Pros: Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Wonderful service from friendly owners. Cold beer and popcorn on arrival, wine happy hour around a fire pit. Heated pool and hot tub in lovely patio. Nourishing breakfast. Very fast wifi. What more could one ask for?
Pros: Came here with the boyfriend and we had a blast. It was a bit further away from everything, and we just stayed at the hotel the entire time. We left once to get Chipotle. Definitely worth it for the price though. Great service and hotel perks! Would come back here for sure.
Cons: A bit of an older crowd, very quiet. No smoking on the premises! It's got a family vibe, so your neighbors know what you're up to.
Pros: Felt at home instantly. Great service. Nice, calm, relaxing place to stay.
Cons: Loved everything.

Pros: Great location, layout is fantastic, adult pool is a great option, rooms were nice.
Cons: Definitely needs a boutique coffee shop for sure! Rooms were nice but glass shelf above Tv was completely dusty, patios should be swept daily as so much dirt and leaves build up and get tracked through room.
Pros: Nice property, clean
Cons: The in-room dining and restaurant food was not good and I don't recommend.
Also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work.
The bathroom design not well thought out ... there was only one hook to hang towels.
Pros: The staff was outstandingly gracious.
The spa was wonderfull,n and the staff excellent.
Cons: Ww would rate the food as mediocre. In particular, our $500 bill for 4 at The Edge Steakhouse was out of line for the quality of the dinner. The service matched.
Upon returning to our room at 3 PM it has not been made up. Disappointing.
Pros: All the individuals who work there we're fantastic! From the valet to front desk to the steakhouse restaurant! I was able to get a really good deal on one of the hotel.com websites, otherwise I would not have been able to stay at the Ritz! My friends and I were treated like royality...a huge shout out especially to Steven!!!! He is at the steakhouse restaurant and was PERFECT!!!! Thank you.
Cons: Everything was perfect!
Pros: Love the resort itself and the staff
Cons: Didn't like the bed, too aoft
Overlooking Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and the San Jacinto Mountain range, The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is designed to complement its high mountain desert location by featuring natural elements reflecting the local landscape, colors and culture.
Pros: Very personal service. We were treated like family and the food and margaritas were awesome!

You can splash around at the outdoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. There's also a spa tub, and rooms at this Mediterranean hotel offer pillowtop beds and LCD TVs.
Cons: Broken hot-tub? Half the benefit of a mid-winter stay in Palm Springs is jacuzzi time and it's broken.
Cons: we called ahead to see if we could arrive early and use the pool they told us yes bu when we arrived we could not use the facilities!! Disturbed us with phone calls seeing if we needed anything after we checked in and they walked us to our room we felt very disturbed our whole stay.
Pros: Property, location, and hotel itself was pretty good!
Cons: Management, reservations, very unethical business practices! Cross your fingers that you don't have to deal with management and can just get into the hotel without problems. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or unethical privately owned hotel in my life... You have been warned! We were told we made two reservations for the same days, guests, and would be responsible for paying for both even though it was a clear mistake on the hotels part. We are working through the credit card company now to turn them in!
Cons: Toilet ran all night. Bed was uncomfortable. Magnetic key constantly didn't work. Window in the room that had no blinds no elevator to room

Pros: The grounds were beautiful!! Loved the pool, food spots, complimentary bikes, parking and breakfast.

