Pros: Location, clean, nice room.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Fish clean station , dinner discount, ice machine convince
Cons: People smoking on the sitting on the stairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed at the Vagabond several times. Although they were hurt by a fire, they are rebuilding the facility and are doing a nice job at it. The rooms are modest but clean and nice and this is not a luxury area anyway. Many of the people staying here are travelers seeing the Sierra Nevada and for family and groups of friends it's a great place. Reasonable price and nice rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast

Pros: Very nice room, comfortable bed.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Love the wood look floors!
Cons: Pricey for a Motel 6. We paid $147 on our way to Oregon, and $125 on our way back to Arizona. Kayak saved us some money the second time! A Google search is how I found Kayak.

6.8 Good
Pros: Everyone we crossed paths with was helpful and friendly. Good location.
Cons: It was not a good value. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was noisy- close to the road. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen but we did not use it.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet, good value relative to other hotels/motels in the area. Front desk guy (manager? owner? ) was very personable.
Cons: The place is pretty dated, but renovations are probably out of the question for a place this small.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Shower leaked, shower way to small, window had no locking mechanism, toilet=something out of the 40's, small half refrigerator very noisy, speaking of noisy-let me tell you about the ancient air conditioner. A/C was mounted high on the wall so you were unable to set or adjust without standing on the old desk chair. Lighting is old and antiquated. I give this motel a zero rating...

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, easy to walk to places in town
Cons: Parking. If you have a compact car it would be fine, however, a truck and it's good luck.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed and nice linens. Cute, quaint atmosphere in the room. Entire place was quiet and peaceful. Direct TV was a plus, it was nice to have the guide and tons of channels. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Wifi password should be posted in the room, instead I had to call someone to get the password. Combo AC/Heater unit was loud and a bit annoying (compared to other heating options) because the fan was always on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfy, staff was nice, and it was quiet. I would stay again.
Cons: No complaints from me, it was a wonderful stay

6.0 Good
Pros: Nice town and easy for walk everywhere. Nothing special in this motel. Staff was nice and room was clean. Ok for 1 night stay.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Convenient location right off the highway. Also close to Jack's restaurant and a nice coffee shop, which is important because the continental breakfast is a joke.
Cons: This would be acceptable as a cheap motel if it was priced like a cheap motel. Perhaps there was some local event driving a price spike, but this was a Tuesday. Staff was not particularly welcoming. Bizarrely, various articles in the room bore logos of other hotels for some reason.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: I'm a photographer living in Yosemite, so I am usually out all day. When I am in the room I found the hotel to be easy to find, near a local restaurant I like and parking is close to all rooms. Lots of TV channels, and an AC unit that is very cold were also very nice. Overall I think I will return for the fall photo season.
Cons: My room was near the janitorial closet which had some sort of phone or intercom going off quite often. The room lights were also a little harder to find and not incredibly bright, but I blame that more on the bulbs than the number of lights.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: My stay at Super 8 was very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here because it was cheapest. Nothing special but it served its purpose. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone not looking for anything fancy. Overall good experience
Cons: Just the heater was a little noisy but only had it on for 10 min to warm up room so not really a problem.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: The only thing I liked was the view of the mountains.
Cons: Staff is rude. Rooms are smokey and scummy. Bathroom walls had stains. I don' t recommend this hotel at all.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Wifi was unreliable. Front desk staff was VERY unfriendly.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: They claim "renovated" rooms, they are painted over and still smelly and crappy. Nothing new about the bathrooms or furniture or equipment. The property is in disrepair all over. They price high and offer low-grade everything. The lighting is TERRIBLE. The pool is small, dirty and gross. The "breakfast" is a poor excuse for a soup kitchen side. Days old white bread and packages of high-fructose-corn-solids-induced oatmeal with no hot water avaliable. No coffee either with no one to ask for additional items. essentially: NO BREAKFAST. This place is gross and terrible, stay somewhere else. Also, our room wasn't ready till 6pm.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: None
Cons: I requested for a non-smoking room but was placed in a smoking room. The motel manager told me they don't honor my request because it was on-line booking. I wasted several calls to Kayak customer service but can't switch the room.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Don't stay here! It was dirty, lots of broken things in the room, bugs in room, hard matters, etc. air conditioner didn't work and window wouldn't open. House keepers were friendly.
5.7 Okay
Pros: It was ok that they had rooms available
Cons: Too bad that the carpet still had water stains right at the bathroom entry. It looked real bad since the only way possible the carpet would get water stains that bad would come from a toilet back up spill
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything else. Carpet torn and dirty, Only shampoo. Breakfast a farce. Stayed at one other Super 8. It was a little better, but still bad enough to that Super 8 off my list of do able motels.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: We didn't enjoy the young lady behind the desk that laughed in our faces for simply asking her where a good place to get dinner was. She was not helpful and very rude!
4.2 Okay
Pros: The value
Cons: Some of the carpet was coming up and dirty, One of the lamps didn't work, the tile in the bathroom was broken, the tissue dispenser came of the the wall and the shower curtain hanger was installed improperly so the curtain would not stay closed. And the first man who checked us in was surly to say the least.

