Pros: The swimming pool and pool area well organised excellent life guard and clean Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and well managed dinning room
Cons: Room was not up to standard for a premium deluxe room and a superior hotel! Despite only been open for 2 years old with signs of wear and tear for example bathroom fitting broken and dirty no plug for sink a chip in the sink Room was not clean with hairs in the bath an old comb left on the floor and an Iron burn mark on the sheets. Signs of drinks been spilt and not cleaned properly including splashes and stains up the wall and stains on the curtains. Whilst we understand that the policy is to clean rooms up-to 4 pm this would be ok vacating for people staying in the hotel rooms should be cleaned by 2 pm at the latests to allow access during the day Our concerns were shared with the Manager who responded really well to our concerns and was surprised when we showed her the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was my second stay at the hotel this year and was even better than the first if that is possible !!! The room I had this time was on a higher floor than before and the views on both sides were amazing. The food was up to its high standard especially the Shabbat dinner and lunch !!! The breakfasts must be among the best that you will find in Israel !!! I also wish to compliment Vered Elbar who controls the Dining room for her excellent, warm and friendly service. She was very helpful with regards to the meals on the week end of Tisha B''Av and the fast. She was also amazing during our previous visit to the Hotel and we were so happy to find her again. I would also like compliment Shirley who booked us in on a very busy Friday afternoon and was very friendly and helpful!! all in all this hotel gets a 10 out of 10.

Pros: I stayed in hotel two times for a few days each time during this months. The reception personal is unprofessional at least. First time I was. overcharged wrongly and was refused for refund. Only complaint to management helped to sort out the problem. Before second stay I received calls from from hotel that my credit card was declined with request to provide new payment, despite confirmation of booking.com that my card successfully charged. When I complained and said that I may share my experience with other customers of booking.com the lady manager get angry and said that she will not allow me to stay in hotel and will black list me so l can sleep on the street. l was forced to promise that I will write only nice things about hotel and only then I was able to check in. Cons: Nothing. Everything was excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We are "repeat customers" at Mitzpe Yam because we have always had a pleasant stay there when we come for vacation in Netanya. The folks at the front desk and the manager are helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is blessedly in a quiet part of the city. There is a complimentary 24-hour water cooler and coffee machine with a variety of options (espresso, cafe au lait, hot cocoa, and more). The location is a 5-minute walk to the famous elevator to the beach, and 10-minutes to Independence Square which is very festive at night. We also recommend Taxi HaShachar, the taxi company recommended to us by hotel staff, who will call them for you to reserve taxis when you head out.
Cons: The hotel was completely-booked when we were there, so it took awhile for the housekeepers to get to our room. But it's no biggie when you consider the rest of our experience at this hotel was fantastic.
9.2 Excellent

Pros: Nice and clean, excellent price.
Cons: Parking is a total gamble. I had to park a 5 minute walk away in some random street.

Pros: Great breakfast, very kind and available staff, top value for minet.
Cons: The lift is not adapted to luggage and handicapped peuple, because you need to climb some stairs. There is also a string vis a vis which could bé diminished by putting a curtain rail.

7.1 Good
Pros: Many things could have been better, but considering the low price, the quality was better than expected. This goes in the first place for the staff that was very friendly and helpful and made up for other shortcomings. And the other great advantage was the location, close to the beach and the center of town. And the beds were good...
Cons: The breakfast...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. One block from the beach and two blocks from the main square where all restaurants and bars are located. The hotel is old but they did some upgrades in the rooms. Our rooms was ok. I saw other rooms in the hotel were more updated. The staff is very helpful and receptive. A very copious breakfast with a lot of choices of cold food.
Cons: There is not a bar or possibility to offer a drink or a good coffee on site.

