Pros: I had ordered a wheel chair to be at the gate when we landed. Although not at the gate when we deplaned, Leona Nordin, a ground employee of the airline got me one, made arrangements to take me to the front of the terminal to get a taxi and had another employee take my luggage on a wagon. She used the terminal phone to get me a taxi and waited until I was safely on my way. She is to be commended for her customer service and being so caring.
Cons: Distance from tarmack to the front of the terminal to get a taxi.
