Pros: Our room felt like a little apartment/suite complete with a private patio, kitchen, full-size fridge and dining area. We stocked up on food, fruit, and alcohol from the nearby Trader Joe's and enjoyed hanging out at the pool as if it were in our 'backyard.' The location is great, only a couple blocks from the shops, bars, and restaurants.
We loved the cozy B&B feel -- the property only had about 14-15 rooms. The owners hosted a barbecue on Saturday night with delicious food and it was great to mingle with the other guests.

Cons: As clean as the place was, there were roaches... and they weren't the bashful type...
Pros: It is a very family friendly atmosphere that has a lot of activities for children whether they want to be in the pool all day or play in the game room. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions or issues. We did get a great deal on Kayak making it totally worth the money.
Cons: There is no oven in the Deluxe room. It's a combined convection/microwave oven and only a two burner stove. Not the best situation but workable for a three night stay.

Pros: The room was in front of ever where (golf course bbq grill and pool)
Pros: Great location.....the room was beautiful....right on the golf course. The staff was very friendly....just a great experience.
Cons: no....everything was fantastic.
Cons: We overpaid for our stay.'Luxury room' was advertised.1st room was outdated and overlooked the street! , helped reassign our room, but 2nd room was attached to a machinery room of water heaters or something. Constantly awoken/kept awake.Won't return.
Pros: Staff and amenities were excellent.
Pros: the room was 1400sq ft. Full kitchen 3 bathrooms, & a patio. it was near a fire grill & close to the parking lot. The pool was 30 yrds away as was the gym. Most of all I like the way the young female receptionist that treated us exceptionally well.
Cons: The furniture appeared old and outdated. No view of the golf course.
Cons: I'd like my money back
Pros: Definitely more than a 3.5 star property!!! I was there during huge 3 day concert and it cost the same as a Holiday Inn Express nearby. It is completely gorgeous and the in room kitchen/bar and outdoor bbq makes me wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros: Overall pretty good.
Cons: I did not know this was a time share...expected hotel amenities like breakfast etc.
Pros: Spacious, bright and clean
Pros: The location is ideal for a quick getaway!
Cons: Reservation was booked &said check-in was at 4:00pm.Our room was not ready until 5:30!We were concerned, we wanted to put our perishables in the refrigerator. We had to wait, they were not very accomodating, & could not get a late checkout w/o extra $$$
Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff would definitely stay again!
Pros: Pool areas was amazing , I believe there was 7 pools to choose from:).
Great bed, elegant and clean bathroom, new property, very clean, nice grounds and parking. We played a round of tennis which was great. The pool was very enjoyable and clean. We had an enjoyable view and nice outdoor furniture.
Pros: The room was superb in all aspects, as was the pool and exercise room.
Cons: All but one of the staff was very helpful and kind. The woman selling property was rude and unfriendly and does not belong in the hospitality industry. We asked her where the concierge desk was and she was unpleasant, rude, and self important.

Pros: Rooms are great, comfortable, and clean. Setting is fantastic against the hills
Cons: Smoking! Had balcony open at night, people below were smoking on their baloney at 5 am. Woken up from deep sleep by smoky room, and was in queen bed furthest from opening. Later informed front desk so not to get hit with cleaning fee, was told it's ok, No fee unless actually caught in the act. Clerk was unconcerned about the incident. Is smoking allowed on balconies? Oh no, smoking isn't allowed anywhere. Well, it ruined the night. She didn't get it...
Pros: Great service
Cons: Room was not cleaned when we checked in had to call and ask for it to be cleaned again

Cons: Refrigerator in room kept turning on throughout the night and rattled so it was hard to sleep.
Pros: The employees were some of the nicest I've experienced anywhere. From the valet, front desk, and wait staff at the pools and restaurants. We got upgraded without asking. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: I get that hotels have resort fees now, but at least tell me what it's for. The only thing I could figure out was that it included a couple bottles of Dasani. And $27 for overnight valet parking? Yikes. It's Indian Wells, not NYC.
Pros: I like the different options for dining and activities. The room service was guaranteed in 30 mins which was great. The staff were all friendly and everything was open til the late hour.
Cons: Our room was not ready and we had to wait around. The pool area needs more cleaning especially after a big rush.
Pros: My wife and I are 24 and 27 and we've stayed here multiple times. We love the fact that there is a seperate adult only pool and overall the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and the decor is newer and clean.
Cons: The two things we did not like are the parking and prices of food at the pool. You HAVE to pay for parking whether self of valet... And the food at the pool was pretty outrageous... Very convenient and delicious, but outrageous.
Pros: The people are so friendly and accommodating! From Jonathan who checked us in to Danny at Valet and Michael the butler. They made my friend's Birthday so very memorable and had champagne for us the first night and left cupcakes when we got back the second night.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaned better. There was a roach in the room the whole weekend, even after they came to clean that first morning. Otherwise the service was exceptional, I will tell everyone about it.
Pros: Access . Valet.
Cons: Front desk check in !!! Tooo slow. Lacks clarity. !!! Room. Smaller than I expected for 800 a night. No mini bar no real sence of luxury. Blinds fell off needed menatainance !!!!!! This was not the expected result for me. I stay in expensive rooms all the time. This one was not that great I couldn't sleep. Penthouse room 5221 .. I was there match 5th.
Pros: Great amenities and hotel restaurants.
Cons: Parking listed for free, ended up $30. Okay though considering the value.
Pros: This place is great during an off season or during the middle of the week but it gets packed like any other place on the weekend or holidays.
Pros: What you would expect from Hyatt.
Pros: room size
Cons: waterslide happened to be closed during our trip (the hotel did bring in a temporary bounce house with water though)
Pros: The several pools
Pros: Great staff. Excellent attitudes.
Cons: 107 in the shade.

