Pros (+) Food was really good. Room was spacious and bathroom large to accommodate several people in one room.
Cons (-) The hotel could’ve acknowledge our concern about construction and use of power tools early in the morning on the hall right behind our room and where our beds were. Not the way we wanted to wake up.

Cons (-) Expensive - everything is pricey. Right next to the Ritz Carlton so I guess should have expected that. Farther from most of the Palm Beach restaurants and shops than most of the other "high rise" hotels. They are walkable but it's a longer walk. Some of the staff were very pleasant, but others had attitude - you can tell who appreciates tourists and who doesn't

Pros (+) The location was great. Beautiful beach out front with lots of activities. I liked the close proximity to fisherman's huts for kiteboarding. Food quality and selection was very good as was the service we received. Great fitness facilities. Easy walk to Palm Beach Strip for shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) System for renting cabanas and palapas was a pain. We found it much easier to just rent an umbrella on the beach. There wasn't 24 hour room service but that isn't really a big issue.
