Great breakfast. Large rooms.
Room was clean, bed was fair in softness, bath room was clean, organized and water pressure was awesome, it also had parking spaces for my car, and it was near the Mexican Border. Air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room, it only has one elevator at lobby if your room is at 2nd floor and all the way in the back you have a long way to walk with luggage. They do have stair way its convenient if you don't have big luggage.
Close to where I needed to be. Not the best part of town. Park at your own risk is what the sign says.
Quiet room, great breakfast, friendly staff, good WiFi I had to dig deep for this... the fridge froze my food!

location and breakfast
Location from work was convenient. Two treadmills & neither worked plus no other exercise equipment.
large rooms, great appliances great restaurant and very spacious. no
Nice Breakfast and large rooms.
EXCELENT BREAKFAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE, ROOM WITH MANY AMENITIES, NO
Rooms are a fantastic size. The breakfast (included) with omelettes made to order is great.
Great location, just across the border. Great hot breakfast (included), including made-to-order eggs, fresh fruit, and more. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Coffee maker in room is fantastic, and staff is friendly.
Location, close to the shops there was a cockroach in the bathroom
They had a pool. Wasn't open but, there was a pool. They were pet friendly We could have gotten a room on the mexican side for less than half the price and the same quality. We reserved a queen accessible room and the first room we got was a full size. When we did get a queen the carpet was wet guessing from the shower!?!
Location Cleanliness. Poor bed quality.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Walls were thin. Could hear tv, etc in adjacent rooms. Upstairs neighbor made enough noise to sound like they were moving furniture at 3 am.
I thought the hotel was in a great scenic location. The breakfast needs some improvement in the taste area. I stayed in room 365 which was comfortable but needed more natural light or light fixture. I would stay at the hotel again.
Unfortunately when I booked, it wasn't mentioned that there had been a recent fire in the restaurant. They suffered a lot of water damage. Therefore, the restaurant wasn't open, the front desk was operating out of one of the rooms, the in room telephones didn't work and the grounds and hotel were rather run down. Also, the ad suggests the hotel and golf course are at the same place- NOT SO! The room was very clean and the staff friendly, but the facility was lacking some creature comforts.
We liked nothing about this hotel. We were lied to by hotels.com as we were looking for a hotel with dining, etc. as this location was out in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant burned down 4 months ago and there were still pictures of it on the hotels.com site. We were extremely disappointed and cancelled our second night. We were only able to get a $40 coupon for the first night. The place is in a terrible state of deterioration! No Wi-Fi and no in room phone service. It was a joke!
