Pros:This is a nice, quiet spot that is close to pretty much everything in Port Douglas. The owners are easy to work with on arrival and departure times and are very proactive about helping with tourist activities.
Cons:There were some very minor annoyances, like a bathtub missing a plug and a backdoor that was quasi-lockable.
Pros:We were late checking in so the manager put our stuff in an envelope and slipped it in the office door. I connected with him the next morning and he was very friendly and provided some good local information. Place was clean. Had washer and dryer that came in handy. Internet was not working well so they did not charge us for it which was nice. I reported the bedroom blind upstairs and some light bulbs throughout were not working but they were repaired quickly.
Cons:Did not like being charged for some things that should have come with the unit. We were there for three nights but they only had dish detergent for two but wanted to charge us for any more. Asked for an additional towel but would charge us for that as well. Power to our unit went out the second night but that was quickly repaired.
