Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's ski-in, ski-out location and convenient access to the slopes, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and families with children. While some staff members are recognized for their helpfulness, service quality is inconsistent, with several reviews noting inexperienced or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness and maintenance are recurring concerns, with reports of old facilities, untidy rooms, and insufficient cleaning. Breakfast and dining options are considered average, with some guests appreciating the child-friendly buffet, but others finding the food repetitive or difficult to reserve. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
