Pros: From the service to the location to the ambiance of this quaint Inn, everything was better than expected.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room felt like a little apartment/suite complete with a private patio, kitchen, full-size fridge and dining area. We stocked up on food, fruit, and alcohol from the nearby Trader Joe's and enjoyed hanging out at the pool as if it were in our 'backyard.' The location is great, only a couple blocks from the shops, bars, and restaurants. We loved the cozy B&B feel -- the property only had about 14-15 rooms. The owners hosted a barbecue on Saturday night with delicious food and it was great to mingle with the other guests.

Pros: Very family friendly, super large rooms, with kitchen containing all you need to prepare a meal. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Kids really like the pool with slide. Luxury experience make you want to stay longer. Surely worth the money.
Cons: The air conditioner in the living room is loud. although it doesn't affect the bedroom, I won't recommend to light sleepers if you plan to sleep in the sofa-bed. The toilet is loud too, can wake people up if someone use it at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very family friendly atmosphere that has a lot of activities for children whether they want to be in the pool all day or play in the game room. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions or issues. We did get a great deal on Kayak making it totally worth the money.
Cons: There is no oven in the Deluxe room. It's a combined convection/microwave oven and only a two burner stove. Not the best situation but workable for a three night stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice landscaping, four pools.
Cons: The one bedroom unit we had was very dark and depressing and had no view. There are so many large building the place feels industrial.

Several in our party didn' want to leave because they loved it so much. The surrounding grounds/golf course were very nice as well. Service was excellent.
Cons: Pools were a little crowded, however, it was a long weekend. Also, the pools were odd shaped so not the best if someone wants to swim laps.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing stood out as a positive
Cons: The shuttle appeared to follow no distinct route and was not reliable. The room was dark, noisy, and not particularly comfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything you. Kyle ask for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, staff very friendly, great location! Love that the pool is good sized with plenty of umbrellas, and tables. Breakfast is good and substantial. Love the happy hour in the evening. Gym was clean and easy to use. Loved the library, very cozy!
Cons: Breakfast was good, but chaffing dishes do not keep food hot. Would be very helpful to have a microwave available to heat up items .
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: we usually like staying at embassy suites (ES), the complimentary breakfast and social hour are wonderful and cost effective. Most of the embassy suites stays we have experienced handled this well. This one did not.
Cons: The overall feel of the hotel, especially mid-construction, was shabby and dirty. The staff were unavailable at most times, and the breakfast and social hour were more akin to homeless shelter giveaways rather than the quality fare that we have had at other ES. Breakfast was a microwave hot mess. There was a rush of people early and the staff (there was only 1 staff member manning both the cocktail hour and breakfast) couldn't keep up. The construction was noisy and inconvenient, and we should have been notified of construction Before checking in. This was a horrible stay and we will not booking embassy suite stays again. It may be clean and new after the construction, but this experience will move us away from booking them again.

6.5 Good
Pros: The locations, the property, the rooms are stunning!
Cons: We checked in at 4:30 and our room was not ready until 5pm. Check in was at 4. We were staying for one night and they could not accommodate a late check out. For the price we were paying this was very frustrating and the hotel concierge didn't offer and apology, a credit, nothing! Our room was beautiful but all day and all night carts filled with dirty bed linens and catering equiptemnts were pushed by on carts that rattled so loudly that it woke us up and we were unable to go back to sleep. Not to mention we wanted to enjoy our outside patio and take in the scenery and had to like a dirty hotel equipment every 5 minutes. Again for the price we are paying to enjoy the property it would be nice if they could find a different route.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staff was gracious and helpful. There was sincerity in their attentiveness
Cons: The bungalows are old so you can hear the televisions and water going through pipes in neighboring rooms. Pretty minor though and would still recommend a stay here.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were so beautiful. So many nice pools. The restaurants were delicious especially the buffet breakfast at Twenty6. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The Mexican restaurant Adobe was really good and they are super dog friendly which was nice!
Cons: We switched rooms because our first room smelled like cigars and weed, our second room wasn't much better either. The bathrooms are highly outdated and they don't offer robes or slippers in the rooms which I found odd.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the cozy rooms!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was right next to a private pool that made it exceptionally amazing since it was over 100 degrees!! Plenty of pool towels and nobody bothers you. Oh and the best part was the ice makers in the rooms!!! With the heat they’re perfect!!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, facility and experience.
Cons: We made reservations for two rooms. One through the La Quinta website and the other through Kayak. They had no record of the Kayak reservation. They still got us in after some delay. First time that has ever happened. Wifi not good at all.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the movie theater. It was small with regular chairs and bean bags. We sat on the bean bags.
Cons: Pool bartenders weren’t as nice as other staff. Need more pool waiters or have them come around more often.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: This trip revolves around my kids and to have a gateway for them with their friends. There were plenty of children’s activities.
Cons: The hotel is run poorly. The manager did not do a good job running and managing the resort. He had zero hospitality skills and a shame. Ruined our stay.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are great, comfortable, and clean. Setting is fantastic against the hills
Cons: Smoking! Had balcony open at night, people below were smoking on their baloney at 5 am. Woken up from deep sleep by smoky room, and was in queen bed furthest from opening. Later informed front desk so not to get hit with cleaning fee, was told it's ok, No fee unless actually caught in the act. Clerk was unconcerned about the incident. Is smoking allowed on balconies? Oh no, smoking isn't allowed anywhere. Well, it ruined the night. She didn't get it...
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Close to golf.
Cons: Loud music at the pool.
6.5 Good
Pros: Great service
Cons: Room was not cleaned when we checked in had to call and ask for it to be cleaned again

