The location was great, and the hotel had a fabulous boutique feel about it. Very noisy, we had to chage rooms, but the noise continued. We could hear everything going on above us.

Great staff and fabulous pool area. Really was treated great would come back again for sure! Room was comfortable but a wee tacky. And very few places for guests at poolside if you did not have a suite which opened onto pool-those chairs were all reserved, leaving only one small table.
It seems like it is falling apart and falling way behind the times. Ni restaurant, no room service, no bar. No coffee until after 6am...no coffee maker in the room...the gym is getting archaic..no free wifi....my tv did not work on this trip....I've been staying there for 10 years but I think I will have to make a deal with the Mondrian next door.
Friendly staff on arrival. The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows. Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise. This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for you. The rooms were where you never really noticed your neighbors. I loved that it was situated in a neighborhood. I liked taking walks the morning and evening. Great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
I did not like my stay at Le Parc Suites. My reservation was lost and it took a half an hour to check in. There was no hot water in my suite. The jacuzzi did not work and the pool area was unclean. I left a phone charger in my room and called the hotel to ask if they could locate it. No one would help me or return my call. When I called to discuss the matter with a supervisor he refused to return my call.
This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions. The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay. Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
It is cozy, the rooftop is a cool place to hang out Walls are too thin...stay in any room near the elevator and you will be up all night listening to it go up and down.
The room was large and quiet. Staff were very helpful. The location is excellent if you do not have a car and want to get around the city by walking, bus, taxi. I had interpreted from the website that the suite had a washing machine, but this turned out to be a laundry room in the basement for which we had to pay. The facilities in the kitchen area were poor and old.

Put simply, this is a dumpy hotel with cheap face lifts to the rooms...you are paying for one thing and one thing only, the address of "Sunset Blvd" It's way over priced for the cool factor you actually receive. The visual shots try to make it look like a trendy boutique hotel but the rooms and facilities are lipstick on a pig. I had the same experience at The Standard. The W Beverly Hills or SLS Beverly Hills will give you WAYYYY more cool, hip and chique factor while actually delivering high end facilities, quality rooms, etc
Liked the lobby, free water and snacks. Great sunset view. Rooms were outdated and looked used... not fresh. So much potential.
Rooftop pool can't be beat, nice rooms, awesome staff, great location. Great time! Switched rooms because we had a room next to the elevator, where you can hear the elevator swooshing up and down all day & night. They were great about switching rooms and now we know to request not to have a room ending in "01" on our next visit.
Had a few issues with missing stuff. Still looking for stuff that shouldn't be missing? Very confused how my guests 'lost items' when only the staff was on location. Then poof it's gone. I did not. Care for the staff going in to the room often. And when a guest was sleeping the staff went in the room. Not very safe feeling. Didn't enjoy the feeling.

It is truly cool hotel in the best sense. A real oasis. It has 2 great pools, but they can be cold. Please get a hot tub.

The location is excellent. There is no in room microwave oven. You have to call room service to have ice delivered to the room. The overall appearance of the hotel is run down. The elevator in the main lobby is out of service. They charge you for the internet/Wi-Fi connection.
I love the bed!! I rode my bike from San Francisco to La in the Aidslifecyle event. After camping all week - the sunset marquis is divine! The bed is the best ! The only thing was wifi connectivity was poor in hotel-when I was trying to get my lyft app to work... had to have a cab take me to the airport.

I went to visit a friend in the hospital who was in critical condition. During a difficult time, it was the perfect respite from a full day & night @ the hospital. It was close enough to the hospital but felt very far away due to the comfort, amenities (agua spa), staff, & restaurant. In a nutshell, if I ever mosey back to LaLa Land, I will definitely stay @ the Mondrian for a more pleasurable trip. I hope I get to enjoy the hotel even more next time. Carlos, the manager in charge of the valet & bellman, is an incredible example of above & beyond customer service....I couldn't thank him enough for being so wonderful.

We liked everything! The location was important to us because we were attending an event at The House of Blues, which is directly across the street from the Mondrian. The valet staff was amazing and our room was beautiful! Everyone who worked at the hotel was so friendly to us as well. I would definitely stay there again. It was a pleasure!!!
Great location Someone broke into my room in the middle of the night and security couldn't find the person and the hotel charged me $1500 for the damages. I am appalled at the experience of this hotel.

