Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Universal Parks, shopping, and dining options. However, many express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues with room cleaning frequency and overall tidiness. Service receives mixed reviews, with several guests reporting problems with billing, unresponsive management, and inconsistent front desk experiences. Bed comfort is also a concern for some, with comments about uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.
