There was a room available
Elevator vending machine and our room thermostat all broke, no smoking room smelled like smoke. Noisey events heard clearly on 3rd floor, very thin walls could hear everything next door, no ATM machine despite sign, lobby smelled of chlorine, staff brisk
The room was quite. Nice comfy bed! Good breakfast.
noisy children there for a birthday party, running in the lobby.
Everything was great
Room was nice, restaurant was excellent.
Bathroom design was poor.
restaurant closed on sun, in room coffee pot stinks. who wants to hold hot coffee in a thin plastic cup.room price a bit high for size of town
Thought the value was a little too low for the price.
pool was very clean and nice. Beds linens were very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms very good with comfy bed and ample room
The whirlpool was not hot. This is the second time I've been to this hotel where the pool or whirlpool was not working correctly. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of these features. If they are not in order I will not be staying again.
they had in door pool.
there was a few roaches n the room we noticed as we were checking out. my wife was highly upset. they were even n the bathroom.
the room was great with lots of space to spread out
the pool was over-run with teenage boys (10 of them) that took over the pool and had one person to supervise them. ran those of us with small children out of the area
Location to my destination and the front desk personal was very helpful and knowledgeable with direction when my GPS didn't cooperate.
No continental breakfast. There was an attached restaurant didn't have time to try out.
Quite and had a lot to offer.
The pool seemed small for how big the hotel was.
friendly staff, clean rooms
its next to a concrete plant that makes noise early in the morning
The staff were very nice and were helpful.
Just the fact the chlorine levels at the pool were a little bit too high at some points.
The room was nice.
I was charged 20.00 for essentials on the receipt. The only place you show that is on the hotel check in receipt. It was 12:30 am. I was tired! You need to put a sign or have the receptionist tell people that before they sign! I would not have stayed.
The restaurant connected to the hotel had terrible service. We had to stand and wait for a cashier for about 10 minutes with wait staff walking by us and ignoring us.
This was a very nice hotel and I had an excellent experience. The staff is super friendly and competent. The hotel was clean from the rooms to the fitness center/pool I saw nothing that needed attention. The only gripes I have are the fact that it wasn't a free continental breakfast like most other chains offer now where you can stroll into a breakfast room and fix waffels, or get as much eggs and bacon as you want. It offered the old fashioned Holiday Inn staple of having to go to the restaruant and order off a menu for a price unless you joined the frequent stay club. If you joined it you received choices of menu items for free, they were a little sparse but tatsty. My other gripe is the hot tub in the pool area seemed to need some repair, but as far as I know that has already been fixed so not something I would give them a negative rating for. I would definately be inclined to stay at the hotel again, it had all the fun stuff kids like including an arcade as well as on site spas for mommy :) I also have to metion that the hotel had an excellent fitness room, all the equipment was in good shape and they offered a HUGE weight center, treadmill, stationary bike, and eliptical, and the room was fully stocked with towels and water, it was very clean as well.
Great hotel! Friendly staff, great location, just opened last year. Great value for price paid. I will be back.
