Staff was friendly and helpful. Free WiFi and Hotel was underneath the metro which made things easy if you know where your going.
Bathroom was small and the main restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey.
The view from the 21st floor
The wifi wasn't working and no obe would help
Metro is right under the hotel. Walking distance to almost all attractions, if you're used to walking (Old Montreal, the Cathedral, Chinatown)
Older hotel. Old elevator. Mall in the hotel is not very lively at all. Garaged parking is quite expensive CAN$25-34. You can park on the street for free after certain hours.
Housekeeping staff and concierge were nice and helpful.
Food was blah and exorbitantly priced. Salads for two: over $50; breakfast buffet for two: over $50. What a complete waste of money! Save yourself time and money and grab a quick bite in the cafe a few shops down the hall or better yet at an outdoor cafe. The front desk staff were rude. when I checked in, I was told I had booked a king (needed a double), and that I was lucky they weren't sold out, so he was able to give me a room with a double (after sufficient attitude was delivered my way). I later found my confirmation email that clearly stated "deluxe double room". If I can find an alternate, clean hotel, I won't stay here again.
Great support staff, everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. and I do mean everyone at the hotel. Being located over the metro was big convenience to access subway system,
Why is breakfast always so pricey? It's too easy to spend $75-$100 for a family of four...
Maybe its good for extended stay or business travler
no concierge service we had to wait just about 45 minutes for service
Clean rooms and great location for Montréal.
No hottub, also the staff didn't serve our request for double beds even though we booked two double beds. They came up with a story how they are sorry and that it's not available even though we booked it. No refund or anything was given either. Be careful what you pay - we paid extra for double beds and didn't get them.
The view on the city was really nice. The lobby is really beautiful. Excellent service from the staff
Pool area not nice. The gym needs a refresh. The bathroom is really small.
Our two year old loved the pool, and the elevators in this 36 story hotel. The views were spectacular, staff was courteous, and location was convent,
The parking garage ceiling is very low. Do believe them that a 6 foot car is the limit (ours did fit but was stressfully close) Food and service at the restaurant was excellent, but slow.
Décor was beautiful, room was fresh and bedding rich and comfy. Double beds in both rooms with connecting door for our convenience. Front desk quick and helpful, room service rushed breakfast for my diabetic mother in law, and the concierge was very helpful. Loved everything about the staff and hotel which was right across the street from two glorious old churches and a park within w3alking distance of liqueur stores and fantastic shopping and the Via train station and the rail system in our hotel. We will be back!!
The mini bar was not very cold and would not re lock to keep closed all the way, but not a big as problem as we brought a small cooler for meds and diabetic snacks .Food was good in hotel but pricy. Try Ikanos for a really heavenly dinner, also very expensive but worth it as was the hotel food if your tired and hungry like us!! Great hotel!!!!!
Great location and great service, the metro in the hotel is very important
Location is perfect!
Parking garage cost has drastically increased since not owned by hotel.
Security no good, worse. few guys knocking on ur room midnite. wrong room. but very annoying.
It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Thought the staff were a bit arrogant. Concierge tried to be helpful but did not seem to be very knowledgeable.
Excellent location. Good value.
