Pros (+) Staff were great. The front desk person even remembered my name days into the stay. The evening receptions were really appreciated. It saved our family of four the cost of a meal! The pool was great with huge hot tub. Only complaint was the suites are showing a bit of age. Could use a furniture refresh.
Pros (+) The food was great. Really liked the waffle station. The eggs were a little runny for my liking but overall it was good. I also enjoyed the snack/dinner kickback they had in the evening. I only wished they served different items instead of the same thing every day for breakfast and at night for the kickback.
Cons (-) The linens are dirty...EXTREMELY DIRTY!! I asked the housekeeper to change the sheets because we noticed there were yellow stains all over them. When we came back to the room the same sheets were there. All she did was made the bed. The walls had sticky goo all over them as if someone spilled something and they didnt wipe it off. Pros (+) The hotel was clean and conveniently located near I-4 and back road to Universal Orlando. The breakfast was well stocked (though it always had the same menu, day after day) and the staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) The only drawback that we experienced was with the housekeeping service. We were in a room that fit 4 individuals and we used 4 towels and washcloths each day--however, housekeeping would only restock 1-2 washcloths. We mentioned to front desk, who quickly gave me more washcloths, but the same thing happened for the rest of our stay.