The Indian Wells Resort and Spa is set nicely inside a lush stretch of greenery, ranging from expertly maincured grass to trees and shrubs pumping fresh oxygen into the air and lungs of refreshed guests. The hotel is appropriately angled to allow many of the rooms a view of the grounds, which have been well taken care of for the pleasure of those staying there. Also outside are convenient BBQs that guests have the freedom of using to grill up an afternoon or evening treat. There is also the provision butler service for the villas, so there’s no need to get up to get anything. However, if the decision is to get up and move, there are hot tubs available for a warm, easy soak. And to dry off, fire pits welcome guests to an evening of relaxation. Inside, the rooms are both comfortable and feature chic design elements that inspire creativity and an escape from the mundane thoughts of the day. The rooms are set up as their own entertainment centers with large flat screen HD TVs and iHome stereos that allow guests to dock their iPods to introduce the tunes they want into the atmosphere of the already stylish rooms. In the luxury suites, guests are able to venture out onto a private balcony and take in 180-degree views of the resort grounds, as well as the adjacent golf course. At the end of the day, Lantana offers a unique, fresh, open kitchen dining experience to cap things off.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Second floor rooms was nice and modern In room bathroom area was clean, modern, and comfortable Split level room open concept
Cons: Bar - Shuts down at 12am - No nightlife Staff did not offer help with luggage; even though I was visibly struggling I had to ask for help. Premium Villas felt dated and old Not enough signs helping with directions "Mountain Side facing" view is really deceiving, what they should write is Parking Lot/Lobby/Street Facing, any view of the mountains were obscured by either palm trees or the building itself. No complimentary "spa" goods or testers to use in the soaker tub (bath salt, etc)
5.7 Okay
Pros: Access . Valet.
Cons: Front desk check in !!! Tooo slow. Lacks clarity. !!! Room. Smaller than I expected for 800 a night. No mini bar no real sence of luxury. Blinds fell off needed menatainance !!!!!! This was not the expected result for me. I stay in expensive rooms all the time. This one was not that great I couldn't sleep. Penthouse room 5221 .. I was there match 5th.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The people are so friendly and accommodating! From Jonathan who checked us in to Danny at Valet and Michael the butler. They made my friend's Birthday so very memorable and had champagne for us the first night and left cupcakes when we got back the second night.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaned better. There was a roach in the room the whole weekend, even after they came to clean that first morning. Otherwise the service was exceptional, I will tell everyone about it.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: room size
Cons: waterslide happened to be closed during our trip (the hotel did bring in a temporary bounce house with water though)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Excellent attitudes.
Cons: 107 in the shade.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Clean.
Cons: Refrigerator in room kept turning on throughout the night and rattled so it was hard to sleep.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I are 24 and 27 and we've stayed here multiple times. We love the fact that there is a seperate adult only pool and overall the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and the decor is newer and clean.
Cons: The two things we did not like are the parking and prices of food at the pool. You HAVE to pay for parking whether self of valet... And the food at the pool was pretty outrageous... Very convenient and delicious, but outrageous.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great amenities and hotel restaurants.
Cons: Parking listed for free, ended up $30. Okay though considering the value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The several pools
8.5 Excellent
Pros: I like the different options for dining and activities. The room service was guaranteed in 30 mins which was great. The staff were all friendly and everything was open til the late hour.
Cons: Our room was not ready and we had to wait around. The pool area needs more cleaning especially after a big rush.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is great during an off season or during the middle of the week but it gets packed like any other place on the weekend or holidays.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were some of the nicest I've experienced anywhere. From the valet, front desk, and wait staff at the pools and restaurants. We got upgraded without asking. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: I get that hotels have resort fees now, but at least tell me what it's for. The only thing I could figure out was that it included a couple bottles of Dasani. And $27 for overnight valet parking? Yikes. It's Indian Wells, not NYC.

Cons: Yes, shower head broke in shower. Water leaking everywhere
9.0 Excellent
Overall, we recommend the resort!
Pros: We enjoyed the convenience of having all the necessary amenities: lazy river' pool, rec. room, rooms had a full kitchen, grill in every balcony, washer & drier in the unit, etc... It it's definitely a great family destination!
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I paid for a day of Wi-Fi and got terrible reception. Too many flies...not the resort's fault; the city seemed to have a fly problem.

