The staff are outstanding if you need help they responded quickly. The room was clean and a good size. Great overnight stay. Clean rooms hot breakfast and within walking distance to the steelhouse event center. Very nice room, very comfortable. Great location for downtown Omaha because you can walk to several locations (restaurants, breweries).

Had to pay for parking. $250 deposit is ridiculous for garage parking. Parking could have been explained better. The rate was high for its location and not having much in walking distance. Pull out sofa was uncomfortable and desk chair had no padding. Parking was a nightmare, it was cold, windy & snowing, we had to walk from parking garage.

Clean rooms hot breakfast and within walking distance to the steelhouse event center. The breakfast was very good and the room was big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible.

The bathroom was bigger than most hotels. Large room with kitchen and sink, counters large shower, small sofa desk and closet for people who stay longer at hotel. Great room with a full kitchen, full size frig. Kitchen in room. Location was great‼️‼️‼️.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable for our adult daughter. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, no slip protector in the tub. Beds uncomfortable, ac ducts very dirty. Outdated, in need of a renovation. Blankets on beds are cheap and not warm. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could hear everyone while in your room.

Several guests appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen in their room, especially for longer stays. Consider booking a room with a kitchen to enjoy this added flexibility and comfort.
