Rome was recently renovated and very nice
Felt somewhat hectic
Lovely hotel with excellent, attentive staff. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Had a wonderful experience!
The Gold room on floor 21. The room and products included.
Who redesigned the front lobby, was here four years ago and the hotel had class that now does not exist. Horrible design.
Everything was excellent from the beautiful views to the ease of getting around because of the location.
Size of the bathroom.
The Hotel is really special and with a great location.
