Pros: Beautiful decor; easy to access; comfy unit in all aspects; great view of the ski hill; plenty of room for our two families - everyone had their own space without getting in each other’s way. Close to stores, restaurants and ski hills.
Cons: A little light on some kitchen utensils we would have considered basic - no strainer/colander to drain pasta; only a couple of pots available to cook so had to cook in batches; couple of light bulbs burnt out or switches that didn’t turn anything on. Otherwise was a great place!

6.3 Good
Pros: The place is located in a very pleasant setting, with nice bungalows bordering a lake.
Cons: A wedding took place the evening and night we stayed : the staff was running around like mad, the wedding guests noisily wandered around the property in the middle of the night, disturbing the sleepers and littering the place with half empty bottles of alcohol and snacks packaging. When I complain to reception the next day, the only response was :”Ok, these must be the wedding guests, thanks for advising us, we’ll send the maintenance team. A little short in my opinion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and activities
Cons: Air conditioning was rather noisy and dated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There are a lot of activities in place, beach, pools, small splash pad for kids, beach volleyball, mini golf, pedal boats, kayaks, etc. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: Their choice of food is very limited. There's basically no lunch served there. Lunch is only available at the little kiosk by the outdoor swimming pool, and there are only very few choices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect for sure we will come back next year.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like. We only thought that the dinner was expensive, so we didn't try it. If it had some affordable plates, we would eat there.
7.0 Good
Pros: The restaurant food was excellent, beach was nice also
Cons: I have reserved a studio with a hot tub ,when we got to the room we didn't have a hot tub. So we went back at the customer service desk they told me that all the rooms were call a studio that there was no hot tub that there was a therapeutic bath ( they should mark this cause a therapeutic bath is not a hot tub) but we have choose to stay there because of the hot tub. We got there Saturday late afternoon we decided to book a massage we booked for Monday at 11 am cause we were leaving @ 12PM. When we got there we saw that there was hot tub 3 of them . So why did the personal at the customer didn't tell us that there was some at the back with the spa.we would have pay for the extra charge. Very disappointed with customer service!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had arrived late for checking in but we couldn't find the motel because there were no lights working outside, so hard to find it without any lights, but other than that we enjoyed
7.5 Good
Pros: Lake view, the beds were heavenly
Cons: Beach hours- though I didn't stay for the beach, it was still fully light outside and it was closed and given the heat it would have been nice to have a dip at dusk before packing it in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet place and my kids like the playground in other words excellent perfect for family outing.
Cons: No complained
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is an older motel that provides very good value for the money it costs. It is located very nicely on a small lake at the base of the ski hill. The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable.
Cons: I come here during the summer time. I have come here in the past, decades ago. The lake access is very nice, as is the beach. I must say that I really miss the heated swimming pool that they used to have on the property though. It was a real draw for me, and I loved it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Access to the lake across the road. Room larger than expected and equipped kitchen. Very clean.
Cons: Room a bit dated.
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was spacious and it was great having a microwave, toaster and fridge
Cons: The Internet was terrible. No one could access after numerous attempts. The main office said it was working fine but would look into it but never got back to us. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and only one person was able to access the Internet.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the location because it's away from town waking up in the morning and seeing nature is what i prefer.
Cons: the bathrooms need some serious upgrading and changing the carpets and better pillows ... the beds are comfortable and the linen was clean.

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very nice, indoor pool was great and it was very clean. Located close to everything and also quiet
Cons: We stayed two nights...it was good in general but in one of the rooms, matresses were way too soft, like sinking in it. Also, the continental breakfast was ok but no fruits and the cretons and cheeze were left on a table all morning so we didn't feel safe eating it.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location. The woman at check in was very nice, too bad there's no staff to complain to when you need them and no way to get in touch with anyone from the hotel.
Cons: Room was very hot, there's a portable Air conditioner in the room but it's not hooked up (no hose for AC and the vent is closed). No fan, no way of cooling down the room other than opening the screen door. There was no hot water, hotel staff told us to wait 30 mins, hot water never came on. The whole reason we had booked this hotel was to get a good night's sleep. The people above us were moving furniture at 1am and we could hear everything. Tried to call to make a complaint THERES NO STAFF TO REPORT ANYTHING TO AFTER MIDNIGHT. We ended up leaving at 2am and driving all the way back to Montreal because there was too much noise to sleep and no one to complain to. Waste of money. The whole point was to relax, just ended up being stressful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean nice comfortable bed big room with enough amenities for a few days stay
Cons: The view and no space in closet as it was fun of cleaning products etc. Only one small dresser. Very limited storage place. Still was very nice and comfy room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms and big washroom and more fun.. The room was very good for the price
Cons: We booked 2 rooms 2 family to stay closer but they given us 2 different room One room upstairs and one room downstairs Shower water spray everywhere.... Most of them in French

Pros: Huge room. Very clean. Extra large bathroom. Great value for the money.. Girl at check-in was great at recommending a spa for us and booking as well with a discount that came with the stay. They also shipped to us items we forgot after our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and will return for sure.