The decor was very nice. The room was very comfortable,clean, modern and well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, utensils. The dining was gourmet. The staff could not have been nicer. Because of the dining area and bar scene it was a little noisey between 10pm and 12 midnight. I was aware of the noise but went to sleep anyway.
Spacious and comfortable self catering accommodation. Helpful staff. Very noisy unitl at least midnight each night as it has a popular restaurant and bar in the atrium of the building.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I had a nice morning relaxing by the pool on the roof. There is no place for self parking, the streets all require a permit to park between 7pm and 7am, and the valet is $40 a night.

Overall great experience. When you reserve, be sure to include their price to park ($40/night for us) when deciding if it's a good rate, there is no street parking. We had one grumpy restaurant employee who didn't want to send dishes etc.to our room because us eating our own food cost them business(he did send everything we requested). The front desk asked us if we got what we wanted and we told them we did but with a grumpy attitude. When we got back that evening, an apology card with a bread and cheese plate and bottle of wine were waiting in our room. That's the kind of service you can expect. $40/night for parking is high (community lots for retail space we're $24 for a day of parking). Definitely taking advantage of a kept audience. Otherwise, it's a good hotel with generally great service.
It was not like the pictures online. The place is old, has a weird smell and has window air condition units. I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the price.

Location, clean Old fashion, so different than what u see in photos. Bad smell at hotel lobby and tmroons, elevators are so old and slow, pool so small and empty . Doesn't worth more than 150$ per night. I paid 280$ and on this price I could go to crown plaza Beverly hills or Marriott residence in , much better and nicer hotel!!!
Everything was great! I can write a lot of about this hotel and it would be only good. The hotel was an amazingly positive surprise for me. The room and the bathroom were very, very nice. And the pool on the rooftop… From there you see the Hollywood Hills, the huge LA and the skyscrapers of Downtown. We took breakfast on the roof every morning and while my wife was on the pool I worked on my Laptop (WiFi). The place is perfect for me!

It's close to where we wanted to go and there was some decent restaurants down Santa Monica. The staff was also nice and helpful. The shower head is made for somebody who's shorter than 5ft. Kind of hard to wash my hair.
Older refurbished Ramada in the West Hollywood neighborhood. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Quick Uber ride over to Hollywood. But great location if renting a car and trying to check out Santa Monica, The Getty, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood, and movie studios. Price was a tad high but that was probably due to the location. Doesn't offer a breakfast or much of a gym to workout. Also missed the part where parking is $30 a day (24 hours) for guests.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was situated reasonably close to Hollywood and other main sight seeing locations. We prepaid the hotel but when we arrived realized parking was an additional $30 per day. That was never mentioned. Even after paying for hotel parking on two of the nights the lot was full. There's no on-site food or bar. There is a good place next door called kitchen 24.
I've stayed at the hotel before, and it's always been fine and pretty quiet and comfortable. This time we had incredibly loud guest upstairs from us in the middle of the night, and because my cousin left early in the morning to catch her flight and didn't use the Do Not Disturb sign, the housekeeping staff walked into my room *without knocking* 5 times between the hours of 8am and 11:30am when I checked out.
I was better off staying at the four points for the ridiculous price that they are charging here!! Staff sucked, parking sucked, price sucked, oh and all the local gays and orgys in the hotel also SUCKED... A mean one!
The staff is friendly and the building itself was pretty quiet give its proximity to landing strips at LAX. The exercise facility is quite nice. The express breakfast is limited, but gives a few options. My room was not clean--and frankly wasn't ready when I checked in at 4:00 pm (no bath towels). Toilet didn't flush well. Water didn't drain well in shower.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE STAFF.....from our late check- in to shuttle arrival at LAX. Having limited knowledge of the vast local area, we chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name and its location to the airport. Each and every person of the staff treated us professionally, pleasantly and with a sense of real care regardless of the job description. Hats off to this team!
Super amazing beds! Breakfast is decent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Climate control didn't work in room, I don't think it worked on the entire floor so be sure to ask about it when you check in. Hair dryer was from the 80's. Parking for $15 seemed excessive.

