4.5 Okay
Pros: The quality, cleanliness, ann’s receptionist.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: I thought from having the price from the first night raised almost 80% saying tha Cheyenne Frontier Rodeo Days was starting was pretty bogus with no Rodeo til the next day, no parade. I think hotels and motels take way too much advantage of events and their pricing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was surprisingly good and provided a fair number of options. The room was very very clean, which I appreciate a lot. The hotel was nice and quiet as well. I really liked the in-shower items .... shampoo and shower gel. Mainly the fact that they are already in the shower. I would stay there if we pass again through Cheyenne.
Cons: The only real thing that could have been better was the facial tissue. It is not that soft, but what really bothered me is that if you blow your nose, lint flies all over you and everything in front of you. Not at all durable. Small point but it kind of bothered me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was excellent. Room was very spacious and we loved the kitchen feature. Since the hotel is well away from the Interstate, it was very quiet. Close to mall and other shopping, great location!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and clean rooms/facility
Cons: Music on back patio is too loud and goes on far too late in the evening for someone who has a room near that area. Facility needs to have a policy against open alcoholic containers on premises and enforce, to prevent facility from becoming a BYOB tailgating party.
7.5 Good
Cons: We were traveling with our dog and filled out appropriate paperwork upon checkin. The staff member that checked us in unfortunately put us in the wrong room, and we had to switch. New room was in basement and was damp and musty smelling. It seems unfair to religate guests with well behaved dogs to the basement while guests with unruly and undisciplined children are not. We have traveled extensively with our dog over the last 9 years and she has never barked, or misbehaved in the room. A well seasoned traveler. We have seen many children running, screaming and jumping on lobby furniture unsupervised by their parents during our many road trips. Is this really acceptable?
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice welcome at reception. Good breakfast. Good to see the hotel is trying to use less plastic. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms:) We slept well.
Cons: Only the price. It was the most expensive hotel in our 2 week trip. Even more than LA! Not sure if it was because of a big event in Cheyenne this week.. but $345 a night was too much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, great staff, good food, coffee available 24/7, extra services quickly provided (eg pillows, blankets, etc)., popcorn, lemonade, and flavored water available, soft beds, etc. A bargain for the money. Staying there again in a few days.
Cons: N/A
7.0 Good
Pros: Easy access to the interstate. Room was confortable and Clean and the breakfast bar was very nice.
6.3 Good
Pros: N/A
Cons: Room was not very quiet-desk,chair and bed all viberated and made resting hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: To begin, planned ahead and booked my room a couple days before my stay. I planned to just spend the night. I arrived with my dog (6 lb. maltese) and since I was traveling from Minnesota I arrived late, around 9:30 pm. Both of these were discussed when I called earlier in the day. Upon my arrival it took around 15 minutes to check in and head to my room. I was resting on the bed within a short time. I had a great stay. Next year when I make the trip, I will plan to stay there again! Thank you for an awesome night!
Cons: There was nothing about this property, staff, or room that I didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Cons: Noise from the next door customers
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location. Decor was very modern! I actually liked the fact there was no carpet - just for the sanitary factor. Room could have been a bit bigger. AC worked great. Bathroom was awesome!!!!! Loved the no tub feature! Huge TV! Bed's were comfortable enough. We're just used to a king... that's just our preference. Lots of choices for breakfast! I felt a $4 Diet Coke was a bit outrageous! Overall, it was great! My 80 year old parents probably wouldn't appreciate the modern touches... but my 19 year old loved it! :)
Cons: Really nothing. As I said $4 for a Diet Coke was terrible. The smokers ruined the patio area for us. Just happy the smoke wasn't inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room and bright modern window coverings. Loved all the shelves in bathrm and bdrm for organizing. Liked the table on rollers, very convenient. Loved the lg, bright, smartly designed dinning area and good buffet. I wish Id gotten the guys name keeping the buffet supplied, he did a great job with a busy crowd, I did tip him generously though and other guests should give that a thought, he worked hard. First time in Tru, we will look for this hotel and stay in other cities.
Cons: The dispenser tubes for shampoo and lotion is a great idea but I could not use them due to the arthritis in my hands. The bed sheets were very thin, elastic on bottom was worn out and would slip off and bunch up. I signed up for rewards but girls could not connect it to my name so I could get my first points.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had asked for an early check in as I had surgery on my eye that morning and the staff were most helpful!
10.0 Excellent

Pros: clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was good. would consider staying here in the future if in the area. as long as air was working.
Cons: air conditioner wouldn't work correctly. it kept kicking off even though room was still very warm. we asked for a box fan upon arrival and they didn't have any.... then air didn't work. and ice machine was on opposite side of building.. should have them on each end maybe or middle.