The entire complex is nestled inside a desert garden atmosphere, which boasts a 30,000 square foot spa, surrounded by a sparkling lagoon, 7 pools including an adult pool with state of the art cabanas.
Pros: We liked where our room location (1600)!!!
The pool staff was very friendly. Chicken wings was awesome!!!! Every time we come here, we HAVE TO have there WINGS!! my daughter looooves it!!!
Pros: The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. I haven't encountered a more friendly staff at a resort in a very long time. The facility was great for all of us. Plenty to do for my teenagers. The pools were very fun. The cocktails were fairly reasonable for a resort and they were delicious. The room was very nice. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room.
Cons: Our room was kind of small for four of us. Though the sofa sleeper was more comfortable than the usual, it was awkwardly located and made getting to the patio really hard.
Pros: Fridge in our room actually works!! We had a view of the golf course and mountains and the lake from our top floor. I actually slept because there was no crazy kids running around at midnight. Using a room key to get in the pool (great idea to keep the outsiders) My daughter likes the pool, the slide, pizza, and making smores! Also she made lots of friends!! Having more than one ice machine.
Cons: There were lots of ants in our room. Water roaches, an entire village was under our snack bag! So gross!
Chuckawalla n snakebite opens late (11am) and close early (6pm). There was not enough "shaded" area. Should provide umbrellas. Rinse area, the water pressure was too hard on skin after some sun.
Pros: Buffalo wings and pizza
Cons: Room fridge. We had a late check in (930pm) fridge was not fixed until about 1130pm. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to make sure it'll get fixed. So, Our daughter didn't sleep until midnight or so. pool was a little bit dirty. I took a few plastic cups out and the water was so blurry. Security was giving my husband a hard time and lying about being there the morning before. People were throwing nerf ball and security/staff was not doing anything to stop them. My husband had to tell the security to warn them. This stay was not as pleasant as it was 5 weeks ago.

Cons: The room needed updating. It was clean but it was loud. We were in the main building and it was too noisy. Also, beds were very uncomfortable.
Pros: The staff was very helpful, friendly, always there to help.
Cons: Had to go too far to self park. Weekend hard to find a spot to park . Several parking rows in the parking garage no access to another isle. Had to turn in same isle to go to next isle.
Pros: Great pool scene, probably the best in California.
Pros: The hotel has amazing grounds and public areas. The atrium lobby and gondola service are special, and the overall grounds are the best in the Palm Springs area.
Cons: The rooms are not clean. There's no other way to say it. I found much evidence of previous guests in the room, from trash on the floor around the beds to dirty showers. The staff is also pretty unpleasant and not helpful.
Pros: the help were wonderful
Cons: we are seniors & had to walk miles to our room i think it was 1523

Pros: We enjoyed the convenience of having all the necessary amenities: lazy river' pool, rec. room, rooms had a full kitchen, grill in every balcony, washer & drier in the unit, etc... It it's definitely a great family destination!
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I paid for a day of Wi-Fi and got terrible reception. Too many flies...not the resort's fault; the city seemed to have a fly problem.
Pros: Beautiful location and landscape, great rooms, very friendly staff
Cons: The sprinklers went off a little after 5 PM and were spraying the sidewalks more than the plants themselves. I was effectively blocked in my path and had to take a longer route. Why in the heck can't they activate the watering cycle after midnight??
Nice resort away from city noise, perfect getaway with family
Pros: Nice pools,perfect location
Can't wait to go back.
Pros: It was beautiful. everybody very helpful and friendly

Cons: The price for one night was a bit much. And Hampton Inn does not offer a military discount or a discount for Disableld veterans. For this reason I will never again use Hampton Inn during my annual trip to Palm Springs.
Pros: The room is clean and quite & the breakfast is very good with lot of choice to choose from
Cons: The elevator is a bit slow.
Pros: The hotel was clean, front desk could've been a tad friendlier. She wasn't bad, just wasn't very cheerful. I felt like we were bothering her. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like two sheets of plywood with a sheet on top. :(

