door.
Friendly staff, clean, close to beach. Nothing negative
NOTHING. EVERYTHING. I would not stay here, they are not accomodating, the staff is rude and inconsiderate. There sheets were terrible, and the room was dirty.
Great location. Great last minute deal thru Kayak. I will definitely stay again. My room was RIGHT BY THE ELEVATOR... bad move. You hear everythjbg coming in and out. Also, the chef... Well, let's just say the meal I had wSnt great. Actually, it wasn't good either.
Room and view was wonderful! Staff was helpful, and the pool was relaxing. Loved the love music at the pool. Breakfast at the hotel resturant cost us a pretty penny.
Rooms are stylish, well concepted and executed. Baths and beds and interior design is well done. Rooms have great views and are quiet. This hotel and the W are the two best hotels in Fort Lauderdale and this is a great value. Close to restaurants and the beach. Slight access issues, but once you've stayed there you figure it out and its fine, the location offsets any access challenges.
This is not a four star hotel--more like a fancy 2.5 star place
Staff was incredibly attentive. Very clean. windows have a GREAT blackout shade, but there is no semitransparent shade to let light in while still having some privacy. most rooms face the parking lot and on the first floor there are cars only 15 feet away. no refridgerator
Nice comfortable hotel. Liked it.
Pool was great. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
No balcony in room
Including trial sign in and sign out quick and easy They did not have two bed room despite reservation for same
Pool was lovely. Staff was friendly Dirty pillow case the first night and then the next day, the cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth that wasn't mine on my bathroom floor and didn't refill the toiletries.
Free breakfast for kids Decor Pool bar and restaurant Outdoor space for sitting and lounging Sheets were very soft Low quality pillows Too few towels both in room and pool side No drawers in room-all Shelving and storage were open/visible Toiletries not replaced well-we stayed 5 night
Staff helpful, friendly Bedding needs replacement
Restaurant food is delicious and the service is awesome. The views are lovely. The beach resort is accessible by shuttle and is worth the ride, very beautiful. The best things are the staff and the view Everything is way overpriced, starting with the $40 a night mandatory valet parking to the $35 per person breakfast. If you don't have a car you don't have a choice, so it gets expensive. The rooms are nice but there is very low water pressure in the shower and the sink. No soundproofing so you will hear everything your neighbor's are doing (I.e. The screaming infant in the adjacent room).
Arielle is the best bartender ever!!!
The hotel is connected with the Boca Raton Resort and club therefore all the facilities at the main hotel are available for quests at the beach club the beach club can get very crowded on the weekends especially holiday weekend since it is not just a hotel but also a private country club.
location, price fan was loud
I liked the fact that the place had been renovated and was clean, linens were comfortable and the temperature was comfortable. The coffee in the room was not drinkable. We were told when we checked in that there was complimentary coffee on the second floor. The next morning when we went there for a cup of coffee we were told there is no complinmentary coffee and were charged for it.
I have stayed at this hotel several times before it became a Wyndham Hotel. The renovations to the rooms and hotel in general are wonderful. The staff couldn't be nicer.
Great location and value Was undergoing maintained on the pool
I will come back we had a excellent stay. Thank you
Staff very friendly, Service Excellent, Rooms comfortable, feel very safe and relaxed just a great experience.
Good location, nice facility, comfortable room. Pool area not maintained to a high level. Twice had to ask for towels and wait to long for some to arrive.
No clean towels, no coffee facilities within the room, though there should be. room not cleaned daily
heated pool and hot tub breakfast is not included
The location is very convenient. Beds are comfortable. The staff is exceptional. I stayed at this hotel before when it was a Holiday Inn. Much nicer now. Definitely will stay here again. There were few complementary amenities, e.g. coffee.
Bedding was great! Undergoing renovation

Nice staff, decent breakfast, free parking and wifi. Very thin walls. Could easily hear the neighbors having a normal conversation. Somewhat run-down.
The breakfast buffet was the best part of my stay I booked a 1 king bed suite. The inside of hte hotel has a very gloomy vibe. The room I got was even worse. There was dust everywhere, which kiscked my allergies into overdrive. The elevators take forever.
Several real things: the room was comfortable and clean; the staff was helpful with accomdating my needs and the services of complimentary breakfast, no booze, and a pool for relaxing and a printer to print my boarding pass were my main highlights. I would have like a table or desk at the window instead of the bed by the window. When taking my meals in my room it was dark sitting at the desk/kitchen area.
The bed was so comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was perfect. Most of the staff were great.
Great staff and clean rooms

The breakfast could have been better

Location was very convenient and easy to find. Pool area was very nicely done with canopy. Gym had nice treadmills with tv's. Rooms are good size and have tv in bed area and in the kitchen/sitting area. Great for family traveling with kids/teens.
