I couldn't pay my bill in the normal way because there was no-one there to process it (9.45). I had to go to the bank and pay who I think was the cleaner, who couldn't give me a recipt. I left my card and asked them to send me a receipt and have received nothing yet.

The girl at the reception was very nice with us and gave lots of detailed explanations about how to go to Bilbao and what to visit. The reception is closed from 14 to 17. Perhaps it's better to write it somewhere in the description of the hotel.