Pros: Walking into the lobby to check in I was greeted by Brenda. She was so very nice and accommodating. The room they had reserved for us was an accessible room. I asked if there were any other rooms available with a bathtub, since we had a toddler with us. She went to ask her manager and came back with a room change. The room was spacious and very clean. My family loved the pool, water slide and the kids club. It really made our little getaway into a wonderful time. We will be back!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. I haven't encountered a more friendly staff at a resort in a very long time. The facility was great for all of us. Plenty to do for my teenagers. The pools were very fun. The cocktails were fairly reasonable for a resort and they were delicious. The room was very nice. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room.
Cons: Our room was kind of small for four of us. Though the sofa sleeper was more comfortable than the usual, it was awkwardly located and made getting to the patio really hard.
6.8 Good
Pros: Fridge in our room actually works!! We had a view of the golf course and mountains and the lake from our top floor. I actually slept because there was no crazy kids running around at midnight. Using a room key to get in the pool (great idea to keep the outsiders) My daughter likes the pool, the slide, pizza, and making smores! Also she made lots of friends!! Having more than one ice machine.
Cons: There were lots of ants in our room. Water roaches, an entire village was under our snack bag! So gross! Chuckawalla n snakebite opens late (11am) and close early (6pm). There was not enough "shaded" area. Should provide umbrellas. Rinse area, the water pressure was too hard on skin after some sun.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We liked where our room location (1600)!!! The pool staff was very friendly. Chicken wings was awesome!!!! Every time we come here, we HAVE TO have there WINGS!! my daughter looooves it!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was bigger than I expected. The staffs very helpful. I had a wonderful time and I will probably come back again next year.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: There were empty cups , trash all around the pool areas with no one to come and pick them up . That was my only complaint other than that we really enjoyed our stay
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Rooms were awful .. leaking refrigerator .. slipped on after wiping up twice ... Noise !! Dirty towels !! Big ball of hair in the shower .. poor service and they tried to charge me an extra 200 hundred .. I paid 380 for a very bad experience !!
5.7 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Dirty, Loud
7.7 Good
Pros: Pools, kids activity center, location. earlier check in was available for us but we understand not always.
Cons: Stains on sofa mattress, not enough activities for adults i.e. small Spa for massage or mani/pedi, lounge wine area, etc.
7.3 Good
Pros: Buffalo wings and pizza
Cons: Room fridge. We had a late check in (930pm) fridge was not fixed until about 1130pm. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to make sure it'll get fixed. So, Our daughter didn't sleep until midnight or so. pool was a little bit dirty. I took a few plastic cups out and the water was so blurry. Security was giving my husband a hard time and lying about being there the morning before. People were throwing nerf ball and security/staff was not doing anything to stop them. My husband had to tell the security to warn them. This stay was not as pleasant as it was 5 weeks ago.

5.0 Okay
Pros: - bed was comfortable - has a shower instead of tub
Cons: - only hotel (during my 3 weeks trip) which did not appriciate my Marriott Elite Platinum status in any way - unfriendly and unmotivated staff - room was not cleaned up on 2nd day - thin walls (we heard neighbors and outdoor hotel music in our room)
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: breakfast
Cons: Staff was horrible. Never have seen such mismanagement of a hotel. The manager has zero clue what she is doing nevermind not having a clue about hospitality. She allows her front desk staff to treat people like trash. Shameful

8.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great and the property was very nice
Cons: The shuttle service was slow, front desk staff were not customer service oriented and the pillows were flat as hell.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Pool bar closed at 6p. Only dining option was understaffed and overpriced. Big property with a shuttle, but only one in service for all guests, so would have to wait over 30 minites. No staff in restaurant. Manager was "pitching in" but would take our order and then not fulfill or not put into computer. Waited 20 minutes for 1st staff interaction after we say at the unattended but seated with guests bar. Then after taking our draft beer order, had to ask 3more times before we got a drink!!

6.0 Good
Pros: Carried our bags to second floor, no elevator. They have valet but your car gets parked right there. We just grabbed our keys and drove most of the time. No point for valet. Rooms were small but nice. The pool is open 24 hours so thats great. The view of the lake depends which room you have. We mainly could see a side street. Overall I wouldn't stay there again for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Restaurant and Bar Great Location Love the round outdoor covered sofas !!!!! Pool could use some sprucing up.
Cons: Resort Fee Outrageous up-charge for a dog ($100)

Pros: Everything was just perfect. Hotel was beautifully designed in every corner, restaurant was fantastic, service exceptional, rooms and beds were comfortable, they extended checkout And were more than accommodating in a million ways.
Cons: Only thing I can say is that it was an exceptionally hot weekend (114 degrees) and the pool water was very warm. I’m not sure what they can do about that, but it was nearly a jacuzzi. Not refreshing. However, everything else was so perfect it’s hard to complain. In room amenities were fantastic, bed was comfortable but the sheets could be softer and more luxurious.

Pros: The cleanliness and comfortable beds.
Cons: The price for one night was a bit much. And Hampton Inn does not offer a military discount or a discount for Disableld veterans. For this reason I will never again use Hampton Inn during my annual trip to Palm Springs.
