Excellent staff at checkin and checkout as well as breakfast crew. Parking was a long walk from the available parking spots late night. Maybe have card access from back door after hours for convenience of getting into air conditioned building especially during summer.

Cons. The rest of the property was trashed.
Pros. Front desk staff was friendly and understanding that we were disappointed with their hotel. A third party sold this hotel as a 5 Star and 1.5 is all I would give it. Found a Marriott Courtyard down the street for $20 less per night and got a much better room.
Pros. Room was clean, very spacious, bed comfortable, property very nice. Breafast was good too.
Cons. Overnight clerk had so many issues checking us in, over an hour speaking with your people trying to get us registered

Pros. The staff was exceptionally friendly and concerned with even the smallest needs. Whenever we walked by the desk they were very sure to ask us how we were doing. The maintenance man Merlin was stopped to chat with us when he saw us "out and about" Although most people don't smoke anymore... we do, and the smoke hole was safe and secure. The pool was outstanding. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms very pretty but no fridge. Quiet clientele. Lobby was gorgeous. Nice bar attached to hotel. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone at The Tower!
Cons. We would have liked a continental breakfast with the room (although they did offer good coffee) but we were well aware that this was not available so we were prepared for that. The restaurant across the parking lot was a reasonable price and very good food so the lack of "free" breakfast was not much of a hardship. (we visited Oklahoma City without a car with us) The hot tub has been permanently closed as of a few days before our visit so I am assuming they will change their advertising but we were a bit disappointed in that.

Cons. The room could use an update, the jacuzzi did not work, it took room service all day to bring a microwave and refrigerator and it took up walking space in the room.
Pros. The rooms were big enough for my husband and I and our two small children's pack n plays. Staff was friendly. Good location.
Cons. It was warm the whole time. We set our ac on 68 and the room never got below 74. The pool had feathers and dead bugs in it. The beds were so hard that I had to go to the chiropractor after my stay.