The two rooms The hidden location
If I could get a $100 price at every Embassy suites I would always stay there. I travel for business
The staff is very friendly and quick to help if we had requirements. The room was clean and well maintained. We were visiting with friends, but found lots to do with nearby beaches, gardens, an excellent city walking trail, and good restaurants.
Great value and amenities. Nothing
Clean and convienient.Great breakfast. Need more valet folks to park cars.parking is limited. many of the staff know little english.
Nice People Paying for parking across the street $30.00 a day, You are paying to stay there your parking should be free.
The best part of the resort/hotel was location. Depending on what building you stay at, the beach was within walking distance. Also, many restaurants and activities weren't far away. We had to use our cell phones to call the front desk, because the speed dial numbers on the hotel phones would ring busy when we call. Also, called for a wake up call, which we never received. Housekeeping would not come or would come in the late afternoon, when we get back from our outings; often times the hallway and under the bed was not cleaned up. When we went to the beach, we were told to raise a flag (which was provided on a pole) when we would like to have bar staff come to see what we need. No one ever came to check on anyone on the beach. The resort fee (according to Delta Vacations) includes 2 beach chairs, 2 bottles of water, 2 signature drinks, 2-2hr bike rental, board games, sand toys, each day. However when asked, I was told the signature drinks were discontinued from the resort fee 2 years ago. Overall, the value for what we paid was not worth it, and do not plan on going back. The pictures from the website are not a good representation of facilities or service. Renovation can only improve appearance.
View Everything at this hotel is broken, elevators, phones, the Skywalk that takes you from one side to the other. The pool is small and there is only 1 bathroom for everyone, the line was at least half hour long all day. It was faster to walk the 2 blocks, cross traffic and climb the stairs to use the bathroom in your room than wait in line, or walk to the beach, which it seemed mist were doing, and use nature's facilities. They also charge $20 a day to park you car and another $20 for resort fees, I'm not sure where that money goes, since everything is broke and the pool is the almost the smallest I've ever seen at a hotel besides a few motel 8's.
pool and right on the beach under construction. but can't help that
The staff was terrific and welcoming, the renovatied rooms were lovely, the pool is amazing We didn't care for the onsite restaurants. However the wreck was fun and we enjoyed the mermaid show.
The pool right on the beach are awesome. You can sit in the pool and watch the TVs at the pool bar. The mermaid show is great and I have seen it about 5 times now. We were not informed that it was under major renovation. The bar in our building didn't open until 5:30. There used to be two bars but one is now closed for renovation. Since there were no vending machines on the hall floors, if you wanted a soda or otherwise you only had one option. Walk out, across the parking lot to a different building (also under renovation) and go to the pool bar. I couldn't even find where breakfast was. If we were just informed of the renovations we would have simply waited a bit to go. I was so dissatisfied we probably wont go back.
Great pool and beach! Undergoing extensive renovations without being warned when booked the hotel.
Checked in at the B Ocean in Fort Lauderdale beach, the phone in the room wasn't working most of the time, staff said that they would send a tech to fix it, but no one never came. Ordered room service, waited two hours for them to tell me that the menu that was in the room was an outdated menu which they originally brought me when I had to order, cause there was no menu in the room, so it took me about 3 hours to get some dining in my room. And to have this room cleaned, I had to call at least twice to tell them to send someone to clean the room, and when they finally came, some supervisor came up to room 792 with an attitude to tell me that they were busy and that's why it took them so long. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel anymore, and recommended no one to stay here either. Service is extremely bad.
Just one cleaning lady was nice. Construction guys everywhere, noise, dust, smell.all restaurants in hotel closed! Second pool closed!SKYWALK-CLOSED! each time you go across the road with kids.Terrible experience this year.will never stop there again and will never recommend it to my friends!
Close to the beach and to the strip, super friendly and accommodating staff! We definitely enjoyed our stay
Right on beach Could of used some updating but was 100% worth it
service was excellent. beachfront beautiful. rooms clean and comfortable. a long walk to pool due to construction., otherwise great.
Bathroom very dirty, have taken pictures, not cleaned properly.
Fire alarm woke me up twice had to rush downstairs scantily clad and wait outside till it was ok to go in again
We enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, welcoming , luxurious at a great price..... Would definitelly stay there again...
Friendly staff that did what they could to improve the situation- cannot fault them for a poorly maintained facility Initially given a room that stank of mold & mildew, which staff changed on second day at my request. Fire alarms went off two nights in a row (once at 3:30am and the second day at 11:30pm). Rooms are worn (peeling paint, broken ice buckets, chipped furniture) & internet is slow. Maid service left me dirty towels.