Pros: The room was in front of ever where (golf course bbq grill and pool)
Pros: Great location.....the room was beautiful....right on the golf course. The staff was very friendly....just a great experience.
Cons: no....everything was fantastic.
Cons: We overpaid for our stay.'Luxury room' was advertised.1st room was outdated and overlooked the street! , helped reassign our room, but 2nd room was attached to a machinery room of water heaters or something. Constantly awoken/kept awake.Won't return.
Pros: Staff and amenities were excellent.
Pros: the room was 1400sq ft. Full kitchen 3 bathrooms, & a patio. it was near a fire grill & close to the parking lot. The pool was 30 yrds away as was the gym. Most of all I like the way the young female receptionist that treated us exceptionally well.
Cons: The furniture appeared old and outdated. No view of the golf course.
Cons: I'd like my money back
Pros: Definitely more than a 3.5 star property!!! I was there during huge 3 day concert and it cost the same as a Holiday Inn Express nearby. It is completely gorgeous and the in room kitchen/bar and outdoor bbq makes me wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros: Overall pretty good.
Cons: I did not know this was a time share...expected hotel amenities like breakfast etc.
Pros: Spacious, bright and clean
Pros: The location is ideal for a quick getaway!
Cons: Reservation was booked &said check-in was at 4:00pm.Our room was not ready until 5:30!We were concerned, we wanted to put our perishables in the refrigerator. We had to wait, they were not very accomodating, & could not get a late checkout w/o extra $$$
Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff would definitely stay again!
Pros: Pool areas was amazing , I believe there was 7 pools to choose from:).
Great bed, elegant and clean bathroom, new property, very clean, nice grounds and parking. We played a round of tennis which was great. The pool was very enjoyable and clean. We had an enjoyable view and nice outdoor furniture.
Pros: The room was superb in all aspects, as was the pool and exercise room.
Cons: All but one of the staff was very helpful and kind. The woman selling property was rude and unfriendly and does not belong in the hospitality industry. We asked her where the concierge desk was and she was unpleasant, rude, and self important.

Pros: we usually like staying at embassy suites (ES), the complimentary breakfast and social hour are wonderful and cost effective. Most of the embassy suites stays we have experienced handled this well. This one did not.
Cons: The overall feel of the hotel, especially mid-construction, was shabby and dirty. The staff were unavailable at most times, and the breakfast and social hour were more akin to homeless shelter giveaways rather than the quality fare that we have had at other ES. Breakfast was a microwave hot mess. There was a rush of people early and the staff (there was only 1 staff member manning both the cocktail hour and breakfast) couldn't keep up.
The construction was noisy and inconvenient, and we should have been notified of construction Before checking in. This was a horrible stay and we will not booking embassy suite stays again. It may be clean and new after the construction, but this experience will move us away from booking them again.
Cons: Everything you. Kyle ask for.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, staff very friendly, great location! Love that the pool is good sized with plenty of umbrellas, and tables. Breakfast is good and substantial. Love the happy hour in the evening. Gym was clean and easy to use. Loved the library, very cozy!
Cons: Breakfast was good, but chaffing dishes do not keep food hot. Would be very helpful to have a microwave available to heat up items .

