Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes, street noise was noticeable but not terrible, poor option for breakfast, unsecure wifi, no complaints, a bit noisy due to waste collection companies handling noisy trash bins in the middle of the night, very small for Americans, lights quite dim, bathroom folding door should be changed to sliding because water when taking a shower goes out on the floor of the bathroom, room was very small but contemporary and spotless, room rather small but adequate for our requirements, small lift and old chair in courtyard for breakfast, that the breakfast not be short for something, the AC wasn’t working, we booked a room with a patio but didn’t get one, the hallways were musty and stinky, could have done with some more mirrors near the plugs in the bedroom and a fridge would have been nice, only one device can access wifi at the time, strange odor in the lounge, very small rooms, eco-friendly shampoo & shower gel was not a great experience, too small room, there is no fridge, the hotel is old & the room's furniture is outdated, the manager has zero customer service skills, and ruined the entire experience, the soap is not good enough for shower and hair, body gel would work much better, the bathroom had a constant bad odor, the day we arrived and the hotel air conditioning was broken, could not sleep at all as it was so hot in the room, the breakfast was good, but a little small and food ran out if you weren’t there first, musty room smell, the shower is really small and room is a bit cramped, old facilities

The hotel is close to the Cote d'Azur beach, only need to cross one street, and the famous Massena museum is also nearby, start from the hotel, you can visit all the famous spot attractions by foot, perfect location for all city center areas, location is fantastic, close to the front and with easy access to tram station, ideal location - close to the front and with easy access to tram station, right where you want to be in the middle of Nice, so close to the beach, shops, restaurants, train, the airport tram, and all else you may need, great location one block behind the beach and near bars and restaurants, great location, quiet, very friendly staff, excellent location allowing us to walk to many of the sites we wanted to visit, the location allowed us to walk to pharmacies, grocery stores, self-serve laundrettes, and of course numerous cafes and restaurants, great location, very clean, fantastic shower, we stay here 9 times over a 15-year period and keep coming back- we love the location
