In my opinion its the staff that make your stay anywhere worthwhile and i have to say i found all members of staff that i came in contact with very helpful, friendly and above all hospitable.. I had to book an extra night due to bad weather and the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful ... They also asked if my cat had settled in OK... He loved all the fuss and cuddles and we were both made to feel extremely welcome... Should i travel to Peterhead again, i will deffo be booking to stay at this hotel ... The accommodation is extremely clean, warm, cosy and welcoming .. Deffo 10 out of 10 from me ..

The hotel was spotless and the bar was well presented and all staff were very friendly.
Sink in bathroom was blocked and bed, although a king size was very hard.
Good comfy bed. Very good breakfast.
Decor needs upgrading - very dark and dated. No soap provided in bathroom.
Its was comfortable and clean
Checked in on a Friday late afternoon and there wasn’t any staff on reception or back office. Had to wait in reception for about 10mins till someone appeared. The next morning House Keeping were shouting and chatting to each other from room to room waking me up when I was trying to get a lie in after an event the night before.