Cons: Corridors are outdated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Must give a special shout out to the young woman at the front desk. Very professional, welcoming and informative, went way out of her way to be helpful. Bed also super comfy and breakfast (included) on the garden terrace.
Cons: TV had audio but no visual. Pool is small for the number of guests...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool was very nyce and spa
Cons: We would like to have a little bit bigger bed ,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and hottub were amazing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, spacious room with coffee maker, small fridge and micro-wave. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants.
Cons: I found it loud at times, especially around the pool area and hot tub. There was a big gathering on the patio adjacent to the pool area and they were very loud. The party lasted for a long time! My room was close to the side entrance of the hotel and people would gather to smoke late at night and not being considerate of their volume. I know it's not the hotel's fault. A room further from the door would have definitely been better. I also found the bed very uncomfortable. It had a foam mattress topper, which made the bed very uncomfortable... maybe a new mattress is in order instead of the topper?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We had a wonderful time: relaxed, I fussy atmosphere with a rustic feel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and quiet room, well equipped (suite) nice bed nothing to complain about the room and hotel facilities in general, garden and pool areas even better than pictures. Not cheap but not too high compared to other hotels and for a suite with hot tub and living room. Great stay but big disappointment about the breakfast, maybe the worst option i had ever, the basic continental breakfast in any hotel has more food options and maybe better quality, straight from the grocery stores with no real croissants, horrible set up and presentation ...only down in this nice hotel.
Cons: Breakfast is the most basic ever, not up to the standards of the room/price and hotel overall vibe. Too bad, so great overall / awful breakfast experience
7.0 Good
Pros: nice service and clean rooms and pool area
Cons: the decor is outdated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was nothing fancy but was certainly adequate and had good quality items. Location was good, the room was nice and clean with a large bathroom and facilities in general were fine.
Cons: The whole place in general is getting a bit tired. There have been some renos and updates but there are a number to do and maintain to keep what is a nice good value place from becoming rundown and potentially not providing a pleasant stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was close to everything!!! Staff was great
Cons: One problem after the other. First bed was dirty, chair broke, bath broke, fire alarm started for no reason, tv didn't want to close then didn't want to open

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed Excellent customer service in English Very fair rates Lots of storage for bags and clothing during our stay Our room had a kitchen with a microwave, stove, mini fridge/freezer, and an electric kettle. All appliances worked very well, and the kitchen was stocked with cutlery, bowls, plates and all necessary cooking tools
Cons: The coat peg hanger in the room was finished with a glossy paint, and our jackets kept slipping off and landing on the floor or in the wet boot tray. Wrapping the coat pegs with tacky hockey tape would fix this issue instantly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds, room newly renovated, perfect for in and out stay like skiing. Love the fact that I could park right in front of my room. Easy to bring luggage’s in. Family friendly and quiet room. The kids loved it.
Cons: The bathroom was very small and outdated. The toilet moved every time we sat on it. Although we did not shower, there was water constantly leaking out of the tub tap. I tried to close the taps thinking they weren’t closed properly but they were as tight as the could be. This was not a big issue for me. I would definitely stay at this motel again. The positives outweigh the negatives.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was what I expected small but perfect for coming back from skiing and relaxing. Staff were exceptional, very friendly . Provided us utensils and bowls for our prepared meal.
Cons: Bathroom is quite small and is divided in two parts (could potentially be made into one room ). Likely in the process of being updated or needs some updating.

Pros: Price was very low, especially in comparison to the rest of the area. It's a clean little motel run by a sweet Asian family in a perfect spot. Close enough to the main areas while being just far enough for peace and quiet.
Cons: Nothing. Cute little place in a perfect location.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Mattress and built cheaply. You could hear flushing from Other room. Soap size of a quarter. Rust on heater
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Bien localisé
Cons: I could not sleep there so I left at about 10:45 pm. I had not used the shower and would not be there to take the breakfast in the morning. No need for a maid cleanup.I asked for a refund and the clerk refused saying that it was against policy that she did not have authority to refund and she would not contact her boss. I called from home the next day, the boss refused to talk to me and had the clerk say that she was on a sick leave for an undefined length of time.I had the room for a total of about five hours. Three of them, I was dining and sightseeing in the city. Then I came back to the room, did an hour of yoga on my yoga mat. I then lied down on the bed and realized that the WiFi was very strong and interfered with my sleep. I am allergic to WiFi even though thay have it everywhere. I had disconnected the router. Only to realize later that the router in the room was feeding the tv and a wimax router outside the room was still throwing WiFi waves. I think that the installation was defective and that I should not be forced to be exposed to WiFi. I had asked to change room but they all had WiFi.

Overview
Large chalet in the Laurentians built in 1923. For rent for groups of up to 30 people. It was a private cross-country ski club from 1923 until 2016.
