Pros: Matteo who is owner of the place, very kind and helpful. Place is very well decorated, very clean and comfortable. Car park is very closed to place and safe. He gives very good recommendation for food shopping and places for eat. He booked the table for us for dinner and lunch. We were the only guest who stay there that night and he prepared really big, elegant and delicious breakfast for us, we impressed. Everything just perfect in this house, congratulations.

Pros: A charming B&B, superb breakfast and a lovely host who makes you feel welcome without being intrusive. Matteo is a charming and humble gentleman who goes out of his way to provide recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants and travel tips, even after we had moved on from Ostuni. The B&B is a tastefully restored guesthouse full of beautiful antiques, which seamlessly blends modern facilities for comfort. The location is ideally placed for travelling in the Province. Highly recommended.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Matteo is a fantastic host, our room was breathtaking, the attention to detail was phenomenal. The room was amazing and the bed and pillows so comfortable we had to ask where we could buy some for our house! The breakfast was probably the best we have ever had on a holiday, all local produce and a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, cold meats, breads, cakes etc. I am glad we had an early dinner, as we were very hungry and we could enjoy the stratospheric breakfast that was laid before us. A breakfast like this should be in the Michelin guide! We were also given a lot of helpful advice on where to eat, see etc. We couldnt thank Matteo enough for our stay!
Cons: Zero

Pros: Every positive review I read before starting here was correct and more. Most beautifully furnished accommodation I have stayed in and I travel all the time . Felt like staying in a museum but warm as well and functional . The breakfast was delicious . The owner is helpful and lovely . The place is spotless. Fantastic bed and fantastic shower . Very quiet . Easy walk into the old city . By far the best place we stayed in our Puglia trip.
Cons: Trying hard to come up with something . Provide shower cap is all I can think of (and perhaps a coffee facility somewhere for when one gets back from the day).

Pros: Our stay with Matteo was wonderful. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and his house is remarkable for it's character , decor, attention to detail and location. Breakfast every morning was a sight to behold. A huge selection of meat, cheeses, pastries etc. Couldn't have been happier with our 4 day stay and Matteo also upgraded our room.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Photos don’t do Masseria Grieco justice. You have to see it to really appreciate it. It’s like a dream, a movie set, with extraordinary beauty, peace and quiet. After a hectic day driving and exploring Apulian villages, retreating to this oasis is magical. We stayed 3 nights and hated to leave. The staff was terrific, the pool and grounds gorgeous and the food beautifully done. Anything else? Do yourself a favor and stay as long as your itinerary allows. It’s convenient to many beautiful villages as well as close to the ocean. Highly recommended. We traveled southern Italy for three weeks and Masseria Grieco was the nicest place we stayed.
Cons: We wouldn’t change a thing!