Pros: The room and grounds were extremely well kept and clean, a real pleasure to stay here.
Pros: We enjoyed the comforts of home away from home. BBQ on the patio and the convenience of sometimes eating in matched our travel style. Kitchen was fully equipped. Whirlpool tub and fireplace in the BR were nice amenities!
Cons: Pocket doors to BR and bath were difficult to slide open/close. It took a looong time for hot water to get to the bathroom. My wife expected better quality shampoo, conditioner and soaps.
Pros: Great staff Awesome room layout Good rates on golf
Pros: I like the staff, location ,the hotel was very clean, the amenities, and the golf course.
Cons: Like everything about hotel.
Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness of the room, child friendly and the water slide are all a part of what keeps me going back to the Westin Villas.
Pros: Not really anything.
Cons: Staff is rude. $15 for parking is excessive. Don't get how a so-called villa has one queen bed. Felt like college dorms.
Pros: The variety of pools and activities for the children. The grounds are beautiful.
Cons: Check out is earlier than I would have liked.
Pros: I liked the closeness to the facility I was attending
Cons: The staff was rude they were not too helpful.I called to let them know I woul be late I waited on hold for about an hour and they never answered the phone.
Pros: Pool area
Cons: Paying for parking seemed ridiculous.
Pros: Room was good. Pool was nice, only one had music thiugh.
Cons: Was charged more that expected.
Pros: Head of the cleaning staff, hotel employee was great, as was the woman working under him.
Cons: Staff was not uniformly trained/executed its duties. Cleaning staff, front desk staff, etc.
I would like to stay longer the next time I visit the Palm Spring Area. This Westin Hills is my destination.
Pros: Service was excellent!
Cons: The remote didn't work! Just kidding... Can't really say.... Didn't stay long enough.
With cultural adventures that flow day and night, you'll experience true captivation in this desert paradise. The beauty of the area combines with pampering Westin touches to elevate your senses and refresh your spirit. Opportunities for adventure abound. Two 18-hole signature championship golf courses beckon and challenge you to tee-up. The desert offers bike riding, horseback riding and the subtle shadings of Joshua Tree National Park. Your personal villa offers all the amenities you need to rejuvenate after the day's activities. Some villas feature a whirlpool bath in the master suite and a screened terrace. All of the villas offer plenty of space to allow you to fully unwind.
Pros: The locations, the property, the rooms are stunning!
Cons: We checked in at 4:30 and our room was not ready until 5pm. Check in was at 4. We were staying for one night and they could not accommodate a late check out. For the price we were paying this was very frustrating and the hotel concierge didn't offer and apology, a credit, nothing! Our room was beautiful but all day and all night carts filled with dirty bed linens and catering equiptemnts were pushed by on carts that rattled so loudly that it woke us up and we were unable to go back to sleep. Not to mention we wanted to enjoy our outside patio and take in the scenery and had to like a dirty hotel equipment every 5 minutes. Again for the price we are paying to enjoy the property it would be nice if they could find a different route.
Pros: Staff was gracious and helpful. There was sincerity in their attentiveness
Cons: The bungalows are old so you can hear the televisions and water going through pipes in neighboring rooms. Pretty minor though and would still recommend a stay here.
Pros: The Mexican restaurant Adobe was really good and they are super dog friendly which was nice!
Cons: We switched rooms because our first room smelled like cigars and weed, our second room wasn't much better either. The bathrooms are highly outdated and they don't offer robes or slippers in the rooms which I found odd.
Pros: Loved the cozy rooms!!
Pros: Great location, facility and experience.
Cons: We made reservations for two rooms. One through the La Quinta website and the other through Kayak. They had no record of the Kayak reservation. They still got us in after some delay. First time that has ever happened.
Wifi not good at all.
Pros: Grounds were very pretty. The employee during our check in was very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Lighting in our room was NOT adequate, both in the bathroom (especially the bathroom) and in our bedroom.
We had dinner outside and happened to be seated at a table where there was no overhead lighting. All the other tables has strings of lighting overhead to provide adequate lighting to read the menu and see your food. Ours didn't have any and we couldn't read the menu or see our food. We had to use the flashlights from our phones to read the menu. It would be an easy fix to add a string of lights.
Needed more coffee creamers. Two for 2 people was not enough

Guests can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. A terrace and a garden are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: The room needed updating. It was clean but it was loud. We were in the main building and it was too noisy. Also, beds were very uncomfortable.
Pros: The staff was very helpful, friendly, always there to help.
Cons: Had to go too far to self park. Weekend hard to find a spot to park . Several parking rows in the parking garage no access to another isle. Had to turn in same isle to go to next isle.
Pros: Great pool scene, probably the best in California.
Pros: The hotel has amazing grounds and public areas. The atrium lobby and gondola service are special, and the overall grounds are the best in the Palm Springs area.
Cons: The rooms are not clean. There's no other way to say it. I found much evidence of previous guests in the room, from trash on the floor around the beds to dirty showers. The staff is also pretty unpleasant and not helpful.
Pros: the help were wonderful
Cons: we are seniors & had to walk miles to our room i think it was 1523

