Pros. Nothing
Cons. I booked on this site, I choose Canelon as the actual provider. They gave me a confirmation #, when I got to the hotel, they did NOT have my reservation nor did they have any available rooms!! Horrible experience!
Pros. Location was great, room so comfy, we highly recommend this place and sure will stay there if our travels take us back.
Pros. Locación and facilities
Cons. Cleaness
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Customer service, cleanliness, and smell was terrible
Cons. Dirty, smelly (no ventilation), large dead insect on floor, sticky carpet, old bed. Four Points should be ashamed... this is at best a bad motel.
Pros. It's your basic hotel. Great location to get to Orlando studios and plenty of cute things to do close to the hotel.
Cons. Hotel needs to be updated as well as the rooms. No games room.
Pros. Free parking was nice and it was about a 20 minute leisurely walk to Universal Studios. You can purchase Universal tickets from the desk in the lobby which will save some time at the gate. It had a mini fridge & microwave which would probably be very convenient if you were staying more than a night unlike we were. Breakfast was reasonably priced, but the food was just ok, nothing special. IHOP & Denny's are both next door if you need a late night fix or some cheaper eats.
Cons. Not sure how they can get away with charging a resort fee as this is not a resort hotel. As a SPG Gold member, I was given a room that faced southwest overlooking a grand parking lot. Lobby was always packed with people and only had one person working the front desk. Our room had no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers... called down to the front desk a half dozen times and nobody ever answered... the phone calls just went into a queue and eventually disconnected. There was no way to call housekeeping directly. Luckily one of my friends had a sample sized shampoo which we all shared. Glad we were only staying one night here as I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros. The location is great if you're going to universal or want to do things on international drive. The free shuttle to universal is helpful. Mini golf right next to hotel was fun.
Cons. The place listed they had a pool bar which wasn't even open or in use the whole week we stayed. The room is not what the pictures look like. We booked a king size bed and got two queens. Just a blah hotel. If you're going on a vacation I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Breakfast not included also. Basically my boyfriend and I were a little disappointed. The pictures online and description don't even measure up to what we stayed in. Unfortunately, probably never going back.
Pros. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful
Cons. Out dated bathroom. In dire need of remodeling. Needs a little more maintenance
Pros. The location is great if you're going to universal. The staff was friendly as well but other than that nothing was impressive about the hotel.
Cons. The hotel at least in the photos appears much brighter and more modern than it actually is. The room reminded me of something you'd see in any old motel and the beds were noisy and cheap feeling. Our room was not very clean, there were spots on some of the linens, hairs stuck to the shower wall (from before we arrived) that never got cleaned in the 4 days that housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room while we were out. They charge you a convenience fee for the water/coffee in the room, parking, wifi etc, which would have been fine with us but they failed to replenish the water or coffee after the first day as the card in the room promised. Lastly the elevators were in poor repair, once I had to pry the door open to get out, the key card stopped working twice in the first 2 days for the room door, and the hotel "restaurant" isn't really more than a simple buffet. Luckily Hash House is just down the street, go there for breakfast. I was pretty disappointed in this Four Points as I've stayed at some in the past I really liked. As you can see there was a lot that went wrong, I'm not a picky person but it adds up.
