EXCELLENT customer service – extremely helpful, knowledgable –among best I've encountered. Gave me great recommendations for restaurants, just generally very on the ball and helpful.
Kayak.com quoted me two prices: $85, or $99 with breakfast. For some reason the hotel staff did not know that this was the case, and even though I had paid extra for breakfast, they at first told me breakfast was not included. I had to get my confirmation receipt to show them that I had paid extra for it. They were very gracious about it and said to go ahead and have breakfast, but but it still left me feeling a little like a "moocher." Whoever is at fault here really needs to fix this.