Pros: I booked at the Westin because it was on the Coachella shuttle route and not too far from the festival. (I have stayed there before and enjoyed it very much.) Amoma called two days before my arrival and said they could not honor my prepaid reservation. They suggested a hotel in Joshua Tree, which is ridiculous. I told them that would never work and that I needed a four-star hotel on the shuttle line. After five calls and three hours wasted, the best they would offer was a hotel in Palm Springs that was farther to the festival, NOT on the shuttle route and typically rents for half the price of the Westin. Amoma pulled a classic bait and switch with two days before my arrival. Terrible company that is not based in the US. It is difficult to even find a toll free number for them. I will never book with them again, and I feel strongly that Kayak should take the responsibility for this for allowing this shady company to operate on your site.
Cons: Amoma is a bait and switch company based out of the country with terrible customer service.
Pros: Facilities are amazing. Very nice environment. Next time I will go to play golf.
Cons: I made a reservation for a one bed room, and in front desk gave me two beds because no availability for one bed. How could it be? I do my reserve with more than six months.
Pros: Very peaceful with many fountains throughout the property.
Cons: They offered a free limited continental breakfast, but if you wanted eggs or pancakes you had to pay $25 for the "open table" option. This felt like a total rip-off.
Pros: We liked the entire property, the spacious room and bathroom, and there was always parking in front of our building.
Cons: We can't say there was anything we disliked.
Pros: The grounds and facilities are top notch and the staff is impeccable. We were taken care of and treated well at every venue and by every employee there. The views of the mountains and Pete Dye golf course are breathtaking and about as scenic as it comes. A couple shout outs for Ron and Pedro (Bellmen), Stephanie (restaurant wait staff), Karen (front desk), Crystal (sighting rooms for our wedding), and Cindy (Wedding Sales Manager) as they were particularly helpful.
Pros: Great welcome, complimentary upgrade, spacious, comfortable and quiet suite.
Pros: Restaurant and staff was excellent, Javier our Server at Pinzimini made our dinner that much more enjoyable and was very accommodating of my wife's food allergies
Cons: Room was downgraded and not what we paid for. Also we were sent to a nearby golf course instead because we were told they didn't have a 9 hole option which we found out later that they did :(
Cons: Book a couple massage which was great, spa location noisy, jackhammering outside my room for two straight days, went there to escape LA noise pollution but it was worse
I will give it another try, maybe
Cons: I received a room right by the parking lot, which was noisy and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. I won't be staying at this hotel again for this reason
Pros: Rooms are large. Beautiful public buildings and golf courses. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent Fitness Center.
Cons: Checkin was difficult for one friend who came in late and the Front Desk made be wake up at Midnight and come to Front Desk and turn in a voucher which was not required for the other 3 rooms I had reserved for our group. That should not have happened. Everyone else had no problem checking in with ID and Credit Card but the late night clerk on Friday Night June 10th was really being silly in his demands for our late arrival. He needs to use some common sense next time and see that I had 6 rooms total in my name and added her (my friend) to one reservation.....ridiculous.
Pros: The resort is great
Cons: Rooms could be upgraded. I didn't feel the room to be as clean or comfortable as other resorts we have stayed at.
Cons: Room smelled really bad, carpets are old looking and drapes are old and were dirty looking

Pros: We enjoyed the convenience of having all the necessary amenities: lazy river' pool, rec. room, rooms had a full kitchen, grill in every balcony, washer & drier in the unit, etc... It it's definitely a great family destination!
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I paid for a day of Wi-Fi and got terrible reception. Too many flies...not the resort's fault; the city seemed to have a fly problem.
Pros: Beautiful location and landscape, great rooms, very friendly staff
Cons: The sprinklers went off a little after 5 PM and were spraying the sidewalks more than the plants themselves. I was effectively blocked in my path and had to take a longer route. Why in the heck can't they activate the watering cycle after midnight??
Nice resort away from city noise, perfect getaway with family
Pros: Nice pools,perfect location
Can't wait to go back.
Pros: It was beautiful. everybody very helpful and friendly

Enjoy this home away from home!
Cons: The price for one night was a bit much. And Hampton Inn does not offer a military discount or a discount for Disableld veterans. For this reason I will never again use Hampton Inn during my annual trip to Palm Springs.
Pros: The room is clean and quite & the breakfast is very good with lot of choice to choose from
Cons: The elevator is a bit slow.
Pros: The hotel was clean, front desk could've been a tad friendlier. She wasn't bad, just wasn't very cheerful. I felt like we were bothering her. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again.
When you stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. The outdoor pool is a great spot for a morning swim, and guests can get a workout in at the fitness center. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Cons: No Fox News Channel ! I was very disappointed, will not stay there the next time.
Pros: Front desk staff don't look happy working there.
Security guard that worked at pitbull concert was vet hostile!!!! Very disturbing guard and called us names. Very sad.

