Horrible! NOT A RESORT!
Poor customer service. Roach infested. Mold in rooms. Drywall falling all over the place. Pool full of green algae/fungus. Would not give refund even before staying. Had to change my room 4x and was still awoken 3x in the middle of the night with other guests trying to get in my room. Could not even shower due the clogged tub. TV not clear. Horrible management!! Unsanitary and disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Hotel was very dirty, had roaches. Pools were not in service hallway was flooded. Someone overdosed their. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Very scary!!!!
The hotel is located centrally to many parks and attractions.
We waited to be checked in for 2 hours. Rude staff. Rooms outdated. I would not stay here again.
Nothing I liked about this place, the chinese guy at the front desk was super rude and helpless!!!!
They over booked about 50 rooms and like 20 people was waiting outside and didn’t know what to do. We had to find another hotel at midnight with kids!!!

There was one person at the check in desk that was nice and worked hard.
Where to begin, when we arrived to the hotel at check in time, 3pm, there was a small line. Normally not a big deal, but there was only one person taking care of all the guests while three others were in the back office socializing. When we finally got our room numbers and got to the rooms, after getting lost due to so real signage to direct you through th hotel, the key cards didn’t work. Again, normally not a big deal, so i went back to check in to get new keys. That’s when they told me the door locks were broken and I’d have to ask an employee to open the door each time I needed to get in. This was unacceptable so I asked so different rooms that the doors worked. When we got the new set of rooms, one door opened while the other door didn’t work. Back down to the reception desk. Come to fine out, one door was broken, and the other room didn’t have a.c. third trip to the reception desk. Got a new set of rooms, finally rooms that we could get into and everything seemed to be fine. After settling in I went to shower, and there’s no hot water. Speak to the employees about this, and was told a repair person was on the way to fix the boiler, should be about an hour and a half. Time passed and still no hot water. So we left and did the things we had planned for that night. After arriving back later that night, 8 hours later, still no hot water. Decided to wait till morning to speak to the reception desk. When I got up, went to the bathroom, still no hat water and know the sink won’t drain. Asked when these things would be fixed, and couldn’t get an answer. At this point we began to become very aggravated about the situation. That’s when we found the used tampon applicators left behind from a presvious guest. And the gross didn’t stop there. Mold was growing all over the place, on the walls, tile, carpet and the furniture, and hundreds of roaches.Tried getting money back and told that we had to go through the website we booked the rooms through. upon the realization that we were stuck in this hell, we tried to make the best of the situation. After going back out for the day we came back to find our key card not working, and I went back to the lobbby. Got a new key card and returned to the room to find my friends already in the room because the door was unlocked. No key was needed to open the room, it was always open. Very unsafe. So we just left. My advice is to spend a little more money on a room and don’t book at this hotel.

Location was only thing that was great.
Check in took over an hour, very disorganized. Shower did not work. Flushed the toilet and urine & feces came up from carpet. Room was dirty. Upon checking out was charged 3 times. Do not go!!!

The whole experience. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Unprofessional staff and very poorly kept hotel. Roaches running around like they were also guests trying to find their room. This place makes Orlando look bad. Needs to be shut down.
They had no idea what was going on. They stated that our reservation was not seen in their system and it has been more than a week that I am trying to get my money back since i was turned away. This was an extremely upsetting situation and I will probably never use kayak again due to them advertising this horrible hotel.

Booked a room a day or so in advance. Attempted to check in 9pm on a Saturday night, however, the line to check in at the desk had over 30 people standing in it. I talked to other people who had made it to the front of the line, they said they had waited for over 90 minutes. I stood in line for about 30 minutes and after only 2 people were successfully given room keys I decided that was enough for me and left. That being said the hotel looked as I expected for the price and the ratings, which I had no qualms with, but that type of service is unexcsuable.
You get what you pay for
I liked that it was cheap and the staff was friendly when you were able to get to them. It was inexpensive, and once you check in, everything was smooth sailing. I don't ask for much from the hotel once I am able to check in, they came by and made the bed and gave us clean towels daily. All in all, it wasn't bad for the price.
Long lines to check in and the computers were down as well. The hotel charged me and so did the online service provider. I had to call to get them both on the same page, still awaiting refund from one of them. The hotel has hidden charges and $60 security deposit which takes forever to refund.