Pros: I loved that mostly everything was near by, I would recommend this hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly and the rooms are very clean.
Cons: We checked out the pool and everything was fine other then the cleaning liquids they clean the pool with was very strong that we couldn’t stay very long, throat and eyes were itch and hard to breath in so we decided to leave after a few minutes.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice staff, good breakfast.
Cons: No nearby restaurants
4.5 Okay
Pros: Bed was nice & comfortable
Cons: Room definitely needed updating. Chair in room was from the ‘60s, looked bad never sat in it. Handicap room had tub that was very small and bottom was warped feeling like you could fall while taking a shower. Room had a very uncomfortable feel to it. My wife and I are not handicapped. I booked in November. When I questioned the desk about why I was assigned the room and I wasn’t happy with it, I was told that was the only room available. Also, pool and hot tub were out of service. This was not an enjoyable stay. This hotel is more of a one star $79 stay and not the $140 stay. It needs work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very delicious and had a wide variety of food
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spur of the moment stay because of online pricing. Will stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome so was the breakfast attendent! Loved Mike at the front desk
Cons: The pool was clean but hard for older people to get into and out of . Also it was cold so much so our 22 year old got out two after 5 minutes.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast only
Cons: very noisy hotel, you can hear people next door or the room above you when they flush toilets and have shower as if you were next to them. No better than a Motel 6 for double the price. Asked for an early check-in, couldn't have it. Even though I knwo it's not guaranteed, the response from the manager was really bad, saying that at 12 no room had been cleaned! I guess that a normal double room might have been available at the time as people check out early. Asked for a quiet room and was given a room next to an elevator which beeps everytime someone goes in or out. Was charged 5 dollars for internet access! Luckily I checked my bill and asked for a refund. Here again the manager said I exceeded the data, never heard that in another hotel! Really disappointed though I had good experience of other hotels of the chain. Would definitely not recommend that one.
7.0 Good
Pros: It felt like a very safe location.
Cons: It was kinda of hard to get to from highway. Breakfast could have been better to include more fresh fruit and spinach. Staff was friendly. Caulking around the bathtub was laughable.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Food

7.0 Good

6.8 Good
Pros: Nice facility overall
Cons: The room smelled bad. Entry way and bathroom floor was dirty. Mirror still had greasy little handprints from prior guests kids. Pillow cases had makeup prints. We were so tired from travel that we just requested fresh pillow cases. Staff didn’t offer apologies. They looked trashy as well. The hotel was short staffed during a pre holiday weekend in the summer time. One desk clerk for a lobby full of people trying to get checked in and answering the constantly ringing phone.

Cons: Just seemed like a renovated super 8
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Close to Cheyenne Frontier Days. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Price was higher than usual because of Cheyenne Frontier Days. Kitchenette did not have anything in the drawers which made it pretty much unusable.
7.0 Good
Pros: I knew in advance we would be near the trains, but not as close as the hotel really sat. I asked for a room away from track, but the rock and roll of trains was still felt. Room was good sized and adequate. Disappointed that there were no utensils for kitchen. At least, plastic or paper would have been nice. We had to find some to eat our microwave meal!
Cons: Noise level for price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very accommodating
Cons: Hum the room was a touch stuffy even with the air on.
6.3 Good
Pros: Close to downtown. Lots of parking. Easy access to I-25.
Cons: No housekeeping except every four days. Had to take my soiled towels to front desk to get clean ones. Front desk commonly empty and had to wait for assistance. Only coffee for breakfast and that’s all! Overpriced for value received.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds
Cons: Nothing to cook with. Everyone assumed you would know how the my place extended stays work. We have never stayed before.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Didn’t have my reservation. Took over an hour to figure out. Lady at front desk was rude. To top it off the charged me twice!!! $330 times 2 is very expensive
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Sparkling Clean! Beds were super comfy and there was a Kitchenette. Close to Frontier Days Park n Ride. This was perfect for my husband and I with our 3 teenage daughters.
Cons: They don’t provide any pots and pans, can openers etc. That’s fine but they should let you know ahead of time. Also, I would say normally this would be a great value but the price was outrageous due to Frontier Days. I literally just paid less 2 weeks ago for a 5 star resort hotel in Vail! I get it but triple the normal price....
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was just a mile from downtown Cheyenne. Easy access to everything.
Cons: The rooms smelled musky and of dirty dog. Even though it appeared clean the smell was noticeable and unpleasant.
7.5 Good
Pros: Place was clean with a mini snack store near side of office since no convenience stores were near by.
Cons: Had to change rooms, 1st one smelled like and boys locker room. Was told that company's will put there staff up there for extended periods which could have been a contributing factor? The staff was great and addressed it within seconds of notifying them and problem was quickly eliminated with another room.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Front office staff was not great
9.7 Excellent
Pros: No frills but immaculate room, comfy beds w lots of pillows and small kitchen. Plenty of room for my friend and me. Also the towels were nice; not those cheap thin ones you often get in less expensive hotels.
Cons: It was on an industrial street and our view was a freight train and a puddle. But I would still go back. About 5-10 min from downtown Cheyenne.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the location and felt safe.
Cons: Didn't appreciate the maid banging on my door at 9:15 am. It was way before checkout time. I told her I was obviously still there. Then some guy started vacuuming in the hall right outside my room until I left. For this reason I probably won't be back.
8.0 Excellent

