Pros. Hospitality and security were very attentive and helpful. Front desk check-in was very attentive during this process. The room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly resort. The poolside bars were great for adults. The security that is on-site is absolutely needed since Orange County has a high crime rate. I felt very comfortable and safe being at this resort.
Cons. I booked this resort because of the water park. I was disappointed that I paid resort fees and then when I went to the water park with the family I had a fee per person to get into the water park. The website did not list any additional fees for the water park. This needs to be on the website. The four restaurants were a complete disappointment. The Breakfast Buffett did not exist-maybe due to Covid. They only had a few singled items to choose from such as cereal, muffins, etc. The food at the water park was horrible. I did not try any other food at the resort because of my disappointment with the other restaurants and what they had to offer.