Pros: Not Much
Cons: Room was very subpar No closet Mattress minimal Bathroom crude
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is incredible. What you get for the price is amazing! I will recommend this place to everyone I know who travels to Italy.
Cons: I really liked staying on site because it was so nice there. It would have been great if they had lunch options available because it would make it easier to stay on the farm all day instead of having to go somewhere else in the middle of the day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything ! The atmosphere, the house, the grounds, the staff, all great
Cons: The way dinner is planned: you do not have a choice other than "surprise" 4 or 6 or 8 set course. Whatever is served is 5* though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting. Great staff who are passionate about olive farming and food. Guests are guests not numbers. Quiet peaceful and relaxing and not fussy or pretentious. Lots to nearby to see, Luke Ostuniand even just a quiet walk among the olive groves was a great tonic.
Cons: Having to leave!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything- this place is idyllic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restored and now sustainable maintained farm property. Farmhouse stunning and history shared with us through guided tour. The produce was amazing, not just the food and local wine, but the hand & body/hair soap. We did the 8 course organic medieval dinner and every mouthful was delicious & wines excellent. Service so professional and friendly. Everything met our expectations. Highly recommend.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Masseria is located in a peacefull place surrounded by olive trees. Beautiful buildings and the room was very comfortable. The pool is perfect for afternoon siesta. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for us: short drive to Ostuni and sea shore (and neighbouring areas). The staff here is very friendly and we highly appreciate the way they helped us when we had massive delays on our flights. I would say this is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or if you want to relax with your friends and family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was excellent with clean linen each day . The grounds were immaculate and the quality of food in the restaurant was superb. The latter being a big plus as there was no need to drive out at night as there was plenty of choice in the menu. The pool was fantastic! What wasn’t there to like? This is a superb base for visiting this area of Puglia.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location on an olive farm. Beautiful property with a pool and well maintained garden.
Cons: Mattresses were quite hard.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was lovely and served on a verandah overlooking a walled kitchen garden.
Cons: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pool, which was one the reasons we chose this property, was closed for “maintenance “ while we were there. We received a message from the property before we arrived to tell us the restaurant would be closed even though we had booked a table for that evening. We were annoyed to find when we checked in that the restaurant was open after all.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful property, great location, friendly staff and lovely food.
Cons: The facilities described on booking.com are not accurate. The pool was not cleaned and we were unable to use it which is a shame as it was one of the reasons we chose the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool was fantastic. Staff brilliant and helpful. Food in restaurant delicious and of a high standard. Loved eating in the Orangerie.
Cons: The Beds were very firm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful, quiet place surrounded by olive trees. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The food is really really tasty. I really liked how you have everything you need in your studio and it feels spacious in the same time. Pool is really nice and relaxing. and has some swings for the kids. Ostuni and beaches are really close (by car!). Breakfast is superb - all italian tasty things, some homemade. Lots of cats our little one was getting excited about. And a great sun terrace with sea views.
Cons: You get that tranquility but everywhere you go needs to be by car. Staying there for a week and doing at least one meal means that you very quickly try all menu options - and some standard italian options were missing off the menu like pizza and the famous octopus for Pulia.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was varied with good choice . Dinner was very good with good choices. The pool was well situated with plenty of beds and parasols. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly .
Cons: No downside apart from quite a distance from main road, but it's well sign posted.

Pros: Beautifully renovated. Nice touches like fire pits lit in the evening. Excellent evening meal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful premises decorated tastefully in a local country style. Quality food. Helpful and friendly staff. coated for easy drives to many of the local towns.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent and opulent breakfast
Cons: nothing could be better, the only thing is that I would not necessarily book the 4 course dinner for my children again. Overall it was a bit pricy in comparison what you could get elsewhere within the region/town
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice but we were in the modern part of the masseria which lacked charm
Cons: Pool, breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, pool area, outside dining area overlooking pool and also inside traditional style dining area. Spotlessly clean in all areas of hotel. The breakfast was amazing, buffet style with lots of choices and homemade. Also had 3 delicious evening meals.
Cons: Need a car as slightly out of Ostuni, this wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to town, food offerings were great, staff were super friendly, property was beautiful (go explore past the pool to see what they're growing!).
Cons: N/a
7.7 Good
Pros: The owner escorted us to our room and was extremely nice and spoke English excellently. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The place is quiet and lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. I would heartily recommend this place.
7.0 Good
Pros: The owners, Memo and Danielli who were wonderful hosts, and the food and wine which were both excellent and good value.
Cons: The room was very comfortable but the "piccolo bagno" made showering a challenge. This did not detract from the whole very positive experience.
7.0 Good
Pros: It environment around the converted farm buildings seemed well cared for, and the flowerbeds and trees made the whole place seem very attractive. There is a lovely terrace, on which we enjoyed sitting comfortably to read in the sun or watch the sun set. The restaurant is especially good. It has a fixed menu for dinner which is good value and serves beautifully cooked local food. We liked the fact that we had a kitchenette so that we could also make our own meals sometimes. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is a good size. You are in the countryside but only about 2 km from Ostuni which is a beautiful town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic food, close to Ostuni, wonderful host, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
6.7 Good
Pros: quite good - a bit difficult to find initially entering into Ostuni - is some distance from the town centre. good rooms -
Cons: overall good value slightly small shower - otherwise reasonalbly sized rooms with kitchnette and private facilities
4.4 Okay
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The rooms are basic and the breakfest was ok. As in was mid October the rooms were cold and the grounds could not be used to full advantage.
5.2 Okay
Pros: I think the hotel has good facilities, very clean and the staff were very helpful once they understood what we were saying.
Cons: There was no English spoken, limited breakfast unless you like cake this was fine for me as I have stayed there before but if you are not aware this can be difficult especially as I had a 9 year old with me
7.2 Good
Pros: Yes, you can park outside your room and it is lovely and quiet. Our room also had a kitchenette with large fridge and cooking facilities.
Cons: It is difficult to find.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff and family were very friendly but their lack of English encouraged us to use our limited Italian!
Cons:
5.6 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff though very limited English spoken - but I guess you have to remember you are staying with a family on their working farm. Room was large, well equipped and comfortable enough given the price. Good pool and lots of outdoor communal spaces. Good to be served fresh food from the farm. Close to town.
Cons: Breakfast was more limited than is usual in continental places - lots of cakes, not much in the way of cereals, breads, hams or cheeses. Not the usual coffee options either, just thick black coffee from a large pot. The rooms in the old farmhouse where I stayed are more basically furnished, though the same price, as the newer rooms in the outbuildings. My shower was broken. There are a lot of rooms, it can get surprisingly busy. The hotel has a good local reputation for catering but dinner was disappointing on the one night we ate there.

