Very good facilities very helpful, can-do staff
Clean rooms with a nice bath tub, decent exercise facility, super convenient for quick trips to Munich. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Wi-fi was expensive and very, very slow. I don't mind paying, but even for just mail it was slow, for streaming it was extremely slow and sometimes not useable.
Very modern clean with decent size rooms especially for an airport hotel
They always seem to have banquets or receptions in the lobby. Its noisy and annoying
Time elapsed during before dinner was served. Toal time for dinner for two was more than 1.5 hrs.
It was close to the airport and allowed us to stay close by as we had an early departure the following day.
The food and service at the Restaurant were very good.
The Gym equipment is old and outdated to the point of dangerous. The television in the room must have been ten years old and does not belong in a Top Hotel.
Proximity to the Munich Airport
The hair dryer did not work in our room and our breakfast request was not picked-up for our door knob even though it was left out the night before.
being able to relax in the pool was such a big reason for our stay. not having this benefit really diminished our experience
Extremely convenient: a short walk from the hotel lobby to the airport check-in counters, Couldn't be better. That's why I still recommend the hotel despite the bad bed experience.
Having arrived very late in the evening, I suspect that I got one of their worst rooms. Mine was 1123. I have frequently stayed in hotels in Europe with mostly great experiences, but the twin beds in this room were by far the least comfortable. The frames were designed to flip up against the wall to provide more space, so the whole setup seemed flimsy, like sleeping on dormitory room beds, which I did plenty of in school. Also, there were no power outlets near the desk, so I had to sit on one of the flimsy beds to reach one with my laptop.
That I could walk to the terminal the next morning
That I could walk to the hotel from the airport.
Convenience, quietness and very comfortable.
It is expensive and the cafe prices were high.
