Pros (+) Was conveniently located and office staff were nice and reassigned is to a different room that was slightly better.
Cons (-) Smelled of smoke for a none smoking room, urine smell and stained around the toilet , rest room area not clean, mattresses and covers dirty/stained, needed vacuuming of carpet & floors, telephone was not working. If all these were attended to, the cost of the hotel would have been mediocre. Very poor over all. I would not recommend this hotel or visit again.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly, I want to really appreciate the gentleman who was running the breakfast bar, he was very attentive and friendly. Bed was clean, fresh sheets and towels. Pet friendly, $10 per pet per night.