I called hotel 3 times and shuttle never came at airport. I had to wait for 1 hr finally I took a cab to hotel DO NOT take this hotel if you want shuttle from airport.

the location and being close to the airport for an early morning flight The hotel. The dirty worn out wallpaper, the broken AC units, the bathtubs that don't drain durning a shower. The hotel smelled like old cigarettes and the carpet in my room was dirty with crumbs. The pillows are all lumpy and half the size of a standard pillow. We requested different pillows but we're given the same type of gross lumpy pillows.
Everything in the hotel was nice. Shower was clogged enough that the water reached our ankles. Unhygienic and disgusting.

It took 2 phone calls and a 45 minute wait to get picked up by the shuttle bus from the hotel 2 miles away. There was no restaurant on site, a very mediocre fitness area, and no pool, despite ads to the contrary.
Called ahead to let them know I would arrive late. They said no problem. When I arrive they gave my room away and instead of 2 beds we got a bed and a pullout. Not OK. The first room they gave us had no water pressure so we had to move to another room. The front desk attendant had absolutely no remorse or empathy about the situation. Terrible service complete and total liars...

Friday morning there was a breakfast buffet with egg and sausage patties, waffles (cook your own) , muffins, fruit, coffee, fresh fruit and various waffle toppings. There was instant oatmeal and dry cereal with milk as well. I'm sure I might have missed a few items, but I was very satisfied with the choices. Ample tables and chairs to accommodate everyone who choose to stay there. Bring a tray from the room if you want to take it to go (breakfast in bed?). Warm room. There were too few stations on tv and only one chair in the room, but I'm sure I could have gotten another one if I asked. Wifi was spotty on 6th floor. Parking fee of $15 was unexpected.

The staff was amazing!! So helpful! The rooms were very comfortable!! The beds were great!! We had a room with a view, and it was fantastic. The one big thing that I didn't like was, that there was no fridge in the room. We asked for one and got one for a small charge. The other only thing I didn't like was, that there was no microwave in the room.

As soon as we stepped out of the car we were treated with such surprising care. The man at valet, Ever (that's his name- EVER, how cute is that?) was so nice that my fiancée and I looked at each other and just shook our heads and laughed. We weren't used to customer service like this. We went to check in early, 1pm, and Melanie at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a corner suite! The entire staff was so professional but without being too stuffy. The hotel was beyond our expectations. Not a big deal but there was one little Q-tip outside our room for our stay. We kind of joked that they gave us the Q-tip suite. We also couldn't find coffee in the morning inside the hotel. We had our coffee maker in the room but needed more and didn't want to pay $15 for a pot of coffee at the restaurant.

Full service, location. I booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with view of Hollywood sign. I received a room near the elevators with a constant machine and elevator running noise. I asked to be moved and was told someone would be right up and after 10 minutes I grew tired of waiting and went down to the front desk. This was already 11PM. I was taken to a new room that had an adjoining door with a party going on in the adjacent room. I asked to be moved AGAIN, eventually to a room with queen bed. The beds were too soft for my taste. There was a curly hair on the soap dish in the shower. I will never stay there again.

Hotel was beautiful! Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was fantastic! Our room had a phenomenal view of the Hollywood sign. Pool was gorgeous. All in all, it was the best experience we could have hoped for on our first trip to Tinseltown.
IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO CALIFORNIA FOR MY WIFE AND I ,WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HOTEL .HOW SPOTLESS EVERYTHING WAS.THE MEN IN THE CONCEIER DESK CHRIS,AND NINO WHERE VERY HELPFUL.THE BUFFET BREAKFEAST WAS THE BEST.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful when I checked in. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The mini-bar key didn't work, and it would've been nice to have a fridge to keep some drinks in the fridge, but I didn't inquire with the staff, and I assume they would've rectified that for me if I had. Nice and central, so traveling for business doesn't mean limited options for food and amenities.
The hotel was located in a perfect location. I was close to everything I wanted to be near. The pool and other facilities was the best. The room was also very cozy.
The beverly wilshire is just an excellent hotel with warm and cozy enviroment, luxurious and really fancy. Guest is very good served The shower is so weak and has no presure, that you hardly can take a shower.
The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up. The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon. Dr Phil M
I loved the total glamour that the Bevely Hills exudes. You can literally bump into Academy Award winners - and I did! It is not easy to find off facility parking.
This is a classic location with a classic luxury feel to it. A famous hotel - and you can see why It was disappointing to learn when we arrived that the rate we booked in advance with yourselves had changed and was slightly more expensive. However this did not really spoil our stay.
The hotel was wonderful in every way. The service was fantastic and all the staff were just lovely. They were so attentive and polite but not 'hovering'. The hotel itself was beautiful and you feel very special whilst staying there. It's quite large but still retains all the privacy you could want. My only regret is that our schedule didn't allow a longer stay to enjoy this wonderful hotel even more.

