Stressful and uncomfortable stay!
Stayed there for 2 nights but problem one after another. Checked in pasted mid-night. Tried to shower and plumbing didn't work for room 417 and need to change room. Changed to 510 and seemed ok but after shower, can't find hair dryer. Tried to call the front counter & their phone didn't work. Need to go down to front counter personally. Was told to wait in my room and they will deliver to my room. Waited 1/2 Haiyan and need to go down to front counter again and was told the same. I asked why my room phone didn't work and they said they knew about it but no intention to fix it. Placed my morning call for 2 days, the first day someone knob on my door for that and I didn't get my morning call for the 2nd day. When I plugged in my water kettle, the fuse blew up. All in all... it was a horrible experience for me.
Avoid at all costs
Great location but hotel smelled of old mildew plus one of their staff members stole my iPad during my checkout. Extremely pissed by manager's refusal to check the tv footage. Lock all your personal belongings!
Bad customer service
The open garden
The whole hotel was out of water and when I decided to move to a different hotel and asked for refund they said no! Stay away from this place
Real 5 star experience
Very good hotel for the price.
Good location. Well maintained and very good value.
The hotel itself was beautiful.
26% tax at the end. Clueless staff and VERY expensive Internet. I travel to Delhi every year, sometimes twice a year, and I will never stay here again.
Experience was disappointing
Booking.com was used to book, and the day of check out I was hit with a whole of taxes, big problem.
I didn't like that internet is not included and they charged me for the internet even though I didn't use it, had to fight to rectify the problem.