Cons: nothing - all was good
Pros: We checked into the hotel at 12:30 am on Christmas Eve and the check in representative was very friendly and accommodating. Pros: The spacious room. Cleanliness. Location, location, location!
Cons: There was a opened condom wrapper by my bedside table, a token left by the previous tenant.
Inn at Deep Canyon puts you within a 10-minute drive of Living Desert Zoo and Gardens and Indian Wells Tennis Garden. After having fun at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with balconies and LED TVs.
Pros: Stayed here on business. Great hotel and ample parking.
Room was clean & spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.
Pros: We simply needed a place to stay on our way to Phoenix. And this was perfect.
Pros: It was nice, clean, in a good location, & the staff was friendly.
Pros: Leaving. Hot tub was actually hot.
Cons: Keycard didn't work in outer door to get to my room. WiFi was slowest I've encountered since 1999. Bathroom door was locked in my room. No overhead light in the living quarters - only the bedside lamp and the lamp by the TV - neither had a wall switch. "Refrigerator" froze my food / beverages. Bathroom coat hanger was broken. Get it together Marriott!
Pros: It was quiet, which was nice. We didn't need the room for more than just a place to sack out, after attending a wedding nearby. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk offered us a choice between rooms on either the first or third floor. I went with the 3rd floor. Honestly, the room was a shoebox. My dorm room in college may have actually been bigger. The TV had spotty reception/signal, as well. And there were probably 5 channels. For what we needed, though, we made do.
Pros: Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice, Starbucks was great as well as good.
Cons: My only compliant was my room was so noisy that at 8:30 on a Saturday it sounded like they were sawing through our wall. Also the room was musty.
Pros: Even though it was old it was very clean. Large tv with good bathroom, ac.
Cons: Outdated furnishings, older smell, tv to the side.

Pros: It is in a beautiful area of Palm Desert, close to restaurants and shopping. When we had troubles with the room the maintenance guy was quick to come. The little cafe served an affordable breakfast and lunch and cheap margaritas.
Cons: The room had a musty and stale smell, the bed was very squeaky. We had trouble with the air conditioner. The pool was green and algae on the side.
Pros: I enjoyed the little river that ran in the patio area.
Cons: the lighting in the bathroom mirror area was not as bright.
Pros: This hotel had 15 tennis courts that were very active.
Cons: This is an older resort which had been modernized.
Pros: The room had most all amenities as if you were at home. Clean facility and friendly staff. Very reasonable rates
Cons: The air conditioner in the room was weak and had a hard time keeping the room cool. The bed sagged in the middle.
Pros: Very quite. Staff very helpful. Close to El Paseo which was great for me.
Cons: Needs major remodel.
Pros: People on staff and the room
Cons: Yes, the pool was cold. And the workout room was poorly set up and some of the equipment was not working. When we asked about a plug, we were told it would be attended to, but it never was.
I love the way it's located walking distance to shopping and dining.
Pros: The studio where I stayed (292) was amazing, very comfortable and large, huge tv, great bed, nice kitchen and bathroom, loved it.
Pros: Staff room and pool.
Cons: Location of room. Too loud above. Tile floor above was loud.
Pros: Only Pool
Cons: Room is really dirty and has smoking smell
Pros: Peaceful, clean and relaxing
Cons: Staff weren't too knowledgeable about their resort
The room had cobwebs and dead spiders all over the room. The staff was nice to upgrade us to a bigger room. Unfortunately here, bigger is not better. There is nowhere to pick up morning coffee on site (except they put a coffee maker in your room). The gym is old and the machines are outdated. Pool is crowded. I would only come here if I needed to be here for a long time and were on a budget. Never coming here again. NOT for romantic getaways!
Pros: This hotel was walking distance to the El Paseo shops.
Cons: This hotel is extremely dated. The gym was old. The pool was crowded. This would be good for families on a budget, but if you have ever been to even JW Marriott or La Quinta you will be sorely disappointed here.
Shadow Mountain Resort puts you within a 15-minute drive of Living Desert Zoo and Gardens and Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Guests can indulge in sports massages and enjoy American cuisine at Top of the Courts, which is open for breakfast and lunch. Pros: Great staff, nice kitchen well stocked. We had an issue with our AC unit, needed parts, staff quickly moved us to a similar room, very well handled.
Pros: Close to Indian Wells
Cons: Room was small. Staff was responsive but not friendly or engaging
Pros: room, swimming pool, and the environment
Pros: This hotel was spacious, clean, had well kept grounds, and we enjoyed the pools and hot tubs.
Cons: We could have used more towels, and to get more you had to walk them to the front office and exchange them. The TVs were just ok, however we were notified they were being replaced the day after we checked out. No complimentary breakfast.
Pros: I liked everything about the resort!
Cons: It was a long trip down into Palm Springs, but that's the only negative thing I could think of.
Cons: Bugs, bugs in the apartment. No reception from the clerk at the office. Manager is not on duty, we xan speak to him. Its a bad experience. We decide to leave one day before our check out. They charge us the fee for internet for this last day. We were

A garden and 8 spa tubs are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and bathrobes.
Cons: Pool bar closed at 6p. Only dining option was understaffed and overpriced. Big property with a shuttle, but only one in service for all guests, so would have to wait over 30 minites. No staff in restaurant. Manager was "pitching in" but would take our order and then not fulfill or not put into computer. Waited 20 minutes for 1st staff interaction after we say at the unattended but seated with guests bar. Then after taking our draft beer order, had to ask 3more times before we got a drink!!
