Pros. Out was very nice and a great location with beach access

Pros. The complimentary wine hour daily. The TV/Drawers/Coffee Slide-out furniture piece was convenient
Cons. ocean-front balcony not sized to sit out on but only to stand at a railing
Pros. Room was clean and modern, beds were comfortable, TV/remote worked properly, online access to hotel staff was handy, hotel provided a couple “dog sheets” to cover the beds to protect them from sandy paws, dog treats were waiting in the room when we arrived, room was on 6th floor with quick/easy access to skybridge to parking and space to walk the dogs, hotel provided grassy area on the beach side of hotel too and the doggy bag receptacles we’re stocked and handy, easy access to the beach. Overall, a very nice stay.
Cons. My fault that I didn’t think to request a beach-facing room; not that we experienced any disturbances from the parking side but it would have been nice to have a beach view. We reported to staff that one complimentary toiletry had been opened/used before we arrived but everything else appeared very clean and in order. We had an issue with the sink not draining but maintenance came quickly and kindly fixed it. I had ordered a box fan during pre-check-in thru their online access; even though they acknowledged the request, the fan wasn’t in the room when we arrived and we needed to request one again; it was delivered to our door while we were out getting dinner. Only those couple issues; they were minor and did not have a negative impact on our stay.

Cons. Very noisy with doors constantly banging and neighbours clearly heard. Not a relaxing stay at all. Also quite a strange smell. Housekeeping knocking on our door at 5pm. Glad to leave.
Pros. Everything. The staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and clean. We received 10% off at the Steakhouse right behind the hotel (and it was delicious), plus the free hot breakfast was very good. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Pros. Very convenient to beach. Nice swimming pool. Excellent on-site dining in the cafe. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. The bacon...yum! All staff that we encountered were polite and friendly. Good choice for families. Also dogs are allowed!
Cons. The air system in the room was out of date and made sleeping stuffy unless the door was left open. This used to be a Hilton, and now looks like there are a number of updates necessary....some holes in the wall..in dining room. Though everything was clean it had a bit of a tired look. However, I will say that I think it is an excellent lodging for families.
Pros. We love the location and ocean view this hotel offers. We arrived 3 hours before check in time and the staff had our room ready within 15 minutes and allowed us to check in early.
Cons. The room is not kid friendly, there was cords everwhere. My crawling 9 month old brought light to many open outlets and dangling cords throughout the entire room. We also saw several splatters of unknown substances around the rooms walls (gross) and on the headboard (even grosser).
Pros. We stayed with our children on the top floor. They loved it! The view was beautiful. We will be staying there in the future. It is close to the beach and they have a little hose to wash of sandy feet near the path up to the hotel. Pool room is great too!
