Excellent 10.0
Pros: I rarely have no negative comments with a bnb but this one is really 10/10. The amenities are amazing with a sauna, jacuzzi and heated pool. You also have a dedicated space to do a bbq, the host has even installed a very pretty access to the river near his house. Everything is amazingly spotlessly clean. The room we slept in has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. I would give 5 star to the level of attention, modernity and style of this room as well as the whole place. The breakfast was delicious.
Cons: If a downside would be said, I would say that the breakfast was not enough filling for me as we did not have some toast on the side but it was an amazing homemade breakfast!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So quiet, 15 min from the village
Cons: Small room and bed
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was very private. We usually had the hot tub and facilities to ourselves. The breakfasts included were fantastic. The host was very nice and helpful as he gave us many suggestions and directions. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, perfect property!
Cons: Nothing maybe a bit far from the towns
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stephane the host was perfect. Absolutely the best. Breakfast was wonderful. Comfortable area with everything you could want. Trip was to bike but we loved the place so much we came back early one afternoon & enjoyed pool, sauna, fireplace for the whole evening instead of going out. Dinner was appetizers we brought.
Cons: Room was a little small but bathroom was great...new, very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the place in the middle of the wood along the river. Lovely breakfast, nice sauna, spa and swimming pool. Would have loved to stay longer!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything else. Stefan was a fabulous host and couldn't have done more. Really friendly and helpful and lovely to talk to. The location and house was just beautiful, and the deer at breakfast were a true delight. What a beautiful and calm way to start every day. We really didn't want to leave. Breakfast was delicious - we tried almost everything on the menu and it was all really tasty. Thank you for a wonderful last 3 days of our Canadian winter wonderland trip!
Cons: The only thing (which is subjective and personal) was that the bed was too hard.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful location away and quiet. Pool, hot tub, sauna in the woods. Charming, detailed and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast I was ever served in a hotel.
Cons: Bed. very soft mattress.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room and staff and food and location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the peaceful atmosphere and looking at nature. Stephane the manager was so NICE and breakfast was excellent. It took my husband by surprise. We are going back next year for sure! Can't wait to do it again.