The location is good Id you want to stay in Boca. The rooms were unclean. That is my first priority and they failed miserably. Used band aids, gum, dirty carpets, common areas. Really disappointed.
The food From The room service restaurant was amazing. Best part of our stay.
The location was ideal. And, although the food was mediocre at best, the free breakfast buffet added to the overall value for the total cost of the stay. Likewise, the fact that parking was free made this property a better value than other area properties we considered who charged for parking, resort fees, etc. The physical plant was a hot mess (literally and figuratively)! Woefully inadequate air-conditioning left lobby frigid, hallways steamy, and wild variations even within the suite. The plastic bathtub was cracked and peeling, and the "vintage" sofa sank down to the point that we could not sit on it. The entire property reeked of mold/mildew. The maid service was poor, and the housekeeper we met was downright surly and acted as if our presence was an imposition. The gift shop had weird posted hours (closed all afternoon), and then it wasn't even open during the posted open hours! The front desk staff at check-in treated us like second class citizens because we had booked through Kayak instead of Hilton Honors. Whenever we stopped by the front desk, the staff was too busy socializing to interrupt their conversation to help us.
Large rooms with door between bedroom and living area. Clean, courteous staff, free full breakfast Lot of noise from children there for a softball tournament
We loved how family friendly this hotel was. We were also happy with room service, breakfast and cocktail hour. We'll be back. N/a
We were placed in a room alongside 4-5 teenagers who were incredibly noisy in the hight. My wife finally got up and yelled at them and they quieted down. Your front desk should know better than to place teenagers anywhere except isolated from the rest of the guests.
very comfortable hotel in the neighborhood of great shopping mall and restaurants. Only 45 minutes from Miami. no we loved it.l
Very clean room Pool very cloudy
The pool area was very nice and great location on the water close to the beach I reserved a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was none available and was given a room with two queen size beds. They seemed smaller than queen and were definitely cheap mattresses. Very uncomfortable. Also the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was mold on the walls. Definitely not a 4 star!
A very nice, but somewhat dated resort. Excellent location. They need to patrol the very large property at night. A very loud group partied from around midnight until 4 AM to ruin any chance of a good nights sleep!
A beautiful place and always feels like you are on a luxury vacation. The lobby bar is one of the best hotel bars ever. I am concerned my credit card will be used under someone else's name as my bill I received was incorrect at the end of my stay and had the incorrect t address on the statement... Every time I've been to the hotel the check in is a huge issue and great area of concern... Honestly, limits my likeliness to return due to headache of rooms are never ready (I checked in last time the room wasn't ready until after 6p and this time I checked in at 4p and had to choose a room on a lower floor due to room on the original was not ready).
Musty smell to the room.
Hotel did not look the same as pictures displayed online. The room smelling like old cigarette smell it wasn't a balcony either
Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable I liked everything
The staff was nice The hotel is more like a 2.5-3 star hotel not a 4star like they say. The hotel needs major updates.
My boyfriend and I flew in from out of town and stayed here this past week for 3 days. Everything was amazing; the front desk was very professional and polite. Room service was great and accommodating. I loved the spa pool and pool side bar. The view of the marina from our room was breath taking. We will definitely be staying here again when we fly in for Christmas.
The property is in a sorry state, run down, depressing. The pardon our appearance signs do not forgive the obvious neglect. The staff acts like they know it too. Stay away.
Pool lounge and pool staff were very friendly and accommodating as was the bellmen. Lots of things tho do for kids. Breakfast menu at Mariners was very overpriced and of little value including drinks. Women's poolside restroom didn't have functioning locks on stalls.
Lots of activities to do, large chess, pedal car racing, stage, soccer goals, corn hole set up, ping-pong, foozeball, kids play room, kids camp, huge hot tub, 2 pools. Pool bar. Inside sky bar, amazing vue from rooftop. Clean rooms and modern for the age if hotel. Deff a nice place to stay i stayed 2nd floor marina vue #2333 next time ill stay in the tower . Alexander in maintenance/engineering was amazing too Pier 66 restaurant, is not attched to hotel might be seperate entity all together, however it has the class and feel of a 5 star classy reasuraunt but the noise of a pub or sports bar on game day weekend. 20 percent gratituity added to bill automatically and prices were beyond crazy for two people water and food expect around 50 to 90 bucks a head more if u have alcohol or appetizers. Food was great tho so was service. So to each is own still a great time.
Wound up staying here during peak season on a business trip. Would be a great choice for family/spouse getaway and the staff were absolutely excellent. Excellent accomdation for the money and would go back.
Quiet, relaxing, close to shopping and restaurants. Could use more staff.