7.6 Good (463 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at NETANYA MOTEL PIERRE in Netanya, you'll be a 2-minute walk from Inter Active Atzmaut Square and 6 minutes by foot from Netanya Amphitheater.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cheap and reasonable accommodation in the center of Nethanya. Location was perfect.
Cons: The lights in the room could have been better (not broken light bulbs) - a bed lamp would have been a plus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, thank you so much! Pierre and Anna are fantastic!
Cons: n/a
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location. For the price we paid, it was great.
Cons: Toilet room was bad. Some tiny insects in the toilet room. Other than that, all was great.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, everything was smelling nice and fresh, from the towels to the bed liners. Amazing position, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideally if you want to spend few quite days on the beach.
Cons: Right next to the building there are some construction going on, super noisy, they started to work at 7am.
7.5 Good
Pros: Unfortunately the room had areas of damp which left an odor and there was only 1 toilet roll for the period we were there
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Good location.
Cons: I will never ever stay in this motel ever again. First, the owner doesnt know how to talk to customers. When booking.com declined my credit card he went crazy even though I still was not staying on his motel. He called, yelled at me and threatened me that if I dont pay or give him my cc details he will “find me”. I was still on the bus on my way to the hotel. He was forcing me to give my cc details in whatsapp, calling me every minute if I changed my cc details, I told him I’m calling my cc to know why I cant use my card. After I paid online, he was forcing me to pick up the keys ASAp although it says check in is 2-9pm. He was forcing me to pick it up at 6pm, I was still traveling. His Motel is also dirty, a lot small cockroaches, the mug were not washed well, the toilet tiles are broken, the construction in the morning is super loud. I didnt feel safe staying in a Motel where the owner threatens the customer. They will also knock on your door super loud at 10:30am screaming its check out.. They need to learn proper etiquette and not to be rude to customers. He kept telling me for the small price in Netanya I’m giving him problems, actually airbnb is cheaper & way cleaner than your motel. Your motel and the way you treat people doesn’t deserve my business. Please educate yourself on how to treat customers properly!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Is a quiet zone near the beach
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room, although basic, it had everything we needed. The key arrangement was easily facilitated but the entrance through a bumpy path and a dilapidated building was a little disappointing. Otherwise excellent value for money.
Cons: The entrance as mentioned above.
5.8 Okay
Pros: good location, but beware of the ongoing construction, they start to work 7:00 AM comfy bed
Cons: the whole place is rundown
4.2 Okay
Pros: The only nice thing about the place is it’s location. It’s situathed right in the center, near all cafes and restaurants. Beach is 3 min walk.
Cons: You really don’t know where to start- the first thing that hits you is a very strong smell an soon as you enter the property. I don’t know what was it, but smelled like a very cheap men’s deodorant or afrershave. Room I have had was rather spacious, but with a tiny window - about 40x50 cm facing a wall. The room is cold and humid. In general the room was clean, but tea cups where as if no one ever washed them. One morning I woke up to find a HUGE dead cockroach on the floor and found these dead creatures two times in the corridor. The alley where the property is located is quit, but one of the nights neighbors upstairs (I suppose it’s private property there) where having a fight and screaming so you could hear everything.. In general you wouldn’t expect a lot from a property so cheap, but I couldn’t stay there for the whole booked and paid period and moved out and found a lovely and cosy place in Tel Aviv for a similar price.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Beautiful view great location very close to the beach. The hotel had bikes available and we had a great time biking. Rooms were cozy and compact but ok
Cons: We found a large bug the first night and when we requested a room switch they sent us to a room that was occupied already. Very awkward. The Ac was very weak in the first room. The second room they switched us into (the next morning) was better, but older. Some of the staff could have been nicer.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine. The staff was attentive, the food was basic, but good. More variety of bread would have been nice. I don't eat sesame seeds and the breads were all with sesame seeds.
Cons: The exit from the hotel to the beach. the stairs were wooden, and some were broken and split. There was no path through the garden to the walkway, and the beach area designated for this hotel was quite a bit of a walk. I use a cane and walking with a cane on sand is not easy. also the availability of a chair and umbrella ended at 4:00 way too early. so the trip to the beach was difficult and disappointing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Super comfy bed, welcoming of pets.
Cons: Receptionist extremely cold and it was like she was doing me a favor she was letting me stay there.

Cons: The service
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed at this hotel before, and our repeat visit was just as good as the first time. Breakfast was plentiful, pretty fresh, and a decent set up for the day. Location of the hotel is fantastic; right by the beach elevator. Couldn't be better. Staff were all helpful, and wi-fi worked well once we had managed to log in. Fridge in our room was appreciated too. Photo is sunset as seen from our balcony.
Cons: Corridor carpets are looking distinctly tired and could do with cleaning, and the room air-con was noisy and not very effective. We came to this property from another rental where the a/c unit was virtually silent and very effective at cooling the whole level, so I think the a/c units in the Residence could do with updating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The second tine We had choose this one because the location is good for us . The hotel is standard What's it is. The staffs are amicable as always .
Cons: None .
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is 10/10
Cons: There is a 10 parking space for 60 rooms , and we had to payed for parking, the twins bad was two separate bad combined together.