Cons: Everything was awesome
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent amenities. Excellent auberge. Owners were very hospitable. Highly recommended.
Cons: Liked everything.
Good 7.9
Pros: Ideal location and the owners, Nancy and Heiko, naturally invited us to treat the auberge like home. Food was exemplary as was the hospitality and service. Unique rooms, backyard patio seating, games and TV room, and proximity to a great beach made this spot an excellent vacation stay. Cyclist friendly as well providing secure storage overnight.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nancy made omelettes for us! There were plenty of other breakfast choices too, including delicious homemade yogurt. Stefan was very accommodating; he made coffee for us and gave us access to glasses/utensils when we wanted to snack and visit with other guests in the gazebo.
Cons: The communal lounge area with fridge and TV was very dark; it was in the basement and smelled not good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, designer room, excellent dinner & breakfast prepared by owner/chef.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel and restaurant were excellent. We were cycling the Train Du Nord path - the hotel is very close to the trail. We were met by Stephan, very friendly and welcoming. Great garage storage space for bicycles. The food in the restaurant at night is great - Heiki is a master chef, especially for German style food, as well as being very friendly. He was there are breakfast, ready to make anything we chose. If we do the trail next year, this place is a definite stop again.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The breakfast is fantastic-everything you could want and good coffee! Many of the guests were cycling the p'tit train du nord and on the way out in the morning our host brought us ice water for our water bottles and waved us off! What a lovely touch!
Excellent 9.6
Cons: The host and hostess were fabulous. This place is a funky, friendly, 2 star hotel. Highly recommended.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Excellent breakfast, beautifully comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful. I liked the outdoor music. Quaint. Best location on trail. Friendly little cat and chickens.
Cons: Common room could maybe use a bit of updating (newer books, etc). Freezer needs defrosted in there (frozen shut), outside cook area clean and very handy but fridge needs to be replaced. We were looking for ice for bad knee so that's why the fridge and freezer were a bit annoying.
Good 7.1
Pros: Location was awesome. In the middle of the forest. Everything ecologically and here we have to include the breakfast, delicious.
Cons: The room, so, so small, NO DOOR AT THE BATHROOM - a very big minus :(((, no WIFi signal in the room, no Videotron/Bell signal. We felt like we were in the middle of the nowhere.
Okay 4.2
Pros: We stayed all of 5 mins..booking.com was totally misleading I got nothing I asked for..
Cons: Asked for wifi ..was promised a hot tub..was informed on arrival that they never had one..and told it's happened to 3 other ppl.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very delicious and organic breakfast. Staying in the unit that is made all with wood gives you the feeling of back to nature. The person who manages the property is very nice and knowledgable about area. He was very welcoming. He treats each person very special.
Cons: I wish shampoo and conditioner were included.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast, and great sleeps.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Excellent breakfast and nice though small room with a super comfortable bed. This inn is a good 20 minute drive from restaurants, so if you don't wanna bike it or get in the car, you might want to stay closer to town. Pretty place.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Breakfast was very, very good. We really enjoyed the daily local, products, from homemade preserves, cakes to local maple syrup and honey. Host is clearly passionate about providing a good healthy breakfast. No meat options but I didn't care. The pancakes, eggs, french toast etc are just comforting. (and great for a pre-meal for skiing) . 8am or 9am breakfast options are also a plus. Location was beautiful. Very quiet. Lots of local bird and wild-life. The main log house is beautiful and peaceful - I kinda wished I could take a long nap in there! Walking areas are nicely prepared for walking (shoveled nicely, salt on steps etc). We didn't walk around the property but I'm sure there's some pretty areas around. B&B is 10 min drive to the ski village and restaurants. Parking is conveniently located. Shower is nice and hot. Bed is comfortable. Host is very friendly and helpful for suggesting restaurants, talking about wildlife, things to do etc.
Cons: Only issue I had was the washroom not having a door. It had the old style curtain divider to the room. Which is okay but might be a little awkward if you're going with a buddy (as opposed to close family...) Interior doors are not completely sound proof so other guests can be heard entering/leaving the cabin. This could be an issue if you're hoping to sleep in a little bit.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very close to nature and right on the P'tit Train du Nord. The breakfast was very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our host was wonderful. He is very obviously so caring about his guests' experience, and does everything he can to make the stay a wonderful one. Our room was lovely, and the setting is so quiet and peaceful. Our host Claude also served a beautiful breakfast. The experience couldn't have been better.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The B&B was beautifully situated with great attention to detail. Our host was friendly and very accommodating.

Cons: Confusion about our reservation
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owner of the property was very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic - right on the lake. It would definitely be a great place for folks with children to come - lots of activities - swimming, boating - at a great price. A gorgeous place.
Good 6.3
Pros: The location, right on the lake, is wonderful. The owner and his son were very personable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast!
Cons: I felt the furniture & the small area rug, were dated and dirty. The bedspread and bedding need to be changed. They are old and dingy.

Okay 5.8
Pros: Good people
Cons: Restaurant no good and very cold
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location is right on the snowmobile trail.
Cons: The beds were old and the shower is way too small its the size of the shower in a travel trailer.
Okay 5.8
Pros: This location did accommodate my dog easily.
Cons: The extra bed was very unstable and the bedding didn't fit well. The washroom was very old and cold. The free breakfast was not open until after 8:am.
Good 6.7
Pros: The bath in our unit was huge! Very fun. The room was clean.
Cons: Very dated, old uncomfortable bed, breakfast was terrible (paper plates and plastic utensils. Boxed cereal, toast and eggs only. Very dated place with minimal efforts made.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Beds were comfortable, the staff were all smiles and helpful, you pretty much have all you need for a short stay.
Cons: The actual position on booking is different from the real position and the google maps position. It is listed near the lake but it's actually far away. There is a weird smell. Would be nice to let some fresh air in.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff is very friendly, curtious and accomidating.
Cons: No issues.
