Good location, welcome and pleasant people, own parking. But sound proof from the corridor could be better.
It is in the old part of Porto and you can walk from the hotel, and or you can go by bus, train, metro, cable car or metro - even rent bikes and use the ho-on/hop off busses. Perfect and an old hotel with a lot of atmosphere. Nice place.
clean and good - and ok
The room I got was quiet. Good value for the money. There was a crib for my daughter.
The room was a little depressing, but I heard rooms on floors 2 and 3 are nicer. (I was on the 4th floor). The location was not bad, but it was all uphill and with the stroller it was a bit of a challenge.
The parking facility was essential in our choice. The hotel is calm, well situated, close to bus lines and a walking distance from the city center. Staff was helpful and very kind.
Nice morning staff and a beautiful house, easy check in. Nice free parking and good tv.
No air conditioning and could not leave window open at night since we were on the bottom floor... Pretty far from town, about 25 min walk.
The receptionist was not very friendly, or helpful i.e didn't tell us about breakfast being included?. The hotel was the noisiest i have ever stayed in.
close to metro, close to center, large quiet room
Very friendly and helpful
it was like a hotel - huge beds! and it had a carpark, a great breakfast, and very helpful staff
The breakfast was good and it was also nice having a bath as well as a shower
The bed was extremely uncomfortable