Cons: Everything
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to the beach, fantastic view from floor 7. Large apartment with separate bedroom, very helpful lady on the front desk.
Cons: Nothing we stayed just one night.
7.1 Good
Pros: Minimalistic. But what they offered was tasty. It's not full self-service, but table service. The amount of food, just about OK.
Cons: It is a kosher hotel in Israel. On shabbat there is an elevator that runs on Shabbat mode, that is the lift will stop on every floor and if it reach your floor you get in or get out. But the elevator does not run all the time. It takes breaks so that you wait a long time before you can enter. The same with the breakfast. In the morning or shabbat, one makes kiddush (blessings) over wine or grape juice and over bread. There was only sliced bread and no Shabbat rolls (challa ) and no wine or grape juice. I had to bring myself. If you serve religious Jewish guests, do it fully or don't, but please not half!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The room was really old, run down and infested with bugs. Staff barely spoke English. Linen was stained with blood and full of hairs.
4.6 Okay
Cons: No double room available at arrival. Nice smiling lady in the reception. Was upgraded to suite. Sounds nice, but....... Shabby room, tape and glue here and there so thing not falling apart. Old furnitures. Cleaning seemed to be good tough! Entered breakfast room at 07:00 (start at 7:00). Looks as if they are not comlete lined up yet, so I had a cup of tea and youghurt while waiting. Around 7:05 staff disappeared and it was cerials, milk, juice, jam, boiled egg and fruit on the table. No toast or bread No cheese No meat No staff to assist or explain. I had some cerials with youghurt (again) I went to the reception, and was told that people eat different kind of breakfast, and there fore not fullt prepared yet......????? Upon asking what I can expect to be served now, she toild me omelett. There is no omelett in the breakfast room at that time, and no staff to make it. Just lousy explanatiins - and no sorry....... Sorry is kind of common where I come from, if thing goes wrong.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is very good, walking distance from the centre and close to the beach. The reception provides towels for the beach. The sea view from te room is beautiful. Unfortunately the big windows are very dusty apparently from the construction site almost in front of the hotel.
Cons: Didn't like the unclean windows. Breakfast was otherwise ok, but the service was not up to standard as there wasn't enough staff in the breakfast room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, actually there are 2 rooms, plenty of space, balcony with some sea view. The sunset at the sea was beautiful. Romantic place. The breakfast is strictly kosher (no any meat products), but OK, pretty nice and yummy.
Cons: The partial view from the balcony: just a piece of sea, and a construction site with almost-completed high building, no any city view. But this is only on the left side of the hotel. So if you book in advance and insist on the right side - maybe you'll be luckier )) Otherwise nice place.
7.5 Good
Cons: Not accessible with stroller. Not very clean

9.6 Excellent
Pros: location is excellent, just by the beach. very clean and quiet rooms. breakfast was very good. the spa is very good (great treatment), although the pool is very small.
Cons: I came to work with my laptop, there was no table (in my room or in the lobby) to sit comfortably and work. In addition, there was not a real lobby experience (there was no option to order coffee or snack during the day or the evening). the space of the hotel is quite limited.

Pros: Location, view

7.9 Good
Pros: The location was superb and close to the main square. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and the overall décor was luxurious. The banqueting manager was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful.
Cons: The coordination between reception and the breakfast restaurant staff was abysmal. We were refused entry to breakfast on being told that we had not paid, even though our credit card was lodged with reception for these additional charges. This occurred two mornings in succession despite having two conversations with reception the previous evening.

Pros: GreT breakfast, and breakfast staff. Room was comfortable, and we received connecting rooms as requested. The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything including the beach.
Cons: The front desk actually told us that because of where they are located, they don’t have parking. But we booked on hotels.com and one of the main reasons we booked this particular hotel was due to its location and the fact that it had parking as we had a rental car. We found out later that they did have Some parking spaces behind the hotel, but for some reason the front Dess to not tell us about them.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff are terribly rude. I got screamed at because it took me too long to unload my car. I tried to explain The staff that there are no bell boys and I’m on the six floor and my wife’s pregnant so I’m all on my own it was very embarrassing because they scream at me in the middle of the lobby in front of everyone. Won’t recommend this place for anyone
