We were only staying briefly overnight having come off the ferry from France. About 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal but right by the Hoe. Friendly owner. Generous supply of tea/coffee/milk and biscuits. Nice comfortable beds. Slept like a log!
En suite was very small which might prove a problem to some. Also there were no toiletries - not a problem, but just so folks are aware.
The location is great! It’s a 10 minute walk into the centre and the value is amazing! It was also lovely and clean - would definitely visit again if I found myself in Plymouth.
Great location and friendly staff
Lovely host nice to chat with and thoughtful touches like a map of Plymouth, biscuits, tea. Bed was really comfy and room was very clean.
Only one shower for the house but not too many people staying at once so manageable.
DONT STAY HERE !!!The room was in poor condition the guy was rude and after staying in the guest house they charged me twice for the room and when I rang up to find out why he told me it was because I spoilt a drink on the bed and because I brought a girl back that I met out on the night out The room was very dirty will stained all over the walls and ceiling The room was damp front a water leak I have report the transaction to the bank as a fraud payment and have to claim it back Also reported to the police as he stored my card details
