8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to everything! We were given comp passes for drinks and get a free pedicure (with a spa service). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons: There’s no gym (although Equinox and Soul Cycle are literally around the corner. The bar was only open 8 p.m. to midnight, which meant you’d probably never go...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Somehow completely comfortable, yet a little bit luxurious and exclusive. Soft sheets, giant beds, fluffy pillows and bathrooms big enough to do yoga in. Putting out hot cider and gingerbread men (and other cookies), the lobby offers tangible welcome. The pool is understated LA glam, and the Morrison Hotel Gallery offers rock & roll iconography from the best photographers of the last sex decades.
Cons: Nothing.

Overview Reviews
The newest addition to hotelier and restaurateur Jeff Klein’s JK Hotel Group, Hotel 850 SVB is a new hotel concept inspired by European residential-style properties where the comforts and accoutrements of home blend seamlessly with the luxury and service of a contemporary hotel. Nestled on a beautiful street in West Hollywood, the historic building’s circa 1918 bungalow façade leads to a newly designed property developed by architect Marc Appleton and designer Rita Konig in partnership with Klein. The result is a decidedly different urban getaway. An under the radar pied a terre for the curious and discerning. And a hotel unlike any other in Los Angeles.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super nice, and beds were really soft.... I felt comfortable and like I was at a getaway.
Cons: Sharing bathrooms with so many people is awkward, and the room I got from ordering online was SUPER small hut compared to pictures so I had to pay another 25 to upgrade for something more comfortable, and also 20 bucks for parking when I'm already paying 150 a night is kinda ridiculous. But I still enjoyed the pool and the oasis feel.

Andaz West Hollywood - West Hollywood - Building
5
8.8 Excellent (1,869 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Andaz West Hollywood has a very special place in history as the first hotel built on the Sunset Strip. As the original, the Andaz attracted celebrities of all kinds during the '60s, especially musicians. Today, it keeps its eclectic charm and offers a different kind of aesthetic than the glitz and grandeur of nearby Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The Andaz has remained a singular hotel, with local art up on the walls and trippy, eclectic furniture through both the lobby and individual rooms. Andaz West Hollywood has several different rooms and suites guests can stay in. The Standard & Deluxe rooms can be reserved with either a two queen or single king setup and come with magnificent views of nearby Los Angeles. Guests can enjoy a fun and stylish bathroom and even a separate sunroom. There are two specials rooms that visitors can book if they want to take their vacation up a notch. The first is the 1,400 square foot penthouse suite with a private balcony as well as separate dining and living areas. The other is the (ANDAZ)RED Suite, where everything from the linens to the furniture is especially high-end. The most notable thing about this room, though, is that 30% of the rate is given to the RED organization to fight AIDS. Andaz West Hollywood has its own fantastic restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Riot House has an open-kitchen concept with playful dishes that are meant to delight and inspire patrons. Some of the house favorites on the menu include slow-roast Scottish salmon, Mary's Farm chicken breast and the Riot House burger topped with smoked aioli, bacon, avocado and aged cheddar on a brioche bun.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Rooftop pool can't be beat, nice rooms, awesome staff, great location. Great time!
Cons: Switched rooms because we had a room next to the elevator, where you can hear the elevator swooshing up and down all day & night. They were great about switching rooms and now we know to request not to have a room ending in "01" on our next visit.
6.0 Good
Pros: Liked the lobby, free water and snacks. Great sunset view.
Cons: Rooms were outdated and looked used... not fresh. So much potential.
7.7 Good
Pros: Really cool hipster vibe
Cons: Staff amazing friendly efficient made me feel very comfortable
7.7 Good
Pros: The views are amazing. Bed very comfortable. Free snacks and sodas, nice touch.
Cons: Penthouse is deceiving. It is the top floor, but compared to the lower floors there are NO floor to ceiling windows and you lose about four feet of room space as there is an odd overhang outside the penthouse level.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Put simply, this is a dumpy hotel with cheap face lifts to the rooms...you are paying for one thing and one thing only, the address of "Sunset Blvd" It's way over priced for the cool factor you actually receive. The visual shots try to make it look like a trendy boutique hotel but the rooms and facilities are lipstick on a pig. I had the same experience at The Standard. The W Beverly Hills or SLS Beverly Hills will give you WAYYYY more cool, hip and chique factor while actually delivering high end facilities, quality rooms, etc
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Swanky comfortable & clean, great rooftop pool area
Cons: Expensive parking, would’ve liked it to be included in the room rate quote.

Le Parc Suite Hotel - West Hollywood - Building
7
8.7 Excellent (1,046 reviews)
Overview Reviews
An intimate and stylish West Hollywood retreat well known to rising stars, musicians on tour, and trendsetting celebrities in search of a few days off the grid, Le Parc Suite Hotel blends quiet comfort with easy access to the city’s most glamorous shopping, dining and entertainment. Its 154 suites are spacious enough for extended stays with four-legged friends, while its Skydeck whispers “It’s time to relax.” At Knoll, farm-fresh flavors and elevated classics (think Parmesan Truffle Fries and Lobster Ravioli) shine.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions. The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay.
Cons: Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
7.4 Good
Pros: Staff was awesome. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They also upgraded my suite and provided champagne and chocolate cake for my birthday!!!
Cons: Im a clean freak so I pay attention to floor corners and wals and it wasn't as clean as it should have been. Parking for guest was a bit expensive...$42.00. Don't you even think about smoking on the balcony!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to melrose Ave.
Cons: No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, luxurious, and spacious always a favorite place to stay. Great location close to weho and Hollywood
Cons: The sofa sleeper was a bit uncomfortable and I wish the beds were just a little softer maybe just add a feather bed? (This is just nit-picking)