Location and while there was nothing special about it you could see the staff/ownership made a real effort. An extra amenity fee. I've never paid one before and didn't I got anything for it.
Loud construction noise
To start, they tried to put us in a lesser room then we booked. The rooms smell musty/moldy. Bed sheets were not changed daily. Housekeeping straightened up, but did not CLEAN! The same room service tray sat outside the room next door for 3 days! No information in rooms about amenities or services - when asked at the front desk, we were given a xeroxed sheet of paper that didn't offer any real information. Glad we did not spend a lot of time in room! Would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. The only good thing was the location.
Close to everything Two tvs only one worked
Great price for the location. Nothing to write home about in terms of the interior of the rooms but was clean.
Location, pool, easy check-in. Restaurant and tiki bar on site. A/C, ice machine, refrigerator, everything worked as it should. Friendly staff. A couple roaches came out of the microwave.
Nothing The room was dingy; the mattress was old and uncomfortable; the towels and other items were cheap And of poor quality; there was no writing surface in the room.
The hotel is in a nice location and the room had a nice lush garden patio. The pool had a tiki bar that was convenient and well maintained. Everything looks nice until you enter the hotel room. The hotel seems to be in need of updates and repairs. it was fine for a quick overnight stay.
The bed was so comfortable, and room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and kind. The location was good because it was near a little strip mall, but also right by a highway. Could hear the traffic. But small price to pay for a nice care free weekend.
First off, let me say this hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced!!!! Best nights sleep I have had in years (including my own bed). I am sure it has something to do with the memory foam mattresses. The staff was extremely helpful. I missed breakfast hours at their cafe in the lobby by about 20 minutes, but the ladies behind the counter made a few breakfast sandwiches for us anyway. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The only con I have about this hotel was the pool area. While perfectly adequate, the pool and whirlpool was not very large and lacked that decadent atmosphere seen all around Boca Raton.
the views the workout room was small and had no ab machines
Everything ant Waterstone Resort was great. Attentive and friendly staff members, clean, beautiful and comfortable room, outside amenities ( various leisure areas, pool, restaurant), delicious food and drinks. My #1 choice when we will visit Boca Raton again.
The hotel was very peaceful and a nice place to get away for a few days. The housekeepers were very polite and pleasant.
Nice but rather old. Needs renovation Old
A big, clean and comforable room - with a wonderful view from the balcony. Great position on the water, where water sports are available. Nice waterside bar and a top floor restuarant. The hotel appeared tired and in need of some sparkle - the bad food smells that greeted me on arrival at reception was very off putting. Although the hotel is in a good position - the main (and better) beaches are a mile or so away.
We enjoyed sitting on our balcony, watching the boats go in and out of the inlet.
The location is spectacular. Beautiful water views and easy access to shopping and restaurants in Boca. The beds were comfy an sheets were clean. Nice TV in the room. There was a fitness facility. Free parking. The little things reallly detract...like the maid leaving the coffee pot not cleaned and old coffee cups on the counter. The faucet in sink sprayed water all over the counter. Having to call for washcloths every day. Both main elevators out of order on a Saturday night. Tired wallpaper, carpet, bathroom fixtures, drapes. A desk and proper chair for work would have been better than the round table and broken lounge chair that was provided.
Great ocean views from upper waterside of hotel, easy beach acces, close proximity to lovely east Boca Raton and immenities, clean, modern, updated facility. Parking fee?? Seriously??? No bathtub...stall shower only....hot water took forever to show up in sink and shower
Clean room....nice view of waterway....out side bar/restaurant was a great relaxing spot.....good drinks, food and music.
Very Bad maid service. They did not clean the room at all, just made the bed
excellent room cleanliness--nice breakfast area in the Am
the beautiful views and excellent location. the "included" amenities were a nice perk, and the covered valet is great for Florida weather there was a slight "musty" smell in the room, and the balconies could be more private...possibly plaster the dividers.
Nothing; the hotel was over sold and they wanted those who were paying more; the Marriott rewards members. The staff was extremely rude and insulting, not accommodating. They did everything possible stating that they could not check me in. Hotel employee even went so far as to tell me that 'cheap people like me are the ones that complain the most and

The fact that i was staying here one week prior and they made me move rooms when i renewed. They put me in a similar room why make me move all my stuff? I was super angry. They made me move in the rain. Uncool
Dog friendly Contruction
Amenities (gym, laundry, kitchen equipment), comfort of bed, suite layout, late night staff members. Checking in: 3 staff members were behind the desk. We waited for a few moments. It took one person to tell another to help us before we were assisted. We felt like we were a bit of a burden. The night staff were awesome!
