Pros:I liked that we were able to use the hot springs and pool whenever we wanted with the 24 hour access. However, the lights turned off after midnight and it was difficult to see where the pool and the outdoor hot spring was.
Cons:When we booked our trip, we thought that we would be staying at the hotel- we ended up staying at the condos down the road from the hotel. At first we were excited that we will have access to a full kitchen and living room as well as a hot tub. Once we had booked, we learned that we would have to pay additional money in order to use the hotel's hot springs and have breakfast. Once we arrived and checked in, things took a turn for the worse. The condo was older and not well maintained. The hot tub was drained and not in use. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work and when we called the front desk, we were told that they didn't think that the wifi ever worked in our particular unit and gave us the wifi password for another unit. The trash was not emptied from when the previous people used it, which made us wonder if the sheets and towels were also clean. After paying the additional amount in order to use the hot springs, we went late that night. There were very few people at the pool and hot springs, which made the experience enjoyable. There were very few clean towels left, which was fine considering it was 11 pm. We returned the next day at 1 pm and there was the same amount of clean towels as there was the night before. The indoor hot spring is missing tiles and looks rundown. The outdoor hot spring is covered in algae, which you end up taking back with you once you leave. Had we been able to see the facilities the night before, we might have rethought our decision to use the hot springs. It's possible that our trip might have been better had we actually stayed at the hotel instead of at the condos that the hotel uses when they are full. It would have also been better if we had known that we would be using the condos when we had been browsing places to stay. A little more transparency would have gone a long way to enauring that we got what we paid for.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:I love that the pool and hot tubs are available to use 24 hours. The free hot breakfast is great! There is laundry on site, as well as a gym. There's also free wifi and it's pretty good as long as the weather isn't too bad. Same for the satellite tv.
Cons:Not all rooms are the same! At first we were put into a very small room with the tv beside the bed, instead of across. I did not like that at all. But the staff was very nice and we were able to switch rooms. Parking may be an issue if the lodge is fully booked.
