Pros: The cleanliness, beautiful lobby and rooms. Great service. It is on my favorite places to stay list.
Cons: I liked everything.
Pros: this hotel is close to everything in Durham, great rooms very clean staff was also very accommodating I definitely will stay here and recommend it
Pros: The room was huge. Very comfortable
Pros: It had wonderfully designed rooms! Well-laid out - well-designed for business travelers with a lot of devices and a need for desk space. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Common areas were welcoming with many different seating areas.
Cons: My husband didn't like the turkey bacon for breakfast but I did.
Pros: The hotel was awesome, was clean and staff was friendly. The decor was updated which I appreciated. Breakfast was provided and free parking were all pluses.
Cons: The bed was a bit small for 2 guests and the pillows were not comfortable.
Pros: This hotel is nearly brand new. The amenities were top rate. The complimentary breakfast far exceeded my expectations but the suite took my breath away.
Cons: the thermostat could have used directions as I went to sleep in a room set at 74 degrees and woke up in one at about 62.
Pros: The room was fresh, clean, and well-appointed. I liked the shower stall in the bathroom comma and thought the TV on the swivel is a great design
Cons: Only knock on the hotel is there parking it was not well explained that their overflow lot was across the street
Pros: Spacious and clean room. Very comfortable with plenty of outlets (regular and USB) for my gadgets.
Cons: breakfast was perfunctory....
Great location; in walking distance to many great restaurants and facilities. Additionally, I didn't like the protestors outside the hotel. If what they're claiming was true, that they worked for Marriott and didn't get paid, then they absolutely have the right to protest, and they were very polite about it, but it made me feel extremely guilty for supporting a business that steals from people with less protections/rights.
Pros: I liked the room, the breakfast, and the location of the hotel.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like about the hotel, and it's really nitpicky, was the shower. The glass doesn't go over far enough, and we had to use extra towels everyday to sop up the water on the floor.
Pros: The room was awesome, bathrooms lit well and spacious, the pull out sofa bed was comfy too! We were pleasantly surprised and expectations exceeded. Location was not far from I-85, just next to dukes campus which made shopping for souvenirs convenient!

Pros: We were there to attend a family funeral, so not exactly looking for a fun weekend. It was convenient to some family members. And I appreciated the small size. Rooms nice, beds comfy.
Cons: Agree with Valerie...the Bull Durham staff was less than attentive. At that point, it was the first time we'd had to sit down to a decent meal. But we had to flag down wait staff. Had us wondering if it was because we were the only people of color at the Inn who weren't employed by it.
Pros: The hotel facilities and environment
Pros: My husband and I had stayed here before a couple years ago, and now that all of our friends have graduated we need a place to stay in Durham. We like the location (running trail and golf).
Cons: this trip the bar staff were kind of rude and stuffy. It used to be a nice place to get drinks, but the waiter was rude. Also, we reserved a King room months in advance, and they gave us 2 double beds. Their response when I said something "well, the rooms are the same price." My husband and I sleep in the same bed at home, and would like to on vacation. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am.
This family-friendly Durham hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Duke University Golf Club, Wallace Wade Stadium, and Cameron Indoor Stadium. Duke University is 1.3 mi (2.1 km) away.
Pros: Very comfortable needs, great bathroom, easy access from freeway. Everything in good shape. There even have a tiny store where you can buy microwaveable meals and other nonperishable foods.
Cons: Breakfast is a little short on fresh fruits and long on high caloric food.
Pros: What I'd expect from Hampton Inn.
Cons: Hit it at an inconvenient time with reunions. Prices were higher than I would gave like because of this.
Pros: Great breakfast, the staff is super nice and the facilities are in excellent condition.
Cons: The elevator for some weird reason was super hot all the time.

Pros: The hotel is just charming! There are swinging chairs on the deck and a beautiful fireplace inside. The hotel looked like it was well-kept. We checked in late and the gentleman helping us was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The location is a little tucked away from downtown, but was easily accessible by car.
Pros: Close to the interstate. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The double rooms have double beds, I would prefer queen beds.
Pros: The room was clean and modern. The bed was insanely comfortable and the AC was awesome! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
Cons: It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, but there wasn't anything to complain about. A great stay!
Pros: Clean, quiet, well-furnished.
Pros: Starbucks by the pool
Cons: Lots of traffic for the ballroom rental
Pros: Location is great to get back on the road. The lobby is warm and inviting.
Cons: The hotel floor plan, i.e. elevator location and general traffic flow is confusing for a first-time visitor.
Pros: This hotel room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted us exceptionally and let us know the accommodations that the hotel offers. He also gave us free warm cookies.
Pros: I didn't get a chance to experience the hotel. But from what I did experience the hotel was great. I slept the whole time!! The accommodating breakfast was a bit pricey for their not being a large selection of food.
Cons: Price of food
Pros: Very friendly staff and clean rooms
Pros: well maintained. classy elevators. good cookie. TV worked flawlessly. Remodeled recently. easy check in--no waiting. Not noisy. Negatives: classy natural gas fireplace was lit despite it being 80 degrees. Not environmental but looked good.
Cons: No. If it was closer to my daughters apartment, I'd stay there again in an eye blink.
Pros: Absolutely everything was great!
Cons: Absolutely no-thing!

Pros: Everything was modern and fun. The layout of the room was great as we loved the bliss body products.
Cons: The bottle of body lotion was not changed out so the little travel sized container barely had enough for one hand application.

Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and hydromassage showerheads.
Cons: Bathroom upon arriving was not clean; staff were constantly on personal phone calls throughout my stay and I felt like I was the one interrupting when asking a question about the facilities. Cleaning staff was blocking hallways when trying to locate my room and did not move anything out of the way which was an inconvenience to me. Staff were on personal calls in the elevator and openly eating in the bar area. It was strange as there is normally an employee lounge area where the staff does not interact with guests. Staff maintenance door was very close to my room and the door was constantly slamming throughout the night. My stay would have been more enjoyable should the staff had behaved in a more professional manner.
Pros: The staff was helpful and pleasant
Cons: The bath tub had a slow drain
great beds and large room and bathroom

Cons: When I first got there it took a while for someone to come to the desk, other than that everything was good.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast bar was good and the location worked well for us.
Cons: The fitness facility was not on site. The hotel partnered with another facility about 5-10 minutes down the road for hotel guests. While I would have preferred an on site fitness center the off site location ended up being better than I expected.
Pros: Nice and roomy. The love seat was a nice touch. Wonderful shower too.
Cons: Coffee wasn't that hot.
Pros: The staff services
Pros: Perfect location right off the interstate but still very quite. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. I'd definitely stay here again.
Great choices for breakfast.
Pros: Location, friendly staff and easy access to highway.
Very new, very clean, great breakfast, extremely polite staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless.
Pros: The breakfast was amazing!
Cons: The hotel location could have been a bit better, but the hotel itself was great.

Cons: Poor drivability. Depending on the day you may not be able to get out of the driveway due to the busy road.
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, meeting areas beautifully appointed.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the (room) overall was clean.
Cons: The noise and the construction traffic, trash left behind throughout the property. Breakfast provided left much to be desired. Check-out policy of placing a hold charge for incidentals is un-needed and not properly explained to guest upon check in or out. Hotel under renovation and NOT noted when booking hotel online.
Would definitely NOT stay at this property again OR recommend.
Pros: I love la Quinta and travel many times to Raleigh nc. But I have to say that compared to the one in Crabtree this one was sub standard.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. Cold and old. The room was dirty and smelled funny. Would not want someone to spend $80-90 for this place.
Pros: My dogs loved it here just as much as we did. Very pet friendly, very courteous when my dogs received their one and only noise complaint (first night, just getting used to noises). Asked for room with easy access and got room with easy access. Very nice staff, bed was comfy, room very clean. Really economic for us and just close enough to everything we needed to get to. Will stay again if ever in the CH area.
Cons: AC didn't work like it should. Like cold room while we sleep, woke up sweaty.
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Very out of date rooms and facilities
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Service, cleanliness
Pros: Liked the room, beds were comfortable, pool was nice, could have had longer hours. Clean, though a bit worn down looking. Would stay again.
Pros: The rooms were clean, but dated and the lobby were dated
Cons: The staff was often unattentive and preoccupied with personal calls and tasks. The overall lobby atmosphere was not good: dated and furniture was not all that nice. And the breakfast was very average quality. I guess you gr what you pay for but I'd have expected a bit better for what we paid. Sorry to give this report.
Cons: There was a lot of noise in the hall all night long. Young people partying in the halls. I had to call the front desk and after some time, they finally quieted down about 3 AM.
Pros: Quick check in and check out. Easy access from major roadways.
Cons: Housekeepers never left coffee in the room for use in the coffee makers. Refrigerators have no small freezer. I travel with a cooler and those blue ice packs and couldn't re freeze them before I left. Also there was no way to lock the bathroom doors. Thank god I was traveling alone.

Pros: From the time I arrived until my departure the staff was the best. All questions were addressed on the spot. They were able to direct me to some of the best eating locations and their restaurant was one of the best I've experienced.
Pros: Everything about the hotel was nice. Normally I wouldn't stay in such a pricey hotel but all the hotels in the area that weekend had the prices jacked way up so I thought, "might as well get a hotel that's worth that money"
Staff is very friendly and accomodating and it's so close to so much great stuff in town
Cons: The breakfast isn't complimentary so beware. It's totally setup like a free breakfast but then you get the bill for $16... i was kind of shocked by that. I would have eaten somewhere else had I known that
Pros: Location and most of recent improvements were very nice. Staff was beyond helpful! We did not mid the renovations in progress.
Cons: The change to the bathroom doors is a concern. There is very little privacy. We were a group of friends that needed that privacy. The door is a barn-door type and so it is never sealed shut. It's beautiful, but not a good decision for a hotel. In hindsight, we should have gotten two rooms - maybe that is why they put up those doors.
Cons: In need of an update

Pros: Nice hotel that is in a quiet setting. The room we had was very spacious and didn't have carpeting, which was great!! The staff here was friendly and quick to assist with things. The breakfast meals are definitely American sized. No laundry on site but you can do laundry down the street at the holiday inn.
Cons: No laundry on site. They don't have a kids menu for dinner.
Pros: I travel for AVEDA Corp and was pleased to see our products in the rooms bathroom. I shared pics of the products on all my social media sites. Thank you
Pros: I loved the beautiful color design and moderness of this hotel. I received a handicapped room because I booked through a third-party, I wasn't complaining! The shower had an attachable shower head and a wooden bench I referred to as my own spa bench, beautiful bowl sink and glass jars for cotton balls or q-tips. The room itself had hardwood floors which I've never had in a hotel experience. Big and oh so comfy and fluffy bed with a beachy and tranquil green and orange comforter. The sheets and pillows were to die for! Awesome desk space and large sized dresser with an hd tv on top. I also had a foyer with a side table with the coffemaker and teas. The window dividing the foyer and the main bedroom had sticks.... yes, sticks found in nature encased within frosted glass! The room definitely made you feel at home or least wish it were yours :)
Cons: The shower head connection with the removable massage head was kind of low so the water pressure was minimal but still got the job done. The iron in my room didn't turn on while plugged in so it was obvious it was an old iron.
Pros: The room