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, great breakfast, great outdoor patio sitting area ! ( Loved all the history...and two piano's too. )
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is much improved from two years ago.....plenty of food, lots of choices, Staff is very good, great breakfast to be included as part of room charges.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was a very good size with a separate lounge area and 2 queen bedroom. The breakfast was very substantial with lots of choice and the historic setting was great. The location is ideal for seeing the center of Cheyenne.
Cons: Be prepared for long waits getting through the single small elevator during the morning check-out period or be prepared to use the stairs. This was quite a limitation. Parking could be problematic during the week but the street parking was free over the weekend when we were there.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quant and location
Cons: Small slow elevator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: History of hotel was amazing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bacon at breakfast was amazing!
Cons: The elevator was kind of small.
6.3 Good
Pros: The other guests. International and fun. The front patios were the place to be. The bar was good, and the drinks were well poured. The lobby is beautiful. The elevator is hysterical. And the old shoe shine stand is still there.
Cons: Ah, well. The intersection of Central and 16th is out of control. My husband was so angry Friday night because of the noise that he said we'd have to check out the next day (we didn't)… The bathroom grout is pretty disgraceful, yuck. The carpet was stained. When we walked into our room, it was evident that people had smoked in there. The bed was fine, but the pillows flat. And, due to one thing or another, the restaurant kept getting closed. What a drag. I was starving Saturday night and could not get so much as an appetizer. A big party, she said. And it was only 7pm. That's no way to run things. We would have dropped good money in there, but couldn't get in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Location. Location! If you love trains it is the perfect place to stay. It is also filled with a rich sense of history. It may not be the most updated hotel in the area but the staff was exceptional.
Cons: You had to overlook a lot for history. No bathroom sink was a big disappointment. We were not sure there was any value in a full sized refrigerator and microwave in a tiny tiny room with no seating except the bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved staying here, it is an older building but it really does have character. The staff were very polite and efficient on check in and out. The rooms were really good sized, with Room 526 like a suite, so comfortable. There can be road noise but it does not detract from the comfort of the room The location was great, and close to a couple of local craft Brewing Establishments.
Cons: As mentioned above, the road noise. The lift is original so isn't fast but it works otherwise the stairs are easier for the lower floors. Thats about it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great, historic hotel in the heart of Cheyenne: fun location, nice amenities, friendly staff.
Cons: Bed was a bit hard
7.0 Good
Pros: Downtown area and the history of the hotel.
Cons: Very noisy and we were on the 5th floor.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Dinner at this hotel
Cons: The room didn’t meet expectations

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was just right not too hard or too soft. Breakfast was great
4.0 Okay
Pros: We didn't like anything about it.
Cons: The hotel was in a shady/sketchy area. The bathroom sink still had a large glob of toothpaste in it. The reservation was for a 2 queen room and instead I got a 1 queen and a pullout. The pullout was very stained and gross and the bedding was filthy.
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was 100% my mistake, selecting the wrong dates of my stay but the Hotel personnel didn't help me out although I had paid for 2 rooms that I didn't even used. The night I needed to stay the parking lot was empty and I doubt they were sold out the night
Cons: That I originally reserved, I had a reservation that same night at another microtel, it was a mistake but they didnt want to see that.
7.5 Good
Pros: room was clean staff were helpful
Cons: wasn't within walking distance of venue which the map showed otherwise.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good parking. Very nice staff. Very clean. Walkable to downtown. About 15 min.
Cons: The area around is old and run down. Had some people screaming at each other across the street. Very expensive for what it is. But I was there during Frontier days, so I'm shure it was more than normal.
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the cleanliness and space.
Cons: I'm surprise with the amount of money spent on the two nights, there was no swimming pool and the breakfast was not too great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean. Good location near Frontier days. King room was large. Read many bad reviews, but not sure why. We stayed one night and had a good experience. We had 2 queen bed rooms along with the king room. All met expectations. Loved the window seat.
Cons: very basic breakfast. Cereal and waffles. No eggs. Prices inflated for frontier days.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the way that the Manager was hands on. He is the one who checked us in. The hotel breakfast was complimentary and really very good. The guest room attendant that we had was very good and kind as was all of the staff actually.
Cons: I was not expecting to pay the price that we paid. Not knowing that the time we had planned on being in Cheyenne it was a celebration and the rates were well over $250.00 per night because of it. We needed the room so we had no other choice then to book. When I book thru booking.com I am used to free cancellation or modification sadly this was not the case with this particular booking.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was easy to find and the manager of the place is a really good guy.
Cons: The location of this motel is in a sketchy neighborhood!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with all the facilities you could need
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly workers and very helpful and knowledgeable about places to eat in area.
Cons: friend ended up in hospital with food poisoning not fun