Pros: Absolutely great place to stay! Delicious breakfast. It had everything you wish for in order to start a day well. Home-made cakes, very good bread, jams, cheese... Location is peaceful and quite, but still not far from main tourist attractions of the region. It was a pleasure to stay at Giovannarolla Green House for a few days. Pity, we could not stay longer...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, it is quite difficult to get there since the bb’s in a olive yard. But it’s wonderful, silent. The owner Sandra and Alfieri are special people, very kind and easy to get in touch with. The room is very particular, well designed and clean. Breakfast with homemade cake and bread, eggs and marmalade.

Pros: The peace and quiet, the beautiful pool, the space - it never felt busy

10.0 Excellent
Pros: the second we walked in to the place we felt like we could live there.it was so warm, welcoming, great decoration, the back yard was amazingly beautiful.we felt like we hit the jackpot!!! I immediately fell in love with this place and for sure coming back with my husband soon...oh and the parking place was right behind the place and 2 min walk and it was very cheap and safe..couldn't ask for more..It is a hidden gem, highly reccomanded to everybody
Cons: I wish we had more authentic cheese selection for breakfast ,not only one option that looked like sliced super market pack cheese
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Wifi did not work in the room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: loved the location, loved the building and the décor, the garden was a lovely place to sit, the bedroom was huge
Cons: I think tea and coffee facilities in the room would be helpful, I didn't like that you had to sit on one large table at breakfast with the other guests, I much prefer tables of 2.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay from the first moment when we were welcomed by lovely Marise who helped with parking and our bags. Our room was immaculate, sparkling clean and beautifully made up. We were totally comfortable for our two nights' stay. Our room was remade on the second morning. It was returned to immaculate! Breakfast was superb with choices to suit all tastes. freshly made barista coffee and cake from the oven - a real treat. Lounge and garden areas are exceptional. Perfect for relaxing with a good book or catching up on the computer. One of the loveliest places we have stayed on our two month holiday.
Cons: Leaving after only 2 nights. Everything was perfect. Even parking - no cost for our whole stay. Marise helped us find a park very close to the accommodation. Other guests too were parked within a few metres.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of this accommodation is perfect, close to the center and to the main attractions of beautiful Ostuni. The room was huge and very beautifully designed, with a big yard nearby. Breakfast was good.
Cons: There was rather a strong smell of damp in the room, so it felt a little like staying in a cave.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was a lovely property in a very handy location. It was about 10 minutes walk to the city square and old town area. The staff are very professional yet warm and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable big bed Great position for exploring the old town. Nice and quiet Lots of lovely restaurants close by
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful way it was decorated. The large bed, comfortable mattress and quality cotton sheets. The delightful garden with olive trees, sun loungers and lots of places to sit. It is just 10 minutes walk uphill to Ostuni cathedral. Whilst we were there it was really easy to get a free parking space on the street outside. The maid is a lovely lady and very helpful and the girl on ‘reception ‘ booked us a table in a traditional restaurant in the old town.
Cons: Unfortunately the room we had did not really open onto anything other than a narrow hole between two buildings so it became very hot ;the air con did not seem to work. Better to ask for and book a room that opens onto the garden
5.4 Okay
Pros: Lovely garden
Cons: The bedrooms varied a lot and the breakfast was poor the worst of our 10 day stay in Puglia

