We paid for 2 swim out suites but weren’t able to use room pools due to mildew in pool. Room cabinets doors were broken had to call maintenance to fix doors and empty bath tub it would not drain. Room refrigerator drinks were not stocked had to call front desk. I invited a local business man to have dinner at hotel I paid his dinner fee $120 front desk supervisor chased him around maki g very embarrassing situation for both of us.. it supposed to be classy hotel but front office staff is very unprofessional. I asked for meeting with hiten GM he’d never toook time 4 days stay to contact me. We spent more time dealing with aforementioned issues than enjoying our vacation This was the most stressful vacation I ever had. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Expedia should refund my money and remove this hotel from their list.
Pros. Absolutely amazing location and the most accommodating staff. Everyone went above and beyond to assist and make sure that we had everything we needed. Would love to go back.