Cons: Very poor service poolside! Asked 3-4 staff to order food. Waiters kept on telling me that they would come back to take my order.
Cons: There were several entrances to access the pool area although you could not get towels at most of the entrances and had to walk a good distance to get towels. That was not convenient.
Pros: My favorite resort and retreat.
Pros: The customer service was top notch!
Pros: Loved our room and bedding. The view was of the golf course. Room was quiet and very pleasant.
Cons: The water park was unbelievably packed ... just too many people in the area but all in all it was well managed ...
Pros: Fun pool! Great family hotel.
Cons: Bathrooms are finished with cheap fixtures, AC very loud, walls are thin and e could hear kids next door crying till 12:30.
Pros: The hotel has an excellent staff. Cindy, our cabana attendant was awesome. She would check on us regularly, brought us multiple buckets of ice (without us asking), and was very sweet to the kids. I think every staff interaction I had was wonderful. The hotel is really geared towards families and they have a ton of activities for kids in addition to Splashtopia. The restaurant on site, Blu Ember, is wonderful. They had deals going on during our stay where the kids would eat free and there were a lot of options for the kids both at breakfast and dinner.
Cons: The walls are thin and we could hear everything that was being said next to us. The families next to us were not being particularly loud, it's just that the walls are paper thin. Our bathroom had ants, which is not that big of a deal, but made me feel like maybe things weren't that clean. There are no elevators to reach the second floor. This is not a problem. We prefer to take the stairs. However, the building we stayed in (#24) had uneven stairs. So the first step was huge and then all the rest of the stairs would be the same size and then the last stair would be larger again. Both my sons fell the first time because they were not expecting such a large step. If you have little ones I would recommend getting a first floor room, however, with the walls being so thin = noise issue, I don't know if you want someone above you.
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Bathroom doors-- check in time till 4:00

Pros: Great location near a mall and nice restaurants.
Cons: A little older for Holiday Inn Express. Could use some refreshening but still not bad overall.
Pros: the free coffee all day and nite and fresh fruits
Cons: when I needed to rebook another nite due to medical needs of a friend, the rate was almost $200 dollars more than the evening before. That was outrages! That was when the staff lacked compassion.
Pros: Conveniently located to business function I had, nice clean room, nice staff
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice facility. I always enjoy my staff at this Holiday Inn Express.
Cons: Better breakfast options
Pros: The stall was great-loved everything except the pool
Cons: The pool was extremely small-was very disappointed-there was 8 people in the pool and it was crowded-that needs to be address in the website-I came for r&r -swim relax sleep and read-was there for 3 days and only went in the pool once because of this
Cons: Location made traffic very noisy
Pros: The room was nice; bed comfortable; quiet.
Cons: Lobby area is just somewhat inviting. The staff was cordial, but not really friendly.
Pros: Breakfast was great. The many items offered were still available toward the end of the breakfast hours. Rooms were clean and quiet. After arriving very late, we needed to change our room to 2 queen beds. The front desk clerk was happy to make the change.
Pros: Hotel was located close to shopping..movie theater..restaurants
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing

Cons: Housekeeping was very late, after 3, so just had her leave new towels.
Pros: Just a block away from town where you can walk, shop, eat or go to a spa. Nothing better!
Pros: Beds are awesome!!!!
Cons: Breakfast could be better, but no big deal
Selection wise, but I get it
Pros: It's very close to the shops, it's clean, it's reasonable and it has a/c. The free breakfast was pretty good - I know I got full on my omelet, watermelon and toast and the table next to us had about a zillion yummy looking waffles.
I wouldn't honeymoon here or take an extended weeks stay and live it up but for passing through for one night for the price - it's fine.
Cons: They didn't enforce the swimming after 10:30 rule as some young guys were in there after 12:30 and quite loud.
Parking was kind of limited so people were parked where they shouldn't but that's not the 'parkers' fault.
And agree with the one review with a nice omelet bar but no real side dishes - they couldn't have a side of potatoes or sausage in a catering pan? but wow, these are small issues - like my headline review states - It's fine.
Cons: I woke up with 50 bites on my legs!!! They need to exterminate in room 305!!!
Pros: The hotel is located very close to numerous shops and busy areas of Palm Springs. With all the lush landscaping and greenery it was very calm and quiet. We were within walking distance of just about anything. A quite pleasurable experience.
Only negative comment was the morning breakfast/brunch. they served hot omlettes but lacked most other things you would find at other continental breakfasts like bagels, fruit.
Pros: The staff at Las Brisas were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I slept very comfortably in the cozy bed. Our inclusive breakfast was very nice with not only normal hotel breakfast but omletes and waffles as well.
Cons: My only complaint was waking up very early to the people next door visiting. The wall must not be very sick because we could hear every word that was said.
Cons: Online photo doesn't match room. Room to clutter with big furniture that just take space
Pros: Great breakfast