The hotel is tired. It has two elevators that hold ten passengers. One of the elevators was often out of order. Sometimes there were guests stuck in the elevator. There was no way to use the stairs so wait times to get to our room were long. Our room was small. The TV was not working well. Mediocre at best.

i liked the look of the rooms. They were nicely decorated. The size of the pool was great - lots of room for everyone. The location was very convenient to a Metro and to the touristy area. The pool area was a little confusing. It was hard to tell which chairs were taken. The chairs by the shallow end of the pool were occupied by people who didnt seem to want to get wet which was frustrating. The hotel room felt like a store. Too many items for sale. This also took up precious space for personal items.

- Fresh and well-maintained hotel (especially considering its age) - Very cool decor in the main areas and rooms are well-appointed - Very nice staff - Pool is nice (although it can be crowded during the day, and has a 'bouncer' stationed at the entrance - this is needed given the popularity, but is a little much) - The first room I stayed in was small, had a view of nothing but the rooftop A/C units, and had incredibly noisy ventilation system. The very polite front desk staff moved me to a different (and much nicer) room upon request - $10 bottles of water in the room. Come on guys, a complimentary bottle of water won't kill the margins. - 'Hotel-branded' flip flops for sale at $20 instead of the inexpensive complimentary slippers that are normally available at hotels of this level

there's a great vibe about this hotel. and the best part is, if you find yourself in hollywood and not sure where to go, you can pretty much party in the lobby! also, mini bar items are super cool and fun. not enough space to hang clothes! the mini bar location is cool but not practical.
I liked the location. It's very central to Hollywood and West Hollywood. This hotel is very noisy. The rooms are very spartan, and this is not a hotel for people not there to party into the wee hours.
upon arrival the front desk staff was a bit testy with me and made me wait past 4pm for my room after i had been on the road and on planes for eay too long. i got cut off by a gentleman when i tried to talk in a stern voice i got name and reservation? not even a hi, how are you doing today? location for price isn't too great anymore, elevator was out one night, no one really asks if you need anything, maids don't speak english but at least they smile. not worth what i paid. ridiculously overpriced. i asked about restaurants and all they wanted me to do was order from their room service. had problems getting on internet in room.stayed there yrs. ago, quality of service has gone down. when i arrived no one even asked if i needed help with bags.

The location was very central. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The floors need updating. They made very loud creaking sounds. It seemed like the guests above us were going to fall thru the ceiling onto our bed. Guests in a nearby room partied on their deck at sunrise and were very loud.

I liked that the hotel was near the water, close to a concert I was attending. I booked this hotel because they had balconies and it was near the water. The balcony was closed due to renovations. The bath tub was small , hotel was a little outdated. Not as special as a experience as I was hoping for
Staff is great, and generally a very nice hotel. Doesn't live up to our expectations based on previous experiences at other Ritz hotels. It feels tired, not as luxurious as others, and is starting to show some age without upkeep. A simple example would be the pool has cracked tiles and feels rundown.

the location room service food. the french soup was disgusting. There was also no glasses in the room. time it took to get the food valet parking took 15 mins to get our car
I can't begin to find words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Marina del Rey Ritz Carlton! We arrived on a Wednesday morning with a sick child. The staff immediately took charge helping to get us situated with a room and going so far above and beyond ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. From the person who greeted us to take our luggage, to the valet, to the front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant and the gift shop (which opened up for us to get us meds in the middle of the night) to the manager who followed up even after we had left their hotel, every layer was kind, attentive and fantastic! They honestly made us feel like we were at home with family who was concerned about us. What a fantastic experience! T