6.0 Good
Pros: The location in proximity to the old town. The vaulted ceilings in the restaurant. The sauna. Staff were awesome! The parking.
Cons: There were no glasses to enjoy a drink from the mini-bar - only plastic cups ... even in the junior suite! The pillows were bulgy, too many lounges in the junior suite took up the extra space I paid to have a larger room. Uncomfortable flip-flops instead of the nice slippers shown in the advertising.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location right outside of Ostuni. Lovely room and very nice breakfast. Only a ten-minute walk up into town. Loved the on sight parking. The Ostuni Palace Hotel is right across the street from the the Corso Vittorio Emmanuel Viewpoint for photos of Ostuni as below. The jelly candies in the reception area were delicious. I especially would like to thank Marilu who went out of her way on day off to mail back to me a linen shirt I left in the breakfast room. Exceptional kindness which was very appreciated by me.
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal, if we return to Ostuni we would stay there again due to it being so ideally located.
Cons: We had to change our room after the first night because the noise from the road kept us awake most of the night. The second room was much quieter, but both rooms were small. We were disappointed that as hotel guests there wasn’t a complimentary visit into the spa pool as in other hotels we’ve stayed in. It was thirty euros each for one hr!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the Hotel itself is perfectly located with just 7 minutes slow stroll towards the Historical City Center of Ostuni. The staff is friendly and they are willing to help anytime.
Cons: The restaurant was pretty basic with truly unspiced food. I have like the ambient and the service, however, I could not say the same for the taste of the food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Rooms very clean and pretty.

Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: The price we paid is far too much for the hotel. The hotel is nice, the location is fine, not too far from the city centre, like 15 min walk, the view over the city is very nice, however the price we paid of almost 200 euro per night is too much for this.
Cons: The breakfast could be better

Cons: Swimming pool closes at 7 pm which is too early, should be open till 10 or 11 pm like other hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Generous breakfast with great selection of food. Very attentive staff.
Cons: The swimming pool was inaccessible....over 100 steep external steps to the reach the pool area which was located high on a hill top. Fantastic pool and surrounding area but too far from hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was perfect. Hotel clean. Personal very welcoming. Thanks to Leonardo and Nicoletta. They let us use the parking of the hotel and the swimmimg pool after we checked out. The swimmimg is on a top of the hill behind the hotel. It offers a wonderful view on Ostuni. There is a free navette shuttle to go up there.
Cons: I didn't like leaving the hotel. All was so good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is really close to Ostuni city center, it can be reached with a 10 minutes walk. The room seem to have been recently renovated. The parking place is detached from the hotel itself but very close (50 m).

7.9 Good
Pros: Modern, tidy hotel with excellent breakfast and kind staff. Parking is 100m from the main entrance on the other side of the road. Downtown is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Cons: We asked a quite room but on that saturday night there was a birthday party on the terrace until 1.30 a.m. with extremly loud music and guest. Our room was close to the terrace so we could not sleep until the end of the party.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the minute we arrived, we found that the staff were so incredibly friendly helpful and professional. The room was a delight, the evening meal delicious with stunning views and the breakfast abundant. Would highly recommend
7.9 Good
Pros: Good for one night stopover. Pool lovely with great views. Room a bit tight but adequate. Breakfast was in a large room and was very good.
Cons: It's built into a hillside so there's little external light inside. Would be a bit oppressive for me for a longer stay. Had a bit of a corporate feel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A good hotel, a huge bedroom and a helpful reception team, but out of the town, not far, but far enough for me to not give top marks on location (good parking though, and free of charge)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: good room, with lovely bathroom, Pool is up the hill, but there is a shuttle bus if you don't want to walk up the steps to it Breakfast has a great selection in the buffet, all the food was lovely. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the old town

Pros: The hotel was very attractive, hacienda style and has a beautiful breakfast room. Reception staff and housekeeping staff lovely and friendly. Spotlessly clean in all areas and a lovely view of Ostuni.

Pros: Cleanliness ,views , good bed ,reception staff good and breakfast ok.