5.7 Okay
Cons: It was not like the pictures online. The place is old, has a weird smell and has window air condition units. I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the price.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Overall great experience. When you reserve, be sure to include their price to park ($40/night for us) when deciding if it's a good rate, there is no street parking. We had one grumpy restaurant employee who didn't want to send dishes etc.to our room because us eating our own food cost them business(he did send everything we requested). The front desk asked us if we got what we wanted and we told them we did but with a grumpy attitude. When we got back that evening, an apology card with a bread and cheese plate and bottle of wine were waiting in our room. That's the kind of service you can expect.
Cons: $40/night for parking is high (community lots for retail space we're $24 for a day of parking). Definitely taking advantage of a kept audience. Otherwise, it's a good hotel with generally great service.
7.3 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Small bathroom. Small pool. Expensive parking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I had a nice morning relaxing by the pool on the roof.
Cons: There is no place for self parking, the streets all require a permit to park between 7pm and 7am, and the valet is $40 a night.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location, clean
Cons: Old fashion, so different than what u see in photos. Bad smell at hotel lobby and tmroons, elevators are so old and slow, pool so small and empty . Doesn't worth more than 150$ per night. I paid 280$ and on this price I could go to crown plaza Beverly hills or Marriott residence in , much better and nicer hotel!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great staff was wonderful. Walking distance to Sunset and San Vecentie. Nice suite, rooftop pool had a great view..
Cons: No self parking. Street parking by permit overnight. Valet $38 per night. This being said I still would have chosen this hotel. Just would have appreciated this information when I was deciding

The Standard Hollywood - West Hollywood - Building

Cons: Bed was squeaky but in sure that could have been fixed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff - very friendly especially at the bar and by the pool - very very pleased with the overall experience and will defintley be staying there next time I am in LA
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location. Great shower!
Cons: No thermostat in room so you have to manually turn AC on and off. Very noisy in rooms on Sunset Blvd. Cheap glass and they put ear plugs in room so they know it’s noisy. Very old. No coffee machine. It would be okay if it was $75, but $300 with parking is way too much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the showers!
Cons: The only lounging chair was a beanbag which isn't ideal
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location, walking distance to the Sunset Strip. The bed was comfortable. I liked having a balcony you could walk out on. Staff were helpful.
Cons: Our room had a number of problems with the lock, resulting in needing to have the whole lock mechanism replaced after we were repeatedly locked out. We also had issues with the elevator doors and were stuck in the elevator for almost 2 minutes at one point with the doors not opening. It was a bit disconcerting -- we took the stairs after that. Staff seemed to respond when we reported the issues. The hallways are very dark and don't smell very good (like old wet carpet, urine and mildew). The darkness does not foster a sense of safety and while maybe they were going for sexy, it just doesn't do it.
6.0 Good
Cons: Our room didn't have a balcony.
Grafton on Sunset - West Hollywood - Building
13
7.7 Good (1,113 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Grafton on Sunset promotes unique accommodations in the heart of LA
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great service
Cons: Parking expense
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and fabulous pool area. Really was treated great would come back again for sure!
Cons: Room was comfortable but a wee tacky. And very few places for guests at poolside if you did not have a suite which opened onto pool-those chairs were all reserved, leaving only one small table.
6.8 Good
Pros: Friendly staff on arrival.
Cons: The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows. Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise. This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Aesthetics
Cons: No hot tub
7.4 Good
Pros: The walls in this hotel are paper thin. You hear everything. Other than that, a nice hotel.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: These people think it's ok to drill into door frames at 730 am. Most unbelievably loud experience ever. Will never stay here again

4.8 Okay
Pros: I was better off staying at the four points for the ridiculous price that they are charging here!!
Cons: Staff sucked, parking sucked, price sucked, oh and all the local gays and orgys in the hotel also SUCKED... A mean one!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located right down the street from all of the gay bars and clubs.
Cons: The parking garage is poorly designed. It requires a valet because spots are doubled up with two cars in one spot. It’s also right in front of the lobby entrance making the entry hideous.
6.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean. Hotel was situated reasonably close to Hollywood and other main sight seeing locations.
Cons: We prepaid the hotel but when we arrived realized parking was an additional $30 per day. That was never mentioned. Even after paying for hotel parking on two of the nights the lot was full. There's no on-site food or bar. There is a good place next door called kitchen 24.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Very close to the Grove
Cons: Just didn't seem very clean in the bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is extremely convenient for having a fun weekend with friends.
Cons: $30/day for parking is a little steep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Older refurbished Ramada in the West Hollywood neighborhood. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Quick Uber ride over to Hollywood. But great location if renting a car and trying to check out Santa Monica, The Getty, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood, and movie studios.
Cons: Price was a tad high but that was probably due to the location. Doesn't offer a breakfast or much of a gym to workout. Also missed the part where parking is $30 a day (24 hours) for guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was a ton of porn to watch!
Cons: The price was a bit steep for both the room and the porn!
8.0 Excellent
