Cleanliness. There was a lizard in my room. They were not able to catch it. The rooms were otherwise also not very well maintained. The furnitures were not properly cleaned.
So slow service and mobile key was not given till next day despite many reminders
Pros. The service was excellent, the decor was luxurious. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The property was great and felt like a 10 star luxury hotel. The courtyards in North America are NO WHERE near this luxurious.