4.0 Okay
Pros: NA
Cons: It was seedy and very unsafe, I didn't stay, very uncomfortable feeling, unsafe never recommend to anyone.
4.5 Okay
Cons: We arrived at 6p our rooms were not cleaned The entire lower level doors were all open and no rooms had been cleaned. Lobby area was very uninviting. Upon entering our room it was sketchy as to the cleanliness. I even checked for bed bugs. Room was partially vacuumed. Prior guest towel still hanging in bathroom.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Two ladies working at reception are so rude.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, affordable price. Comfy beds staff did their best to mitigate our impatience and disappointment with the wait.
Cons: We arrived over an hour after check out time and rooms were not turned around yet. There was no front desk on-location so ended up sitting in an adjacent diner for 45 minutes while waiting. The room itself was okay but the bathroom swelled musty. No breakfast was kind of a bummer.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Penny's Diner! This was like the the hotel experience we had had at the Fort Cody in Nebraska. This is why we booked this hotel...silly us. We
Cons: The check in guy was smoking, wearing a dirty hoodie, looked very unkept, told us we didn't get free breakfast. Our room was smokey, the smoke detector was dis abled. Out just didn't look or smell clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was clean. Easy access to restaurants
Cons: Bed was not very comfortable. Outside door was not locked at 11:00 at night when we returned to our room
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was ok, but rolled to center.
Cons: Fleas in room, was bitten. Not enough wash rags. Check in was in a diner which was badly run and filthy, would not eat there. Key cards didn't work 1st time, second time only one worked, and figured out that the lock was faulty. Sketchy area with people in the sidewalk area watching the goings on. Wondered what they were up to. Was bit by flea within first hour of stay. Figured since they let animals stay. Hotel was pretty far from fwy and had to use GPS to get there and out.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Plenty of space for family of four. Good location for food shopping and eating options. The motel provides accomodation for railway staff who were very friendly.
Cons: Check in is with a Diner adjacent the motel. The staff could have been more welcoming . Having said that , the person who finally checked us in ( we arrived 55 minutes before the 4 pm check in and were told to come back later ) was very friendly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We arrived 2 hours early, and they were gracious enough to allow us to check in then. I had a cranky, road weary kid who just wanted to lay down in a bed. I really appreciated that. The diner next door was delicious with perfectly cooked eggs. The diner can get busy at times, but the wait times are what you'd expect for a busy diner. We ate there twice, was great both times.
Cons: The hot water was plentiful, but the shower temperature needed frequent adjustment. The mini fridge in our room never got very cold.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The evening desk clerk was rude and acted like I was bothering her. Took 20 minutes for her to smoke before she would even come in to help me.
Cons: Ser above comment.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location. Adjacent to a diner
Cons: Registration desk inside diner, room wasn’t cleaned and ready for occupancy after 5pm
5.0 Okay
Pros: Quite and comfortable.
Cons: All information on websites stated breakfast was included. Not the case. Was told they were having trouble getting information on websites changed.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice & clean hotel, good breaksfast, good location, just off the highway,, just across street from restaurants, fast food and gas stations. Sadly overpriced.

6.3 Good
Pros: It was clean and maintained.
Cons: Side doors locking mechanism broken, door did not lock, not safe. Breakfast buffet was mostly empty at 730am. No fresh fruit and attendant did not bring more bacon. There was 1/2 piece when we arrived. Other guests having a 2 hour yelling match outside our door.
7.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to Frontier Days was perfect!

Pros: THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING!
Cons: THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I ORDERED A STANDARD ROOM WHICH IS TWO BEDS, THERE WAS ONLY ONE BED. THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN WAS DIRTY AND IT SMELLED AWFUL. THE BATHROOM HAD MOLD GROWING AROUND THE SHOWER.
