We stayed in a business room and had a lovely glass covered balcony and a beautiful view of the park.

This was our third stay here and, were it not for the customer focused receptionist working at check out, it may have been our last. The price was lower than previous stays as was the service. At the end of our first day our room had not been cleaned and we did not have new towels - all the evening receptionist could say was "its not my fault" - the worst reply possible, followed by" I will bring you some towels but that all". The very hard working girl in the morning did her best to repair the situation while also dealing with other customers and running the breakfast buffet, lovely girl deserves promotion! This hotel was full but they had left staff levels low, their seemed to be a complete lack of management initiative.

Quiet, decent breakfast and lots of nice amenities.

I was not quite sure where to go in to check in/out. There is both an office and a sort of counter.

I likes the room, its big and have a plasma TV and a nice balcony. The toilet and shower were perfect and clean

Very friendly and helpful sraff. Centrally located.

I do not find any negatives about this hotel.

renovated hotel . done very tastefully. very large room. excellent breakfast beautifully presented. great view from dining room. one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Breakfast was not included in price.

nice location really easy to find on the main street in Topolcany, silent and warm, open late in the evening that's always sound good after a long trip!!