Pros: I'm happy I didn't book more than a night. But it is right in the heart of Bishop. Okay as a last resort.
Cons: Lobby locked at night. Had to stand in the cold to check in after midnight. Room needs an update. Furniture is old. I was afraid to sit on the couch. Had a funny smell. At least could use a steam clean. Fireplace in the corner seemed out of place...didn't even work. Recommend Holiday Inn, Creekside Inn, or LaQuinta at comparable prices if staying in Bishop.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The bed was pretty comfortable.
Cons: The walls are thin, so noise from the outside is easily heard. It was busy in the breakfast room.

7.7 Good
Pros: fairly comfortable, Nice Staff and good breakfast

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: 140$ A night for a hotel with very poor quality. everything felt cheap.
7.7 Good
Pros: This was a great hotel at a reasonable price. It appears that the room was recently remodeled and the rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was great for us and our kids. We would definitely stay there again!
Cons: The heater was a bit loud but not unreasonable. We stayed in a room that had an adjoining door to another room and we could hear everything going on in the other room. Not sure if that was because it could be used as an adjoining room or if all their walls are that thin.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Good location and comfy beds. Friendly staff.
Cons: Bathroom floor and shower were dirty. The carpet was so dirty it turned your feet black!
7.7 Good
Pros: Let's start from the beginning; the man at the front desk (I think he was the manager) was very kind when we arrived and allowed us to check in early (he even had the custodial staff clean a room special for us). While the room was small, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were THE BEST pillows we've ever used in a hotel (my fiancé says they're better than the ones at home lol). The shower/tub was nice and had really good water pressure and the hot water came out almost immediately. There was a flat screen TV in the room (probably ~30"), which was nice as well! The fish cleaning station/freezer (not listed on website or, not that I had seen) were very nice! No nasty residue or gunk from inconsiderate fisherman.
Cons: The room itself was very small and difficult for the two of us to navigate without banging into each other. The fridge was also VERY small! Like a MINI fridge; probably 2'X2', barely enough to fit more than a six pack...of soda :) The pool and jacuzzi were both dirty; quite a bit of debris in each. The pool was also very cold! It was hot out, but not hot enough to warrant a swim in that ice cold water. There was a female employee that was extemely rude when we had called to get some items for the room. She said we would need to come to the lobby to get the supplies and then hung up abruptly. Really? The other employee was happy to walk the 20' to our door to give us towels. Did not make us very happy.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed in Bishop a bunch of times at multiple hotels and I'd put this in the top 3 hotels in Bishop. Clean room, all the necessary amenities, no complaints at all.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked being close to main st. Walk to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great heater
Cons: The carpet could be cleaned
7.7 Good
Pros: Room layout was nice, room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No insulation in the walls. Plumbing noises from multiple rooms nearby were loud and conversations from people outside were as loud as if they were in the room itself.
