Place was under renovation when we were there, I find it hard paying top dollar going into a restaurant like The Keg with unfinished walls and drywall showing and the lights for the elevator hanging out of the wall.
Well kept Great Staff Breakfast included Happy Hour included Spectacular views Would definitely stay there again. Well staffed and everyone was above and beyond helpful.
High Volume hotel Parking garage additional fees + valet Long elevator lines Long breakfast lines Long Happy Hour lines Since it is high volume and probably booked most of the time the lines can be long. The hotel tries to prepare you for this by posting what times are the best to avoid the longest lines. Only hidden fees were the parking issues.
The view of all of the falls Was beautiful & perfect! We were on the 27 th floor , I was told best view was floors 29 & up! We can't imagine a better view! It was great! We would recommend to others!
The morning breakfast could have served a different menu each morning! I would have liked an omlet but the line was much too long!
The reason we picked Niagara Falls for a vacation was to see and experience the views. Our "both falls view" was the best imaginable. The view from the on site Steak House The Keg Restaurant were amazing too. They use the same area for the Open Breakfast meal. The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to everything you want when visiting the area.
They are in the middle of a Update to the hotel and rooms. The lobby is done and very impressive. Our room was clean but not updated, beds not that comfortable. My understanding is 3 floors have been updated and one by one they will all get done.
The keg - good food and service
Under renovations, noise at night from band playing elsewhere unable to sleep at a decent time had marathon to run in morning. Room more like a 3 star hotel.
View of the falls from our room was great. We were on the 39th floor. Our suite was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Please note that the parking isn't free here and is valet parking only if you want to park at the hotel. It was $35 dollars a day if you wanted them to park at the hotel or $25 a day if you wanted to park at an offsite location and take the shuttle. Had a complimentary breakfast which was good too.
The staff at the reception was ok, didnt think they were that great.
They hotel is great for families with children. The suites gave our daughter her own quiet space away from her snoring father :) The pool was great. We are always up early with our little girl, so never had a wait for breakfast. The staff was very helpful. We did pay extra to park our car at the hotel (self park is really a shuttle to a secure lot).
The elevator waits were a bit crazy at times. We would ride them up just so that there was room to get on.
We had a great room overlooking the falls. Upon check in we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. BONUS.. The hotel was very nice with a good breakfast and super view while eating.
The only bad thing I could say is there was construction going on in the hotel. The lobby was in disarray, but clean. We also heard some other construction noises in our room too. It was only mildly annoying.
Our car got dented because we had to valet park it and it was too windy and a door of another car hit our car.

Everything easngreat, the room, the view and the staff
Facilities were great. Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
Evening reception was not very well done. Weak drinks and very little in the way of food. Potato chips, pretzels, and pickles are not exceptional.
The staff went above and beyond they where also courtesy.
Nothing I would love to go back next year.
The view was amazing and the location was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and fairly tasty. The staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful. The room was quite large and the beds very nice.
The only complaint that I would have is that it takes forever on the elevator to get up or down. We were on the 27th floor and waited a long time for elevators.
